Great modern facility. Quality place to stay, large clean rooms. Bed was comfortable and not as hard as other hotels we have stayed at. Pool area looked nice. Breakfast area was large, well stocked and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly staff. Provided all info regarding our stay. Hotel location is convenient. Room is great and cool! Satisfied with the hotel upkeep. Amenities are great! Just was expecting more with breakfast choices as we’ve had experienced from other BW locations. Overall was a very good stay and would definitely recommend to families and friends. Our toddler loved the pool slide by the way! Thank you.

Clean hotel, friendly desk staff, large dining room for breakfast with very helpful staff. Gym and hot tub, pool with water slide. We had a beautiful view of the golf course from our balcony. Great view for waking up and winding down at the end of each day. Tim Hortons is in the same parking lot and a fantastic health food store with fresh food and beverage options is also in the same parking lot. Fast access to the highway.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Lots of parking for the motorcycle trailer I was hauling. The wife and I tossed and turned the first night, the bed was a little firmer than we were used to. We asked about a different room for our second night and they did it with no fuss. Second night was better, great balcony, sip some wine and watch some horrible golf across the street!

Daughter Super like Slippery waterway although the whole swimming pool is not big but there are slippery waterways children have been playing in it for a long time. Rooms are large and new around the restaurant superstore is very convenient next time will stay.

Had a great stay and chose this property to be on the wine route. Slept like a baby and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Love the big flat panel TV and very comfortable accommodation.

Amazing hotel, with amazing views of the mountains. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The staff gave us ideas on what to see, and places to eat. There is plenty of stores in the area. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. The pool, hot tub and water slide are well maintained. Very nice that they have adult hrs, and family hrs.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff excellent. Included breakfast offered hot and cold items. Bed very comfortable. One of the few hotels we’ve stayed at that had a balcony. Nice to be able to relax there and get some fresh air.

Amazing service, complementary breakfest waffles and much more. Great little waterside and pool for kids and clean nice size hot-tub. Also adult hours is hugely appreciated.

Hayden at the front desk upgraded us to a king jacuzzi suite for our anniversary. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the waffles at breakfast were delicious. Easy walking distance to various restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, very clean and everything updated a Çnd modern. The breakfast was one of the best continental ones we have had. The only issue was The hot tub was a little cool in the morning and the chemicals were very strong, making eyes burn without getting them wet. The room had a comfortable king bed, very high cieling and lots of lighting. We had our dog who was given a bag of toys and treats to keep and for a pet friendly hotel this was the best one we have been to. Highly recommended.

A great location when vacationing in Kelowna, with beautiful well kept rooms, and convenient access to the plethora of Wineries in the area, while still being close to city amenities. The free breakfast is pretty standard, but always has good options, and the pool and waterslide is a nice bonus when travelling with kids. Although the property is right on the highway, I've never heard the vehicles passing by on my many stays here. Would highly recommend this property for any occasion.

This hotel is really nice. Rooms are well appointed, staff are obviously well trained in how to deliver great customer service, and the breakfast is excellent — including gluten free and dairy free options. I will definitely come back!

Our family of four stayed over the Christmas holidays, arriving on Christmas Day. The front desk staff we're outstanding. They made us feel welcome, making sure we had a crib, kettle and even helping us find a place open for food. If we come back this way, we'll definitely stay here again. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was kid-friendly and quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean. The bed was super comfortable and the price was excellent. The breakfast was hot and delicious. My experience is was awesome!

Good location, rooms were well cleaned, a nice property overall. One complaint is the pool water is cold and the hot tub is very hot. The pool, while being indoor feels unheated and most people could only stand 5 minutes of hot tub. We were on the ground floor with a wheelchair accessible room, the room was well laid out with a hideabed and a kind size bed, both were comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom had an accessible shower with a small lip if you wanted to wheel into with a hand held shower head work an on off switch on the head The breakfast was more than a small continental breakfast. It included fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, sausages, waffles, pancakes and more. A person was working there exclusively for the morning. Overall we liked the hotel.

Staff is good. Breakfast is good. It's clean. Has a great location. Traffic noise on lower levels is high. TV remote function was poor. Mattress sheet kept coming off. Room reservation and check in still found our room was not ready even after a late check in. Could not give us a better room but had a lesser room for 15 dollars more?!

Overall our experience with the hotel was great. It's a beautiful hotel the location on the golf course was great and the amenities the hotel had were great. Our son had a blast in the pool and the breakfast was awesome. My only issue was that one day our room was not cleaned. The do not disturb sign was not on and we were gone all day so I'm not sure why it wasn't cleaned. The girl at the front didn't know either and she gave me some toilet paper and clean towels as we were out of both. Otherwise it was a great stay.

