Service was good, hotel lobby looks decent and moden. However when we got onto our floor (3) there was a bad odor in the hallway and once we got into the room it smelled of smoke, we didn't stay in the room long as we met other friends in another hotel, I expected by the following day that the smoke smell would be gone because they would of made an effort to get rid of the smell but that wasn't the case. Other than that the room was clean.

Only an overnight stay, but the rooms were comfortable and a decent size. Not sure if it's every stay, but received a voucher for either 2 breakfasts — basic 2 eggs, toast, what not — or 20 dollars towards other items at breakfast. All in all — good place for a quick stop.

Nice staff that were helpful and sorted out a few problems. Our room was given to someone else and then the one they gave us wasn't actually cleaned. They fixed things pretty quickly so it wasn't a total disaster.

Excellent place to stay, tucked in a quiet area. Downtown Kelowna is only 20 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very courteous & friendly. Enjoyed the food & service at the Gate Keeper Restaurant located within the hotel vicinity. Would highly recommend this place. Great value for your $$

While it is a bit out of the way on the western edge of town, the Holiday Inn certainly doesn't disappoint when it comes to comfort. The facilities are new and clean, including a very impressive indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and equipped with all amenities one would expect.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for work and it was an awesome experience Very friendly staff, great rooms Thanks restaurant in the hotel has to be by far the best restaurant I've ever been to Great food amazing service and staff Katrina and drew were amazing.

While nothing over and above, visits to this hotel are consistently good. The staff is fairly good, if perhaps a little undertrained, the rooms are clean and a reasonable size, and the location is convenient.

The staff are all very personable and friendly. Felt very welcomed.

Liars. Before I booked a room, I asked the lady at the front desk if breakfast was included and she said yes. In the morning, I went downstairs for breakfast and found out that it was not included. Terrible liars.

West kelowna holiday inn has great service but the beds are a little hard.

If I were you I’d go to the best western. Only good thing about this hotel is the lovely lady at the front desk and I believe her name is Lauren.

Cozy place. Friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfy. They gladly accommodated my puppy. Having the restaurant built into the building was nice. It’s in a good part of town that is close to everything. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Were helpful acquiring a last min room and kind at reception.

We were in a kitchenette suite and it wasnt stocked very well so we kept having to call to get things.

We have our Women Talk Kelowna events here and the staff and food are excellent. We highly recommend for events.

Customer service was excellent. However the room had an odd smell upon entering the room. And the bed sheet color and how it was arrange indicated they were not new or machined washed. Also the brewing machine had dust in it.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great service, and it's pet friendly which was perfect as I was traveling with my dog. I will definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend it. Directly behind the hotel is the Glen Canyon Regional Park which is huge and very scenic for anyone looking for an early morning walk. Dogs are allowed, but need to be on leash. This was an excellent little hike with my dog in the morning before a long drive ahead of us and so conveniently located directly behind the hotel.

Old hotel, they've tried to keep up but needs more extensive work. Bed comfortable, somewhat quiet.

Location was great for an overnight on the way to the coast. Rooms were clean.

Pretty good hotel, reasonable price considering the season and the surroundings. Clean large room, silent neighboorhood. The jacuzzi was not working (jets) but besides that, no complaints.

I had the prime rib dinner for $24.95. It tasted good. Everything tasted good. They brought me an undercooked yorkshire pudding but brought me a cooked one when I pointed this out. The wine selection is really cheap or really expensive with little choice in between. The waitress was inexperienced and it showed in her level of service. We noted that thier happy hour was 3 — 5 Monday thru Friday and 2-5 Saturday and Sunday. I would suggest happy hour extends to 6 pm on week nights because people work until 5pm.

The restaurant had excellent staff when my mates and I went for a few drinks and appies. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area.

After a horrible experience in Kelowna, the ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. Even though they had no rooms available they told us about open rooms at other hotels, and had great suggestions. If I'm in town again I will definitely stay here for the customer service and attitude alone!

Used the parking lot to go geocaching. Pretty nice and we'll paved.

Was there for a training seminar and the food provided was great and had no issues with any of the staff!

Loved how clean my room was asked for towels from house keeping in the hallway they had them for me real fast very impressed with there service.

I stayed here with my mother in mid September 2015. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were made every day and I really enjoyed the two types of pillows each bed had.

Room was clean, service was ok didnt really use it.

We stayed here just this Sunday and Monday nights. The staff were so amazingly accommodating, and incredibly friendly! The hotel was clean, the beds were SO soft and comfortable, and the building was quiet and trouble free. Not bad for a weekend with a hockey tournament nearby! WILL stay here again!

We had the corner executive suite with two separate rooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, and two patios. Overkill for overnight but great for longer stays. Pool extends from indoor to outdoor separated by curtains, but there were not enough towels — needs refilling more often. Unlike the reviewer that heard by rumor how the beds were, I can say from experience they were comfortable. I can also say both evening and day staff were helpful and friendly. They preauthorized my CC for full room rate + $50 but I wasn't charged until check-out. That's actually what all of the hotels I've stayed at do, so it's not a "demand" it's their policy. The cons I had with the room was a broken jacuzzi in the master bedroom (for the price of this room, that's bad) and it wasn't entirely clean — bits of toenail (? ) still in it. Also, the kitchen AC had visible dust buildup in the vents that could be smelled when turned on, so it clearly hasn't been used or cleaned in awhile. Overall impression, I'd stay at this hotel again.

I was actually bookes into the Holiday Inn in Kelowna, not West Kelowna, but our vehicle broke down and we coasted into the parking lot. The staff was wonderful, letting us leave our vehicle parked there while we went to a wedding, and found somewhere to have it towed for repair, allowing us to use the washroom to change for said wedding, since we weren't going to make to the other Holiday Inn in time to change, and said they could easily transfer our reservation to their hotel if we needed. Fantastic service! Thanks so much! =).

I stayed at this hotel while doing business in Kelowna. The day after I checked out of the hotel I realised that I had accidentally left my IPhone in the room. I called the hotel and within the same day they found it and shipped it out to me — no problem! I have to commend this hotel on their professionalism and honesty not just the great rooms and excellent service. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I travel to Kelowna.

Great stay! Staff were super nice and helpful, room was nice and clean, pool was wonderful. Only thing that makes this a 4 instead of a 5 was that there's no change machine the vending machines were old and were only coin operated and the elevator was very slow. Other than those small things fully enjoyed my stay.

My 12 year old daughter and her mother were booked into this hotel to spend a night reserved! She had 3 friends and her mom reserved to spend the night. When they arrived the lady working demanded a $300.00 deposit after we travelled for hours! She was incredibly rude! Wow SKIP THIS PLACE! Save a headache! Oooo and I hear from family that had spent the night here that is was terrible and beds are un-comfortable.
