You can get almost anything you need and a great meal, very friendly and helpful.

Typical commercial/business accommodations. Not exceptional… you get what you pay for. Customer service on the other hand was excellent.

Had a disappointing experience and have had no contact from management after sending 2 emails both my husband and I sent emails but have had NO response back. After a miserable night we ended up too tired to be able to do anything the next day. Restaurant wasn't open except for breakfast and the pub was closed too. Woken up at 3am to fire alarms and had to evacuate then something kept beeping all night in the room. Mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. Would have stayed longer if management had responded to us.

My wife and I had been having a very long travel day! We searched on line and the closest hotel was the town center, worried that there would be no vacancy (do to the time of year) we walked in and from the second we approached the desk person he greeted us with a smile. Jeff got us a room immediately and was able to answer all of our questions. We also had to sign some important documents while we were there and the entire staff were all so helpful. Thank you so much for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and up to date. Continental breakfast was not as good as other similar priced hotels during trip to Vancouver Island.

In Powell River this is the best place to stay. Strong Wi-Fi, amazing front desk and friendly cleaning staff. Access to the pub and Garden Court restaurant both are very accommodating and could manage the flow of people. With reservations was able to check out with 24hr notice and no issues. Very clean place even with a dehumidifier. No issues with allergies as compared to other places in Powell River. Plenty parking and room service if so desired. Jeff (along with other staff, he just was the person we interacted with the most) at the front desk has been amazing, very calm and able to handle rushes of guests in need of assistance.

Excellent accomodations during the Kathaumixw festival. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet food we were served was excellent.

Stayed here for work (idk the price my company paid). Hard to get the room cleaned if your working night shifts. Overall good average hotel. Nothing special, nothing noticeably bad. Good location for staying for work.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Close to all amenities. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You have to meet Viv in the restaurant for breakfast. She is full of ideas of places to go and things to see. My room was quiet and I slept well. The pub is fun. Good food, and a nice place to hang out when you don't want to be in your room after work.

Hotel is located close to many amenities, it's not by the waterfront. Rooms are decently sized and clean. Decor is basic. Internet connection speeds are good. Staff are friendly and the restaurant food is good.

Nice hotel in the center of town. I was in this hotel for 4 nights, and in a few different rooms due to a change in travel plans. Every time I checked in the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are all of good size, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. I think the biggest surprise of all would be the pillows they are not the fluffy kind you normally see and hotels, however they are the most comfortable Hotel pillows I have ever slept on. For that reason alone I would return.

The location of the hotel was perfect as fast food was very close. The rooms were very nice for the amount of people we had and the complimentary breakfasts were very good.

Clean room, Telus tv, very powerful shower. Bed was ok with crisp linens.

Great staff, super dated rooms. Pastels and pinks from the 80's. Clean and very well maintained.

Not exactly a 5 star but very nice. Clean and decent decor. I've always been able to get a room even without reserving ahead. Staff are friendly, breakfasts sre good. I was accidentally overcharged and 2 weeks later a replacement cheque arrived. When does that ever happen! I'll definitely be back.

Their service was great bUT there was a bit miscommunication within their team. They packed breakfast boxes for us coz we can't join there continental breakfast. Good job guys :)

I attended a wedding here. Very professional staff and a very clean and accessible establishment.

The Powell River Town Center Mall is the place to be.

I was going there to drop off a resume, and they were very friendly. They also seemed a little tired though, so it must have been a long day for them. That only makes me respect them even more for being able to remain composed when they were as tired as they were. I don't remember what they had said when I commented on it though, I just know that they should have probably been asleep at their desks, but they were still awesome!

Very nice very clean excellent food.

Location is good, with amenities close by. Rooms of a decent size and clean. Decor is older and rather plain. Service is good, staff are pleasant. Breakfast is included, but the omelettes are from a carton.
