We came across this beautiful inn quite unexpectedly.
It is private, serene, and in a spectacular location.
Summer in Canada can be flooded with tourists but this little corner of heaven was a haven.
I swam in the cool, turquoise waters and basked in the hot afternoon sun. The view of mountain peaks and glaciers was breath-taking. The long summer night was filled with possibilities: specialised restaurant meal in town, lake cruise, canoe paddle or hot tub and wine. Breakfast was the most sumptuous we discovered on our 6 week adventure to Canada and Alaska.
We could have stayed a week but sadly, had to return to Vancouver.
