Very friendly staff and oh food is soooo great and classy.

Third time coming here. Food is excellent. They market this hotel very well online. Will definitely be coming back. Recommended for a close COVID 19 getaway with little travel involved. However I do recommend you find on street parking as the overnight is expensive.

There is new management in the restaurant. The staff seem more efficient and they do a really good breakfast. I always get the eggs Benedict, it has the most perfect homemade hollidase sauce. But more importantly the best hashbrowns in town.

Attended the Christmas dinner, very good service from Betka and food was delicious.

Chicken wings all day. Fairly good social distancing.

Was charged for minibar wine we did not drink without being informed. Had to explain to the concierge that no we did not have time to have anything out of the minibar. Was told we were being charged for two wine bottles that were filled with water. Clearly from the previous people. They do not check the minibar frequently enough. Will never stay with them or recommend them ever again. Unfortunately I recommended them for my friends on their wedding night recently and they were woken up at 7:30 to the sound of a jackhammer. Terrible awful hotel. Take your money somewhere else.

We had a great weekend at the Pinnacle! Great location, pet-friendly and room was awesome! They even had a dog bed and bowl for Foxy.

Had a fabulous stay here last night. Harbourview room was lovely, quiet, and had a great view! Really enjoyed the Lobby Restaurant for breaki this morning (crab cakes benny & avocado croissant were both fab), and we had dinner at the Pier 7 Restaurant last night — the calamari & crispy brussels sprouts were both delicious! Great location — lots do do in the immediate vicinity, and just an all around great experience. We'll be back.

Delightful hotel and staff. One problem. My reservation said ‘mountain view’. I have a busy street and am surrounded by tall apartment buildings. Not sure where the mountains are.

We had our wedding here and everyone had great things to say about the food (especially the roast beef). The staff members were very accommodating. We had a great time.

Good hotel overall. Beautiful location, but if you're not familiar with Vancouver this hotel is in North Vancouver so far from downtown and not the most convenient location if you're planning to spend a lot of time exploring Vancouver or coming from YVR, though it is close to the sea bus which is helpful. Also the service is not as good as the location. I had a couple of issues upon check-out on 8/30/2018, one desk attendent, an Asian women (checked me out at about 12:30 pm) was particularly rude and not helpful or pleasant. Of course this left a bit of a bad taste for me, likely wouldn't stay again.

Service is friendly stole an apple from the front desk. Room is nice with a great view of the Vancouver skyline. The bathroom is nice meant for pervs as you can see right into the shower but it's really not worth it. The sink is too damn close to the faucet barely could wash hands under it and water get all over the table. They are "going green" by making sure you put a damn sign on the bed so they change sheets which just means they wanna save on their cleaning bills. Their dry cleaning prices are misleading and always charge an extra dollar than what you see for some reason. Quick walk from everything even a seabus right here to get to downtown. It's alright but the view alone isn't worth it over other places.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms with views. Great selection of amenities and very helpful service at front desk. Happy hour available at the restaurant downstairs. Close to everything including seabus terminal.

This is my second time here. First time we had good experiences at the lobby restaurant downstairs. This time I was here attending a graduation event. The food was top notch and so were the desserts! The place was kept really nicely and it's short walk away from a killer view. It's definitely one to consider when hosting events.

Great hotel. Loved the room. Only strange thing I found however — bathroom had a massive window into the main room; one could close it with a set of blinds, however just a neat thing about the room.

My Family and I recently stayed at the Pinnacle for two nights, and here is my review. Good Stuff about Pinnacle Very nice room, Many spacious parking spaces, Very comfortable beds, Very effective thermostat, Attentive, respectful, and caring staff, Great location 1 block from the Pier, and Very good hotel restaurant. Things that need to be improved at Pinnacle Weird bleach smell in lobby and elevator, room door closes loudly, one chair in a room with two beds is not enough, only two pillows on a bed need more, only one shower gel for a double bed room, the iron is dated and not very effective, and the mountain view from the 5th flr is a peek a view because basically you are staring between a bunch of buildings to see the top of a mountain. Mountain view marketing was misleading. The room clock was plugged into a socket that was accidentally turned off by a switch near the room light switch which meant always resetting the clock. Resetting a clock at 3am is not something anyone wants to do because you pressed the wrong room switch. Details matter when it comes to staying in any hotel especially when they are aspiring to be 4 Stars and above. I would stay at Pinnacle again but not for as much as I paid.

