The best view in Powell river.

The marina was great. Nice to have a gas barge too. Easy access, water and good power. We had dinner in the Bistro and it was delicious.

Where to start I wish Facebook would break down a review as the view was amazing from our room& they are a nice size. But that was about it. We arrived on Saturday October 3 2020. So we decided to have a nap before we started our adventure out and about. There was a letter in each room telling guests about how the resort is taking extra cleaning and other protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is my first time here and after reading the letter felt good about staying here. So I pulled my blanket and sheets back to get into the bed and found dirty paper towel or something left in a bed! Makes you wonder if the bed was even clean then was the room even cleaned! Went to the front desk to speak with the manager there is no manager on during the weekend I was told. Wasn’t offered a different room or even a discount or refund. Only for the bed to be remade. Asked for the managers email or office line so I could leave a message or email. I was given the reservation email. But not the manager email. On Monday morning I called to speak with the manager before leaving. The young woman who picked up said she was in a meeting and took my name and number and I informed her that I email and was calling to follow up and she sound less then Impressed that I was wasting her time with this phone call. My experience with this resort will make me think twice before I recommend or decide to stay here in the future.

Very relaxing getaway very friendly staff.

Booked ocean view but didn’t realize I would have to listen to music from the bistro til 9. (No offence to the music) just want to rest after an all day trip to get here. Rooms are definately 3 or under.

I arrived an hour before opening at the pub restaurant they seen the coffee cup in my hand and brought out fresh coffee to me awesome service.

The room were good and the view was amazing.
Not hard to find but I certainly can say it is run down, road in/out broken and needs repair. I came in on my Harley and it’s not bike friendly. Can’t say much about the amenities as I did not see or use them. Continental Breakfast, not impressed.

Currently at the hotel in a room that has a musty smell, a fan that has one setting on high af that’s so loud we can’t sleep and I’m worried my 10 month old baby is getting exposed to black mould because this room is old, moist and a festering cesspool. It’s baffling that this place got 4.2 stars on Expedia because it should have been condemned years ago. And to top it all off… no one in the office after 930pm. I’d love to watch TV while I wait for this night to end so I can gtfo but I can’t hear it over the fan.

We had a very short visit here, but it was perfect! The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and an amazing shower! It was the perfect way to finish off a long day before our next ferry.

Great place to stay beautiful view definitely recommend staying here can’t wait to come back.

Arrived late in the day with a 11m sailboat. Very friendly staff, reasonable rates and a nice eatery. The courtesy shuttle makes the the town of Powell River easily accessible.

Very nice pet room for us and our husky! Excellent views, saw a pod of orcas go by upon our arrival, friendly staff and convenient location. Will definitely go back!

It was warm and cozy by the fireplace, I had a wonderful first experience here, very friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere with beautiful sunset in the background :)
