Horrible service, scuffed up rooms, and amenities not usable (pool dirty, gym equipment covered with bedsheets, lounge closed). Easily the worst hotel experience in a while (I’m a gold member). Brought to managements attention and was basically brushed off. Stay anywhere but here or at your own risk.

Fantastic stay at the Sheraton Guildford! Great service, VERY clean and comfortable and stylish room. Lots of space to feel safe in the pandemic for our staycation. Highly recommend for great luxury value!

This hotel is very unprofessional and does not care about the health and safety of their guests. While under distress I tripped and fell into their hotel display and hurt myself. I was in need of medical help. At no point did their staff call an ambulance or 911 a few days later they sent over a bill for the display and when asked why they didn’t call 911 and just watched me in need of help their reply was I was a guest to someone that was register at the hotel and not actually paying to stay there so they don’t see why they needed to help me or simply call 911. Just disgusting way to treat any human and I wish this on nobody. Please save your money and stay at a hotel with basic compassion to people.

Booked 3 suites for the family for more than a month and loved the staff. Very helpful and warm staff and one of the best hospitality service in surrey.

The place is very dated. Food was good. The charging for parking was ridiculous don’t like being nickel and dimed.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. Rooms are large and tastefully furnished. The restaurant served one of the best dinners we’ve ever had. The morning buffet was just ok but service was good.
The noise from the hall can be heard quite loudly in the room. I hope our neighbors had a great evening as they got home around 1am.

The worst Wifi I’ve ever experienced at a large hotel. Lack of follow up by IT even after calling to request 4 times in two weeks. Too many “teams” staying here and not being supervised well enough. Restaurant offerings limited, expensive and not up to price. … Upgrades promised and not delivered.

I was there for a convention and it is a great spot with excellent staff and it is immaculately clean I would totally recommend this for your functions or for a weekend stay and it is convenient location easy to find in the heart of Surry. Guildford!

Gorgeous — the beds are like clouds, bed nights sleep. Rooms are large and spacious. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Rakesh was great in helping organize our rental car. Pool is amazing and pool hours are perfect. Will definately be back again to stay.

Really great service, room was great with a beautiful view of the city. Note parking is 12$ a day! But Wi-Fi is included. Our coffee maker broke but the quickly brought us a electric kettle which was perfect since we were just making tea! Thanks Sheraton!

The outside wasn't what I would have expected. They say though, never judge a book by its cover. It was beautiful inside. The pool was outside and heated. Really nice rooms. For sure a nice hotel!

Splendid Hotel where the pictures match very well. On the other hand we changed rooms three times despite the intervention of maintenance and the last one at 3:00 in the morning where it was impossible to sleep because of the air conditioning. A sound of hell! ️
But the gentleman at the front desk put us on the 14th floor and offered two good buffet lunches.
So ladies and gentlemen, if you have any complaints, the staff is ready to serve you and find solutions.
I can advise him.

Rooms were very clean and smelled nice. Also had a great view from the room. Just a little expensive for a 1 night but it's a nice looking hotel. Plus I wished they offered free breakfast though.

Brilliant place too stay. Good location just outside the city butt there are buses and skytraom to get you in and out. The staff area very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar had a variety of food to choose from. You have a swimming pool and a small gym area. The rooms have recently been renovated.

Attended a convention here that started 2 days after the hotel staff went on strike — it had been booked years in advance, and relocating 900 people was just not an option. We were expecting the worst, but we were all very pleasantly surprised. I won’t take sides on the dispute, but have to give a huge shout out to the entire management for doing an INCREDIBLE job, and going above and beyond to make up for the decreased services. They offered free breakfasts, a delicious drink on check in, and served food that far exceeded the catering that we’d ordered. They practically lived in the hotel for 4 days straight, yet they always had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable despite the disruptions. Thank you so much for ensuring our convention was impacted as little as possible.

Just stayed here for 3 nights for a huge conference while the hotel staff was on strike. Hotel was being run by the 23 members of management, working incredibly long hours doing anything and everything that was needed. I've stayed here in previous years for the same conference and was blown away by the amazing service we received this time. I've honestly never been treated so well at a hotel as this past weekend when the management was running the show. Management were happy and helpful and they went above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Absolutely amazing management team at the Sheraton Guildford.

This hotel is a real community player. They are quick to help any group that makes Surrey a better place to live. Rooms are big and comfortable. Lounge has good food and the bar is where all the best deals get done. There is something lucky about that place when it comes to business. They are a strong supporter of the business community and a great place to stay. I always want to support businesses that show they have heart. This one has the biggest.

Good food, LIVE piano entertainment in the main restaurant, fabulous Sunday brunch, several convention rooms available for meetings, weddings ETC and a great view of the Rockie Mountains to the North, in Vancouver, BC.