Don't expect customer service at this hotel. I attended a wedding there and the service was horrible especially for getting my woman room access to prepare for a wedding. Half the wedding party was from the island, I can only imagine how many other people were frantic getting into their rooms to prepare for the ceremony. They didn't lift a finger to help us get in early enough to prepare, charged me for the room up front-no trust, charged for hotel parking and charged the entire wedding party full price for drinks when right downstairs they were half price for happy hour. Even just the general Experience, for the price, I've never felt so let down by a hotel, I hate Airbnb, but this doesn't help build my confidence in hotels. Nice view, but better service elsewhere for half this price.

A good venue for hosting a wedding of up to 250 guests. Having the ceremony, cocktails, and reception on the same floor was convenient. The food and drinks service was great! The filet mignon was very tender and juicy. Cheese tart with caramelized onion was very tasty. The interior was clean and well maintained.

I've had dinner and drinks at the Pinnacle Hotel restaurant a number of times. Each time I am thoroughly impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. I love the prime rib which comes with mash potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and roasted veggies.

Great Hotel. Right on the pier in North Vancouver. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is construction in two lot's in front of the hotel as of 4/20/18 that do create some obstacles to The View and a little bit of noise during the day. I still think regardless it was a wonderful Hotel.

Great upscale hotel right on the pier. Lonsdale Quay is right next door for lots of good food options. Gym and pool are really nice as well. Waterfront view room is worth the extra $$, but looks like a building is being built that might block the view once completed. Enjoy the view while it lasts!

There isn't anything to say but this Hotel was Wonderful. Condo's have been built all around the Hotel now so there isn't much of a Harbour view left. You just have to go out the front lobby doors and you can walk around the pier and see the water. Beds were firm, toiletries were Fantastic, the cleaning staff were Extremely pleasant. The Hotel Lounge had Great food and drinks and even nightly entertainment. Would definitely visit again.

Nice and clean place to stay. We stayed at a north facing suite for one night. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. The rooms around ours were all occupied but we had no noise issue. The front desk staff were very respectful. The only issue is parking. There is a very tight parking lot available, but for a really high price. I think a hotel should provide free parking for its guests.

Great place to stay on business trips! The rooms are large and comfortable, well kept, and if you have harbor side have excellent views. Have never had a noisy night here over the years, which means I get a good sleep. The pool is a divided lane pool only, so if you want to get some exercise or burn off frustration it's a good place to go. Hot tub, Sauna, & steam room are what you would expect from a hotel. Be warned that the in-room shower has a full glass wall in it which looks out onto the room. There are blinds, but they are controlled from the room, not the shower, so make sure you trust the person you are with!

Nice boutique hotel. Great amenities and great food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice room with a great view of Vancouver harbor. The indoor lap pool and exercise room make it eady to burn off the restaurant calories.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are nicely designed. However, there was a large window right beside the shower looking into the shower and bathroom with the blinds on the outside of the bathroom which was unusual. There service and location were both fantastic.

Very good value for the brunch. Decent portion size and not expensive at all. They have free parking if you give them the stall number. Friendly service and definitely tasty. They have some festive decorations for the holidays.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Only issue was we had a room with 2 double beds. Double beds are not the best when sleeping with someone else.

I was there for brunch on a Sunday. The food was mediocre at best and at one point somebody I presume who was the manager was telling one of the wait staff to hurry up and get food out quicker, in front of the guests. They where obviously busy and I wondered why the manager wasn't bringing food out himself.