A quality clean hotel with comfortable accommodations. I gave 4 out of 5 for two reasons. When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to wait a long time in the lobby for it to be ready. We arrived on a Thursday and even told them we wanted to check in early and yet our roo. Was still not ready until well after the normal check in time. The other complaint I have is the breakfast room. Every time I went there it's beyond packed and hard to find a seat. Minor complaints but it's the difference between perfect and pretty good.

Awful service. Took over an hour to check in a business group of 10. We had reservations and the process was horrible. First person to get their room out of the group got assigned an already occupied room and had to come back down. Second person needed 2 beds and only got one. Such a mess. Phone was ringing off the hook and the lobby was filled with people. To top it off the person ahead of our group was there longer with the same issues. Don't come here.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was renovated not too long ago. Gym has a reticulated bike, stepper, jogger and weights. Reasonable value for money.

We had a great stay at the Best Western hotel. The lady at the desk was outstanding friendly and helped us to organise a good table for the dinner and also some afternoon activities (golf). The rooms are big, modern and, most important, clean. Comfortable beds and rooms with balcony. The view from the hotel into the valley is great. There is free breakfast for all guests that is absolutely fine. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Nice hotel! Fantastic beds with comfy bedding and pillows. Hot continental breakfast was yummy and hotel service was wonderful. We booked the hotel/wine tour package and Napa Nancy was great! Picked us up promptly and toured us through the bottleneck drive with humour and grace! Loved our hotel/wine tour experience and would definitely do it again!

I've stayed in Best Westerns before but this is particularly nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Laura at breakfast. She was such cheerful soul, it was a great way to start your day. My room was large and comfortable; the bed was excellent, as were the shower and bath. It was so nice not to have any thumping music at night either! The location is quiet but with plenty of nearby restaurants and amenities. I would happily return.

This hotel is a good choice for golfers as there is a golf course across the road and is only a few minutes from downtown K and many wineries. The room I stayed in was clean and well appointed, however it was not the quietest room I have stayed in. There was a lot of noise from the hallway and the roadway in front of my room. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the continental breakfast is great. I did not try out the hot tub and pool (with slide) though it looked clean and inviting.

Needed to cancel a booking with them. The staff were disinterested and unhelpful in doing so. On my first call to cancel the booking I was told that because I booked through a third party site I had to cancel through them. Fine, I did so, but the hotel has not responded to the cancellation request after nearly a week. Called again and was promptly told they would need to call me back after checking in a guest. Still waiting for that call back. This may be a decent hotel, but their customer service sucks. Update — Finally got that call back. This staff member was helpful and did confirm that the cancellation had been processed, I simply hadn't been notified. Need to improve their communication with potential customers.

In Kelowna for a wine tour, this was the best hotel in the areas with a pool and slide. The suite sleeps 6.

Not the service I expected. We called 2 days to confirm our reservation, and to reassure of the correct room with the beds we needed. And upon arrival the lady from the front desk (seems like she was an supervisor or even management) was rude and non apologetic for not having the room we requested. And blames that the person we talked to was new. Will not ever go back to that Best Western Plus (more like minus), maybe nor ever into a Best Western any where ever again.

We had a rocky start to our experience. Got in trouble for warming up a diesel truck because apparently the fumes were aggravating guests. Told our kids weren't allowed to swim in the pool without an adult even though there was a 16 year old with first aid with them. After a talk with the manager both issues were resolved and our children were allowed to swim. The rooms are excellent though, clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, pretty good selection. Wi-Fi worked well. The only downfall I would say is the hot tub was ridiculously hot and the pool was freezing. Also over half of the already small pool was blocked off because you fly so far our of the waterslide. Waterslide itself was fantastic! Would have been even better if the pool was big enough to accommodate the slide and swimmers! Loved that they had walk out balconies! We stay at Best Westerns all over the world and although this wasn't a favourite it wasn't terrible either! The price was great for what you got.

Friendly and courteous check in. Hotel is easy to find and in a good location. Common areas and our room are clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast is fine with decent options. Would recommend and would stay again.

This is a great hotel. Clean, quiet, and with great service. If you're visiting the area, this is a good place to stay. I especially like that they have balconies for a little evening relaxation.

Called to book a room and was told to call back not once but 3 times. Obviously customers are not important to them. Worst customer service ever! Don't waste your time with this hotel book at four points or the grand were they appreciate their customers.

Had a great view of the winery from the forth floor, the waterslide was actually a lot of fun and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot.

Me and my wife stayed here last January, it is a beautiful new hotel, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly! Would recommend this hotel to anyone! We were very pleased with our stay.