Great meeting place. All renos are done and they to a great job to make you feel welcome. SBOT meets here often and the events are always great! The only thing I would say is that free parking would be great. When buying a ticket to an event, paying for parking is no fun. You don't have to pay for parking in many places in Surrey. But all and all great hotel and gear events!

Hotel was fantastic. Was prompt with guest requests and getting me what I needed. The gentleman that check us in was efficient too. The room had a mountain view which was nice. It was convenient to the large shopping mall as well. Would stay here again!

Me and my girlfriend came here for a couples massage. The experience was exceptional. Amazing massage and very good customer service.

We were looking for a nice place to have a few cocktails without the loud music of the local pubs. The atmosphere at the Fresh Lounge was really nice. We could have some great conversation while enjoying some drinks and snacks. The servers were freindly and extremely attentive, we never had an empty glass. The drink specials were also priced very reasonably. We will definetly be back.

The conference space was modern and updated. The staff were fantastic and it seemed like the tech guy was a big help for our facilitator. Food was good, not great but good for mass produced conference food. Was kept much too cold though.

Room was very clean, we had an amazing view from the 15th floor. Only staff we dealt with was the last at the front counter who was very nice. The part that was not good was we didn't discover there were no towels until I was getting out of the shower!

Really far from Vancouver however it was close to the venue I needed to be at, so it wasn't bad. The room itself was very good but I was close to the ice machine and elevator so it was noisy at times. That said the room was very pleasant. The executive lounge area is pretty standard. The gym is nothing special, but clean. Where I really liked this hotel however was the staff. I've been to a lot of hotels and this hotel was definitely above average for hospitality and efficiency. He staff was very welcoming and made me feel like I was comfortable. This is particularly important to me because I often look like a gym rat Asian kid with unkempt facial hair. Sometimes when I walk into the lounge I get a double take. Other than that, most things are 24hrs, there's parking and a pool/spa. They gave me a later check out because I was feeling sick and there's parking. Totally unrelated, there's no uber here in Vancouver so plan for cabs. The ride from the airport was about $75 cad before tip.

Is being remodeled and I think the concept is more modern Q.

Had dinner at Fresh while waiting for an event to start. Food was delicious with lots of options. Staff was friendly and courteous. I had a special request prior to the event and the front desk staff were very accommodating. I know there's stereotypes of hotels in Surrey, but I assure you this place breaks all of them.

Upon check-in the staff member was aware of my reservation and had me checked in very quickly. Staff remember inside the club Lounge was very polite and courteous. She was always attentive to our needs and ensured that we had everything that we needed. Our hotel room was clean up-to-date and fully stocked with water and toiletries. Room service was quick courteous and very professional. Although the food Portion was a little smaller then had hoped it did taste great. Upon checkout the front desk attendant remembered my name and had me checked out right away. Great service overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed a month here and I can safely say that you're paying for the luxury bed, couches and TV. The continental breakfast and dinner are small and with very limited variety and portions. The staff is a gamble on whether they are polite or pushy. But overall a good experience.

I went there for a work meeting. The conference rooms were clean and well lit. The staff were very friendly and and helpful. Lots of underground parking.

Good value. Free parking, free shuttle to the nearest Skytrain station. Decent restaurant and bar. Rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. Large mall nearby and a number of chain restaurants. If you need to stay in Surrey, this is probably best brand name hotel.

Great hotel and area to stay, if you don't need to be downtown Vancouver. I saw a sign indicating that the hotel was being renovated, but other than construction workers, I saw nor heard any sign of them, which I was grateful for. Housekeeping, front desk and room service staff were all extremely polite, friendly and professional. The food was delicious. I recommend and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Decent Hotel. In Surrey you're prolly not gonna find better then this. It does the job. I think my standard for hotels is hire after being at so many around the world. However, one thing I definitely recommend is their dinner buffet with line what 150 items or something with chocolate fondue. Yummy!

The room trash can have the classification, very environmental protection, the bed and the pillow soft and hard moderate, provides the pajamas to be gentle and comfortable, has the free mineral water two bottles, the sanitary ware is complete, the embellish hair milk is extremely good, blows the hair not to have the special blowing hairstyle, can naturally form, will not Breakfast fruit also offers blueberries, raspberries, two-colour seedless grapes, green and orange cantaloupe.

Everything was great except not having a microwave. We had great service and any question or need was accommodated or resolved quickly and with tremendous professionalism. We were upgraded to a room on one of the recently renovated floors to accommodate our larger family at no extra charge. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet with a great view.

Our 5 rooms were ready before noon and they were all on the same floor. Very courteous and professional desk clerk. She took all the time we needed to get everything set up. Free parking and Wi-Fi!