Hotel is great and you can take the ferry approx. Every 20 min. To downtown Vancouver and shut down. (Crossing takes 15 minutes)
The rooms are super clean and large with modern amenities. You have a great view of the Vancouver skyline. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay there was a large construction site right in front of the hotel, which disturbed the beautiful view a bit and above all made sleeping within the week from 07:00 in the morning impossible. For this we would have expected a corresponding remuneration of the hotel. Apart from that, we would recommend the hotel to others.

It was a great wedding experience. The hotel was easy to get to by via Seabus and had a very nice view. The food was good. Definitely recommend it for others.

Beautiful hotel with amazing stuff willing to help you in anything. The hotel is amazingly clean and the rooms are amazing. Also the location of the hotel is great, it's accessible by various sources of transportation and it's beside many restaurants. I will always come back and stay in pinnacle when I visit Vancouver.

We recently got married at the Pinnacle and it was absolutely perfect. Norma was incredible from day one. The ballroom is stunning and was the perfect spot for 220 guests. The food was superb and all our guests commented on the excellent service. We had the most perfect wedding day and would highly recommend the Pinnacle at the Pier for a wedding.

The service for the event was excellent and it was a great wedding hosted by them. The few things that took away from the experience was the cost of drinks and it was quite warm in the lobby. With all that being said they did let us into the ballroom early to enjoy the nicely air conditioned room.

Excellent hotel experience. A bit on the pricey side, but all-in-all enjoyable. We stayed on the view side, which we could see the Lonsdale Quay and the harbour and then downtown in the distance from out the window. Nice lane-pool and jacuzzi for amenities. Easy walking distance to the Quay and also the Sea-Bus to go downtown.

Room was clean, spacious, and felt very nice inside. Service was also friendly and very helpful. One thing I didn't like but didn't detract from anything: view of the street. If you're staying here, do yourself a favour and pay the extra couple of bucks for either a good mountain view room or an ocean view!

Modern place with helpful staff. Pet friendly. Near nice shops and restaurants. Nice views of main Vancouver downtown area. Lots of high rise construction in process but is quiet at night. Excellent pool and health club access for guests. Parking is under hotel for a fee.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pinnacle Hotel a lot! The view from our harbourfront room was spectacular and the room itself was great too. We loved unwinding after a long day in the city in the hotels' pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here if we were to return to Vancouver!

First off, North Vancouver, where this hotel is located at is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than staying in Downtown Vancouver. I found the downtown to be crowded with the usual homeless population and seedy streets close to major hotels and tourist attractions. On the other hand, North Vancouver is only 6 kilometers away and the area where the hotel is extremely nice with open spaces, their own boardwalk and market, souvenir shops, etc… So 5+ stars for location I had a room with the Harbor view, and it was very nice. The King Bed room was spacious with C. O. Bigelow toiletries. The bathrooms are modern. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and the service is great as well. There was a microwave in my room and I called the restaurant to deliver a dinner plate and silverware. They sent them promptly without any hesitation. If I go back to Vancouver, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Pinnacle Pier is a dream come true wedding venue. We love their roof top patio for ceremony. It has beautiful seaside review and Vancouver downtown skyline view. You will get absolutely beautiful ceremony photos. The hotel is fairly new. The ballroom is decorated with a classy and modern vibe with perfect height of ceiling, beautiful chandeliers. For added decoration, you can go from minimum decor with just backdrop to total transformation with full room draping. What we love most for the venue is their Staff, from the sales team to banquet team, they are such a dream venue to work with. They are professional, friendly and helpful. They are always very quick to get back to us, and make sure our setup and take down run smoothly. We love love love working with the venue, and will definitely recommend the venue to any wedding couples.

