Amazing rooms with good beds and a large kitchen washer and dryer. Great place to stay if you plan on cooking and staying for a long time good bike/ski storage room and free parking!

Had everything we needed. Spacious. The 2 washrooms made it easy for the 5 of us to share. The standing shower seemed to have been from a new renovation and I enjoyed the stone tiles. Staff was able to provide kitchen items that were not there such as scrub pads and can openers upon phoning them.

Massive suite for a good price, comfortable beds and an amazing view of the mountains. Very close to the village; couldn't ask for much more.

The codes for the lodge are ridiculous, different codes for the doors/lockers and rooms. The whole building smells a bit funny, it might be the stench of skiers coming in from a day of activity, but the elevator and the locker room smelled especially strange. The layout of our room was also incredibly strange. We had a loft which had a king size bed and a bunk bed (separated by a wall) but neither of them had walls… so if someone was downstairs you were basically sharing the same airspace as them and could hear everything from downstairs. Still, nothing can beat the sheer convenience of this place, I mean, it's literally right above Longhorns.

The bronze room was very impressive. The valet parking was somewhat disappointing as their availability was quite limited. Overall, front desk service was quick and efficient.

The Carleton Lodge has prime location right across the primary gondola. Perfect for a short commute, especially if you're in your boots already :)

The lodge was great and very accommodating. They also had great amenities and nearby attractions. The overall visit was fantastic!

We didn’t stay here, but used the rental and ski school services offered here. The gentleman was very helpful in fitting my wife with a great pair of boots and skis. My wife also purchased a ski school session here which was a really great experience. Everyone that worked here was very friendly and helpful. A busy atmosphere, but not overwhelming. There was also a gift/supply shop, and a cafe with hot food and drinks, which was nice for a quick pick-me-up. The facility was well laid out and wasn’t every overly crowded during our few visits.

I was just passing by and decided to take a look inside to see what they had for snow gear, the options they had were quite nice but I was quickly turned off from the sight of people and massive amounts of puddles heading downstairs to the common area. As a visitor not in snow or water resistant gear, the brown and dirty puddles along the walk way and stair way was really a turn off. In addition, I was wearing white shoes and pants… You can imagine how much of a fashion disaster that would be had some dirty puddle water splashed up on me. I reported this to the service desk and they said unfortunately couldnt do anything about it. Hmm well…

Staff are great. Town is great. The entrance is almost a secret that barely any off the staff know. Super weird. 4/5 because of rather sleep here than outside.

We went to the canadian outdoor adventure booth in the carlton hotel. We took the utv buggy tour. It was awesome. Thank you Brock. Best tour guide!

The room was really spacious with everything we needed and the air con was great. Everything was clean and tidy and the room had a good set of speakers and TV's everywhere.

Quaint and elegant this is the perfect place for a young couple to stay.

The have some beautiful hanging baskets out front.

The location is awesome, being super close to the lifts and ski rental shops is nice. Everything is walking distance from the lodge which is a huge perk.

Great public storage under the building for skis, etc.

While the location is amazing, right at the bottom of the hill, the actual rooms and building were lacking. It looked like most of the building hadn't been updated since it was built. The elevator was painfully slow and glitchy and the equipment storage locker was barely big enough for all of our ski gear (the room slept 6-8, we had 5 people). After visiting several other rooms, we were confident that our room was the oldest. This being condos, its up to the owners to update finishes and appliances; ours hadn't updated anything. It looked like everything was from the mid 90's at best. So make sure you know what you are getting before you book.

Great location and very easy to get on and off lift. Great place with kitchen attached.
