When a place allows their staff to steal from a 13-year-old, it deserves zero customers. Disgusting and disturbing behaviour.

Can't recommend a place that allows their staff to steal from 13 year olds and let them get away with it.

Never would stay here due to the fact that the staff thinks it’s ok to steal from a 13 year old girl. Sad.

They like to employ thieves. And not do anything about. The management is also very unprofessional.

This particular establishment does nothing in the way of punishing staff members as far as stealing from customers and then tries to cover it up for them. Myself, nor my family will ever do business with this location again.

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast Wi-Fi was hit or miss. The biggest issue was online pricing was 107+tax for the room but I couldn't get it for that price because in his computer he could only do 126+ tax as he couldn't find in his computer where it was available at that price even when I showed him the online price.

Room was nice, would give 5 stars but the continental breakfast was really disappointing. Everything else was exactly what you would expect at a holiday inn express.

Very friendly staff. Well cleaned rooms. Fitness centre is actually not half bad, there is a proper cable machine, a real adjustable bench and dumbbells going up to 50 along with 4 pieces of cardio.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Location is good with three to four just a walk away. There is a park within a few minutes walk if you have kids or dog to walk. Perfect, thanks for the great hotel!

Good stay! They offer breakfast and hotel is near a mall, restaurants and other commodities. Near airport.

It's hard to give a fair review when you pull in at 2am in full zombie mode and are gone by 7am, but they gave me no reason to shake my head in that short time. Included breakfast had options like: cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, omelette, sausages, bagels, muffins, donuts, the juice machine, coffee, tea, and probably more.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is next door to Boston Pizza and walking distance from several other great restaurants.

The hotel does not believe in shovelling snow from their parking lot. Breakfast is a disgrace.

I travel for buisness and wear dress shirts. The iron and ironing table are very bad, bed is comfy. Towels are worn out. Place is clean Turn down the thermostat does nothing for the room them. Room is warm for being-18 out side. Breakfast is OK. Coffee sucks.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great pool and hot tub area. The included breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. Will gladly stay here again.

The hotel was nice, clean and fairly new. Only issue we had was there were problems with the breakfast room so they had a temp area set up. I would stay again.

I loved the hotel. The fitness center was efficient, the heated pool had a great slide and the room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Meets the holiday Inn standard. Clean, quiet, not the cheapest, but you can collect points.

I'm staying here while working in the oil patch. The front desk service was very slow, and the attendant only moderately helpful and friendly. My room wasn't clean when I got there and still not clean when I returned an hour later. To top it off there was no utensils in the room. Having stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's I know cutlery is standard in other hotels of the same chain. I've had great experiences with this chain in the past and I hope my next review will be more positive for this specific location. Update (from 2 stars) : I had a unique problem with too much food for the room fridge to hold. The staff person was extremely helpful in finding space in the back fridge.

New and clean, internet is great and rooms are very nice. The staff has been pleasant and everything kept nice. Television has a great selection. The included breakfast is mediocre and the room fridges are quite small.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels in Fort St John, with the comfiest beds. I had the best sleep, and the breakfast options are really decent.

Always a pleasure. No matter which holiday and I've stayed at across BC and Alberta, the rooms are always clean, the beds are super comfy and the continental breakfast is one of the best offered at a reasonably priced hotel. The exercise room, pool and hot tub are also very nice.

Great staff, very friendly. The Internet is definitely not slow, download speed of 20Mb/s and upload of 13 with a 60ms ping. The continental breakfast was definitely a cut above the normal. They have oatmeal, dairy products, eggs, mini omlettes, sausage or bacon, an automated pancake machine, and more. Hot water was fast, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Tons of outlets in convenient places. Fridge, microwave, and keurig with good selection of kcups. I can't honestly think of what more I would want from a hotel. I'm in town to work, not on a trip to a bed and breakfast.

Advertises high speed internet. That is not true. Stayed there twice over a 2 month period and it was little better than the old dial-up. If you have work to do that required connectivity or if you want to use Skype, find somewhere else to stay. Food for breakfast was not great, it needs a just a bit more of something special. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. It is a new place so everything looks good.