I was there for a conference. Breakfast and lunch was provided. The food was great, the conference room was large and could accommodate what would seem to be up to a hundred people. The staff were friendly and efficient.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at this hotel. The room we had was very nice… one of the few places we've stayed where we could appreciate a nice firm mattress (most places the mattresses are soft and sinky). We had a nice view of the harbor and downtown Vancouver across the water. They have quite a nice indoor swimming pool and hot tub as well. Be prepared though to pay extra for any other amenities — Parking was an extra $18/night; Refreshments in the room were priced pretty high, for instance $4.95 for a bottle of water, breakfast is available at an extra charge.

My experience of the Pinnacle Hotel is limited to the Lobby and Swimming Pool area, both of which are very nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The only interaction I've had with staff has been helpful the extreme. Based on this limited knowledge I wouldn't hesitate to use the Pinnacle Hotel myself and would certainly recommend it to others.

This hotel has treated us wonderful. We accidentally made our reservation for a day later than we meant to and they gave us their last available room. The concierge was helpful and provided tips to make our stay more enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a comfortable stay in a beautiful part of the city. The view is breathtaking. 10/10.

Recently spent Valentines weekend at this hotel and we had Great experience. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space and very comfortable beds, Incredible View over looking the harbor and Downtown Vancouver and very easy to make your way over to Downtown from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I'm a 22 year old business professional in Vancouver on business. This hotel was booked by my company and paid for before I had even arrived. Walking up to the check in desk I was greeted by a man in his mid-late twenties with darker hair, I am unsure of his name but he told me that protocol need a credit card and ID in order to check in. When I asked he said he just needed an imprint, so I quizzed him again. Would he be putting anything on my credit card? After fifteen minutes of going back and forth I finally got my answer. He wanted me to authorize the hotel to put a $300 deposit on MY credit card. My hotel was already paid for in full. I don't know if it was because I looked too young to be staying in a fancy hotel or perhaps he simply likes taking advantage of tourist. Or maybe he was just sexist? But there was no way I was letting the hotel put a $300 charge on my credit card. After, now nearly twenty minutes, the guy changed the amount fro $300 to $100. If it's company policy, how can this guy just magically change the amount needed? I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes of talking to my bosses, finally we decided to just put the $100 on my credit card. I am unimpressed with the hotel's policy. Why tell me you need an imprint of my card if really you plan on charging $300? If I hadn't pushed this guy would he have just charged to $300 to my card without me knowing? Isn't that fraud?

Had our wedding at this amazing Boutique hotel that is full service. Eveything was amazing from the food, the staff, the ballroom, the location and the gorgeous guest room. Thank you to North Vancouvers finest hotel that rivals any 5 star downtown.

I am now spoiled for all other Vancouver staycations. We have visited many hotels in and around the Lower Mainland. The Pinnacle met and exceeded all expectations and the breakfasts are wonderful. Loved the harbourview room and my husband wants to install "a shower like that " in our home but we don't have "that" view so we'll just have to visit again.

Decided to spend the night here after our hectic but fun wedding. I thought it'll be a nice lil getaway to relax for the night since this is supposed to be the nicest hotel in North Van. Maybe I'm too spoiled from other hotels but this hotel did not have valet. The amount I paid for this hotel $200+, they should at least offer this service especially that I mentioned to them that it's our wedding night. I don't mind paying $20-30 for this service. But to my surprise, I had to go to the underground parking which I wasn't even sure where I was allowed to park. When I checked in, I made sure that I reminded the concierge that we have a late checkout because it was already passed midnight when I arrived. Ok, he said. I even requested it when I made reservation on the phone a week before. The lady on the phone couldn't speak proper English, she had a Phillipino accent. The hotel room was nice, spacious, with a good sized balcony and rain shower head. It drives me crazy when the hotel does not have toothpaste and toothbrush in the washroom. We were super exhausted and now we have to call to ask for it and wait for them to knock on my door. I want to sleep already! The next morning was beautiful. The "ocean" view wasn't that great but the gorgeous weather made up for it. We decided to sleep in but at 11am, we received a phone call from a not so pleasant lady wondering why we haven't checked out. I told her that I requested a late checkout. When?, she asked.
