Was very excited about our upcoming trip. Now need to cancel with very short notice due to the world-wide pandemic and works-wide travel restrictions. People I was to travel with are providers, who are unable to take leave, and our flights are cancelled. Not to mention it is just good practice to not travel at this time. Horseman House has refused to provide a refund of any kind and has had zero flexibility with us. VERY frustrating and disappointing. Most travel insurance policies exclude global pandemics. All other areas of the travel industry are providing refunds. But apparently not this one. I know where I will NOT be staying on our yearly ski trip.

Just stayed 3 nights with my wife and two small kids. October 6, 7, and 8th for our 2nd anniversary. Awesome suite. Extremely well stocked kitchen. In room washing machine & dryer was a great surprise! Dishwasher was also an awesome bonus. Good size soaker tub and large bathroom. Building location was very nice and quiet in amongst the trees. Gas fireplace & large balcony etc etc. We’ve stayed at 6 different hotels in Whistler and this was DEFINITELY the best. Can’t wait to return next year. Very satisfied guest. Hopefully they’ll match our price for next time. — Matt.

My family first time in whistler & we're lucky got this beautiful place Horstman House for stay & to celebrate my birthday for 3 days just last August 20-23, 2019. So close into the mountain, Markets place & village… We will be back with Our friends by Next year summer.

Perfect accommodation for your Whistler visit. Close to great walking/hiking trails and five minutes away from Lost Lake. Family friendly complex with a nice pool and great hot tub. Helpful and friendly staff. A free shuttle bus stops right in front and takes you right to the village. Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy beautiful Whistler.

Quiet setting with big suites. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We just had a fantastic time with my sister family and my family we love this place I will recommended to our friends and family to stay here.

Rooms are minimum 2 nights booking, some rooms are full on townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 2 bed rooms with beds total for 11 people, 1 full kitchen and living room. 10/10 good for big groups.

Nice sized one bedroom condo with basic a full kitchen and kitchenwares. Full sized tub and a fireplace. Friendly font desk however no over night concierge as it was "closed"until mid day the next day. Probably slow in mid week. Clean pool and a whirlpool at common area with a 4 burner BBQ grille. Overall pretty good. Only downside is that the garbage and recycle bin were not emptied when our room was ready and we checked in.

3 star all the way. Not bad, not great. Clean and comfortable. Perfect if the you don't need/want to spend time in the village. Just a short walk to Lost Lake.

Good place to stay for the price we paid. Would not stay here without the great price. The location is "far" from everything in the village. Definetly rent or bring bikes or plan to pay for parking in the village the whole time. The unit itself was nice and quiet. The balconies are large and the pool area was nice. Finishes inside the unit were also above average. Be aware that they do put a large hold on your credit card… They tell you it's not a charge but it is a pending charge until they decide to reverse it. Pending charges do calculate into your available credit so keep that in mind if you use that card for out of country purchases like we do. We left 4 days ago and it's still pending on our account which is not typical practice at other places. Usually those holds are released after about 24 hours.

Beautiful quiet place to stay & an easy 5 min bus service to whistler village! Loved this place.

Very good place to stay. Room was huge and well kept. There is no house keeping or pets allowed. With the price paid I would haven't guessed that these would have been included. The kitchen pots/pans are low quality. However, the view is great and free transit right outside to get to the village.

Nice location, but very noisy… you better be on top floor.

Located in the Upper Village area, Horstman House is a short walk from Lost Lake as well as the golf course. Bring or rent cycles for quick access to the main village. The rooms are well outfitted for the entire family to enjoy an extended stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Horstman house. We booked a two bedroom suite that included a living room and a kitchen. It was very spacious and the place was very clean. They provided great service. They also have a shuttle bus that goes directly to the village and lost lake. It was very convenient.

Very cozy rooms, spacious kitchen and bathroom. Pull out bed a little squeaky but doesn't ruin experience.

We stayed here for a week in mid-April 2017. The unit we stayed in was a nice three bedroom. The master has a king size bed and it's own bathroom with a tub and shower. There were two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with full size bunk beds. There was also a pull out sofa in the living room. Those bedrooms shared another full bath. The location is on the Blackcomb side and while you can ski in, I'm not sure that skiing out is possible (there wasn't enough snow left for us to try. ) We used the shuttle which was convenient enough and runs every 10 minutes or so. The unit itself was nice, and was in good condition. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was adequately equipped for simple cooking. There is a washer/dryer and they provide laundry detergent (and dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. ) There is a heated pool, but I found it very cool and not comfortable for any sort of duration, though my kids (who will swim until their lips turn blue) didn't seem to mind. The hot tub is large and much warmer. There is a small fitness room, though I don't know who works out indoors when there is so much to do outside. Indoor garage parking was tight, but the place was not too occupied while we were there, so no issues for us. I imagine in the thick of the season that if you have a large SUV/truck you'll have a bit of trouble. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again.

Very nice rooms. Great public areas. Convenient free transport to the Village and free parking. Will definitely come back. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the pool is a little small. Everything else is great.

Upscale luxurious and quiet. Professional team and not a spec of dust in condos. Amazing cleaning and friendly helpful staff.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Real cutlery and dinnerware was provided. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall, pretty good experience.

Great location, QUIET but easy free bus into town. Ski in to your back door and best of all your in the Mountains! The best in Whistler for the price. Pool, gym, big condo homes.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was excellent with quality rooms. Liked that this hotel felt secluded yet was a fairly short walk to Lost Lake or Whistler. Being across the street from a free Whistler shuttle bus was a bonus. Highly recommend if you're not looking for the typical Whistler commercial/luxury hotel.

Very pleasant and well equipped suites on Blackcomb. Small outdoor pool in the back and game room in the lobby. Recommended.
