Incredible customer service, and very comfortable beds.
Amazing customer service!
When we came here to check in, air Miles had messed up and our reservation hadn't gone through to the hotel. The reservation had gone through everywhere else (took our points and taxes went through on the credit card) but they didn't contact the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so understanding and helpful, we ended up staying the night anyway. She gave us an astounding deal on the room since we hadn't been prepared to pay for it and the room and bed were amazing! We had just driven 11 hours and she could see the exhaustion on our faces and gave us a superior room for the price of a standard room, so we had a nice huge tub to soak in and relax.
Even the bagged breakfast (due to covid-19), was good. I have a soy allergy and the muffins they put in were soy free so I was a very happy lady. And beautiful option of Starbucks coffee to start the day was a bonus ☺️
