If it were possible to give a — 5 star then I would. I will never stay here again and would tell everyone to steer clear of this hotel. The owner (Manfred, I believe) is very rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Upon arriving, I was concerned. $10 for outside parking or $15 for underground. That's per day. RIPOFF! We arrived Thursday night and found out on Friday morning our shower was broken. We called in the morning and were told they would get right on it. Come 4:00, still no one. So we went to the counter and were told someone would come up shortly. We went out and came back around 8:00 to find out no one could fix the problem but we could switch rooms. Well, it was kind of late and we only had one more day, so we said no. We didn't want to pack up all our clothes, food, snowboarding clothing, bathroom, etc. For one day. The kitchenette is ill-equipped. The temperature inside the building was a stuffy 25 degrees, pretty much all the time. Had to sleep with our window open even though our bedroom thermostat was turned down. Upon leaving I asked Manfred about a discount to our room because of the shower to which he replied 'NO'. 'We offered to switch you rooms'. I explained that a switch made no sense for us since it was really only one more day. Still nothing. Just a rude response. NO! Very unprofessional. There is a reason why this hotel was only half booked. Not to mention their 30 day cancellation policy is ridiculous. Stay clear of this place.

Seems like the owner/manager has no clue about customer service and providing facilities promised in their advertising. Checked in on 21 Nov 2017 at 18.23 pm checked out by 23.00 hours on the same day. Although I checked out because of the lack of heating and facilities promised and I never used the beds nor bathroom and towels (did use the kitchen which I cleaned) the owner believed he had the right to cheat me by charging me for 1 night stay. Heating is capped in the room by the hotel maximum 20 degrees and Spa. /Wellness centre/Hot tub/ jacuzzi. Sauna. Business centre not available. Nor was there a 24/7 reception. By 10pm the owner left the hotel.

Terrible service One of the housekeepers looked to be a meth head with her teeth missing. Management was grumpy and ignorant. Blood was on the sheets which got replaced bur still Gross. I'd never stay there.

Had a nice dinner at the Casa Mexicana. Great tasting food. The only issue was salt. The beans and rice were unsalted. Had to get some extra to make the flavors pop.

Stayed in a loft style room which was very spacious. Very clean with a nice view out the window. Ski-on location right in the heart of the village. The only downside for me was the extremely poor quality of the pull out couch however if there are 4 or less in your group it is a fantastic place to stay.

We used to stay here in the past. We have tried Delta, Coast and Cahilty and decided to go back to Heffley this year. A big mistake. The room that was given to us has a bedroom in the attic. One can't stand up in the room without banging his head to the ceiling. The floor squeaks badly and the heating system makes so much noise that it's impossible to sleep at night. They charge $7.50 a night to park outside behind the building and $15 in the parkade. When I was let in to drive in to the parkade for a short time by a staff just to upload the skis and luggage the hotel front desk employee rudely objected that. We will never go back there again!

We had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. The owner of this hotel is rude and un-helpful over the course of multiple run-ins. We visited in the off-season (October) and were literally the only guests in the entire hotel. I would think in those circumstances it would be easy to provide courteous customer service, but no such luck. When we asked to get fresh mugs, we were accused of dirtying the coffee-stained mugs found in our cupboard. We were not told that the hot-tub was out of service until we tried to get access to it. No apology, just a grumpy response. Our room never did get serviced on our last day. The hotel itself is fine, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced.
