I love the pet friendly updated apartments. It’s convenient, reasonably priced and has a gym too! I usually get a 2 bedroom apartment.

Very clean and comfortable, located perfectly for good access to shopping.

We stayed 4 nights here, in building 6a. I was very annoyed, the people above us were stomping their feet on the floor at 10:30 at night, I called and complained, as it states in the contract after 10pm is quiet time. I also found the building to be very dirty, especially the rooms were very dusty, the kitchen fan was seized, bathroom fan wasn’t working either. The noise continued the rest of the week, We won’t be returning here.

My daughter and I stayed here this week. Everyone is super friendly. The room is spacious, clean and has everything we need. It’s such a bonus having a full kitchen so we could save on food costs. Great place to stay when visiting St. John’s!

MY family recently stayed at Homeport for 3 weeks while my dad was at The Health Science Center. The service at this hotel is tremendous and I would recommend anyone to stay there! The room was beautiful, comfortable and had all the comforts of home! We loved the shuttle service and friendly drivers and the house keeping was amazing. Those ladies really made us feel at home!

Stayed here for our hockey provincials. Great rooms!

Stayed there for a couple of nights for medical very clean and comfortable and service was great would definately stay there again.

Stayed in the newly renovated section, very nice, exceeded my expectations. Two bedrooms, living room, flat screen TV in every room with great content selection and full kitchen. Central location. Parking was only small let down. Always found a spot but not always in the same building lot. Suggest that they number the unit spots to coincide with proximity to room.

Comfortable apartment like hotel rooms. Free parking. Laundry on site. Great for families.

We stayed in the renovated 3 bedroom apartment and it was very clean and perfect for our stay. The only downfall we had was with 6 guests there was only 1 bathroom to share so made the stay a little uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the staff were great and restocked the needed products promptly upon request.

Stayed twice with a large family group. Staff were great and our 3 bedroom suite was lovely. We had the executive with a boardroom and sauna. We were able to utilize the boardroom for family dinners. The children were able to play on the grassy area between the buildings safely.

Very modern design. Convenient full kitchen. A little bit pricy per night though.

Great place. The suites/apartments are superb. The location is very convenient. However, there are no elevators and it is not physically — handicapped friendly. They do offer help with heavy bags though. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent for extended stay.

It is more an apartment than a hotel room or a hotel suite. Liked it all: fresh renovated two bedroom apartment with a big windows and fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenware, 3 TV's, internet. Highly recommend.

The beds are super comfy and the set up is really nice. I have a bit of social anxiety so being able to eat breakfast and such within the hotel room was amazing. The curtains in the room (not the master room but the other one) didn't close properly though, the window was to big for the curtains. And there were very loud people around me, but that's the people's fault not the hotels. Other than that it was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely recommend it.

Wi-Fi is horrible and also there was no alternate ethernet hook up (which I needed for work purposes) and they really need to fix those issues to keep people satisfied there but is other wise a great place to stay. The lady who booked me in and out was fantastic very helpfull and well trained staff. After this post the general manager contacted me personally and committed to me that they were going to have their internet issues looked into and resolved. The following time I stayed there they had resolved their Wi-Fi issues completely. Fantastic management and staff who actually listen to their customers input to resolve issues and improve their customers experience. I can't say enough good things about the people who work at and run this business.

Great modern decor, well equipped suites, nice big windows, convenient location, lovely staff. Noise from floor of suite above was irritating at times. Some better sound insulation would be appreciated. Would stay there again when in St. Johns.

Good price, well stocked kitchenette with 4 place settings of dishes, utensils, mugs, water and wine glasses. Kettle, Keurig coffee macine, pots, cutting knife and board, toaster, microwave, full size stove, dish soap and rack. Good for long term stay, 5 min by car from Sobeys supermarket.

We had the same experience as someone else here. Our room was not very nice and we would not have stayed there for the week if they had not found us a room in the renovated building. Which we greatly appreciated! The staff here were very friendly, and great location was we would likely stay here again.

Check-in was frustrating from the start. We arrived half hour later than check-in time and our room wasn't ready for us. Travelling with 3 toddlers this wasn't welcome news. The clerk on duty told us it's be another half hour and she'd call us when we could return. An hour later we returned; she hadn't found the time to call us… Clearly not sympathetic to the challenges of keeping three toddlers happy while we waited for our room… Not even an apology. We stayed in the "economy" portion of the hotel and it was certainly that. Very, very rough around the edges. Cabinets in kitchen didn't even have handles; floor in bathroom looked like a roller coaster. Great location, close to downtown but "budget" in every sense of the world. Glad to have made it out alive.

Clean and modern rooms. Great having two rooms for family stays. Kitchen saves money on meals, too! Only downside in our unit is that it faces a busy road and is a bit noisy. We would stay here again without ant hesitation.

Reminds me of where I don't want to stay. No choice was offered when we phoned for a room. At least offer economy un-renovated or a newly renovated suite. We see pictures of these renovated suites expecting the same quality. Instead we get alcohol smelling carpet or couches, hope it's not the beds. Staying here for 2 nights July 6 and 7, 2017. Maybe there's a chance for some customer service here and offer to upgrade to what is posted in their marketing. They have responded to my concerns and addressed the issues. I really appreciate the customer service. I would stay here again and on my part be more specific when booking a room.

On balance decent and would stay again. Unfortunate that the TV's didn't all work as we actually needed them for what we were doing. The beds were also a bit overly firm and springy. That said the price was right and the amenities were nice.

Rooms are beautiful. Rates are fantastic. Great new option in the city.

Clean, tidy, basic. Good place to hunker down while on vacation or a business trip, but nothing special.
