Totally enjoyed our stay here, happened to be customer appreciation night and our service was fantastic. Our singing girl Linda served us free supper with cocktails and drinks for the kids, she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Girls were kept amused by pool, water slide and hot tub which was very clean, free hot breakfast was also phenomenal, with friendly service. Every employee seemed happy and was a great experience — would stay again for sure.

It is friendly, helpful, clean. I like the handicap rooms for the shower. Some hotels I can't get into.

Unfortunately every time I’ve stayed here it’s been a bit dirty, bathroom is not very clean. Definitely disappointed. Light switch panels have dirt on them, dirt in corners of bathroom and strange black spot on the bathroom ceiling? Not sure what’s up with that. I feel like I need to have a quarantine shower when I leave.

I have been to this location numerous times over the last few months and I am disgusted by their lack of cleaning. My husband stays there for work and his first week I went to visit and I cleaned the stove which was disgusting as well as all around the toilet. Since I have gotten my own room twice now and took pictures this time because I couldn’t believe how disgusting it was. The only ready I continue to stay there is because it’s convenient as my husband stays there for work.

We stayed here one night on our way back up to Alaska this summer. We arrived late after driving all day and had two dogs with us. The man at the counter was super helpful and friendly. He even gave us treats, waste pickup bags, and a toy for our dogs. Breakfast in the morning was great, checkout was a breeze, and the pool has a water slide! My husband and I both agreed we would stay here again any time!

I stay at Super 8s pretty regularly, and this is definitely one of the nicer ones. The room was clean and modern, and the lobby felt high class for a Super 8. Tried out the pool and hot tub, both were clean and working properly. I would have given five stars but for two things: 1. The receptionist kept answering the phone and having lengthy conversations while checking me in. It's rude to answer the phone and have a chat when you have somebody standing right in front of you. Let alone more than once. 2. The room was missing some pretty basic things. No pen and pad, there is a coffee maker but no coffee, no cups, spoons etc. It doesn't seem like they stocked it. I'd give it another try.

Very nice hotel with an awesome pool area that has a large water slide. There is a Walmart next to it along with many restaurants. Wi-Fi is decent too.

Was clean room breakfast easily had to wait on a lot of food there were 5 adults we had 2 queen beds and asked for a cut and they supplied it and them complained in the morning that there were to many people were to many in the room there was plenty of room for us and don't supply the cat and then complain to us the next day not sure if I would stay there again.

The rooms in the new wing are awesome. Staff is friendly. Great for a short or long stay.

Comfy beds, good staff, not very good breakfast but we still like staying here, and the pool stays open till 11:00 pm, plus its right bedside mr mikes and walmart.

Excellent pet friendly hotel with an indoor water park and reasonable rates. There's also a full hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, waffles, juice, etc. ) included with the price. Enjoyed the stay!

The lady at the front desk was great. She gave me a great room with good parking. All was well. Only problem was the misunderstanding of the room rate. If only the people working behind the desk could just give the TOTAL room fee for the credit card. I would not have been grumpy when I checked out. I asked her several times what the total rate was when I checked in. She failed to tell me the taxes included. Plus fees for safety deposit box which I never used. Very dishonest. I am pretty sure when a customer asks for the total rate. They mean what the total amount is being charged! On their credit card. Very disheartening. Shame on Super 8 in Ft St John. Sorry but 20.00 EXTRA in taxes and fees IS ALOT.

We have recently been staying here often, because my husband has been working in FSJ. It's not a long drive for us to come stay with him, and the staff here makes it even better! My kids are treated like royalty and everyone is so excited to see them in the morning. They even make sure to set aside breakfast pastries for them in the morning! We will never stay anywhere else.

Stayed here on way up north and way back. Pool area is great for kids, rooms are nice and clean. We paid $180 for a two bedroom suite. Our air conditioner was broken but would stay here again.

Great family place to stay. Easy access from the highway, a great pool, clean and comfortable beds, including a great breakfast buffet. Mr. Mike's restaurant across the parking lot is also a bonus. This is our choice stop when travelling north. Update: Typically we have a great experience here but our A/C didn't work in the rooms last night so it was sweltering hot.

I travel for work and they always have a room for me whenever I am out this way. It is always clean, quiet and roomy, and the staff are very nice.

We had an awesome experience with the front desk clerk, Michelle. She was so helpful, polite and friendly from the initial phone calls through the check-in process. Super impressed with her customer service! Nice hotel, we stayed in a family suite and got a good deal on the room. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a long drive.

A pretty nice Super 8 with clean rooms. Very quiet, and helpful staff. But why would you stay here when for only $7 a night more you can stay in the Northern Grand Hotel, which has better rooms and beds, heated bathroom floors, complimentary bathrobes, better toiletries, and free cookies at the check-in desk?

A great place to stay; clean and comfy with a fun pool! The continental breakfast choices should please everyone and the staff were very friendly. It is within walking distance to Boston Pizza.

First room floor was very clean and nice. Fast Internet. Customer appreciation night with free burgers and beer was awesome. Great experience.

Not as private as we would have liked but otherwise it was a good deal. We rented the pool out for a 2 hour birthday party.

The staff was pleasant, room was clean. The hot tub was nice, though a lot of chlorine for my liking. There is a breakfast, it's ok in a pinch and is included with the room. I would stay here again for Sure. Thank you.

The staff and rooms are nice… the rooms were a little squishy. The pool and waterslide was a lot of fun! The only thing was the breakfast wasn't really the best. It was pretty cold and didn't taste too good. Over all it was a nice trip!