Stopped for short stay. Family with us. Easy access by car, convenient parking and nice renovated room. Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Went here for lunch with my extended family. The restaurant was nice, hostess's and servers were very pleasant. The food was actually really good for a buffet. Great variety and very tasty.

Recently renovated hotel in a very convenient location in Surrey. Close proximity to route 1 makes it easy to get into town and allows for quick access to the highway. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern, with a great view as long as you're staying above the 5th floor. Parking is underground and is $9 a day for guests. Hotel lounge/bar area is also modern too, and has a great beer selection.

Best hotel in Surrey by far, but that's mainly because their competition is weak. Still this hotel surpassed my expectations and had great rooms and service. Good location south of the Fraser River. Close enough to highway 1 if traveling to nearby cities.

Pathetic service it's worst than a 2 star hotel, I have never experienced such poor service any where in the world, kitchen ppl don't want to make any special needs food since we r allergic to gluten n dairy. And shower is not working someone comes after 30 mins to fix it that too after calling guest services n than waiting for 20 mins n going out looking for housekeeping ridiculous service I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here as it was fairly closes to Vancouver, and was cheaper then hotels downtown. Upon arrival we parked it the underground lot. $9 per night was very affordable and there was lots of space. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast for 2 was included, and it was very good. The only bad thing about our stay was that there was a body builder convention going on, and there were quite a few freakshoes around, and most of these guys were not very nice. The hotel was very good.

I could not believe the terrible service my parents had received during their 8 nights stay at this hotel. On Sunday 18 June, the hotel had a power outage which lasted more than 12 hours. My parents came back to the hotel around 4pm and found that the only lifts and a few emergency lights in the corridor and front desk were working. The power outage happened only in the hotel and other buildings nearby had the electricity. My parents had to spend the entire night in dark with no lights, air-conditioning, hot water, power to charge any of their electronics. To make things worse, the hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel staff even refused to lend them an emergency torch. This is a serious health and safety issue as my parents are elderly and required their daily medication. The hotel made no apologies nor any attempts to address any of their concerns. We are extremely disappointed with Sheraton Guildford and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Sheraton Guilford lost my reservation (according to the front desk they had no reference of its existence). Seeing as the hotel was sold out of standard rooms, the solution I was offered was to book one of their King suites for the night at the walk up rate of 360/night +… The smug and arrogant approach of the staff at the front desk was baffling. Our soccer team has booked 20+ rooms. I was offered an 'apology' for the inconvenience but nothing else and was left to find my own solution as I wasn't prepared to spend 3x the rate of my original reservation. To top it off, they refused to refund the 9$ I spent on overnight parking in their lot in anticipation of spending the night at the hotel (a private company is contracted to manage the lot and there is 'nothing they can do about it'… a common theme when dealing with their own mistakes.

Excellent Emmlacement for an event in Surrey.

The hotel was clean and elegant. I was attending a seminar. The rooms were spacious. The water provided was kind. The room had good acoustics.

A decent hotel overall, but we definitely still had some complaints. It was clean and the room was nice — unfortunately, the internet was extremely slow and even the paid tier was very unreliable. The parking was expensive and seemed excessive given the quality of hotel, and the blackout curtains for our east-facing window didn't work well enough, so the room was very bright each day starting at 5am, no matter how much we messed with them.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and prompt service. Boss Limousines clients have nothing but great things to say about the Surrey location.

Surrounding area isn't great but the hotel interior is surprisingly beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the restaurant food was very good. The Quinoa Risotto was delicious.

If you need to stay in Surrey, the Sheraton Guildford is probably the best chain hotel available in the area. The staff are top-notch and the accommodations and amenities are good. Free parking for guests. Recommended.

We were there for a work conference. Unfortunately the location was a bit small for the number of attendees. The parking lot was also awkward to get out of.

I've been here dozens of times and always had a good experience. The staff treat you like you're important which makes me feel good. Lots or parking and the special event buffets are delicious. Rooms have views and proximity to the mall cover all your needs. Good hotel!

Best hitel in the area. Great customer service with pretty good amenities. Nice workout area, pool, covered parking in basement garage, on site restaurant and bar.

4 star prices, 3 star hotel services. overall the hotel could use a better reno then it has. the beds are over used and should have been replaced a while ago, the pillows might as well have not even been there, and, even with climate control in the room you never seem to find the right balance of cool and warmth. while close to all the amenities that guilford has to offer the fact that you find your self more willing to buy food out side of the hotel says a lot for the quality to price range of the food offered at the hotel. biggest pet peeve I would say I had at this hotel would be that their public wash room sinks, it seems would never detect your hands in front of it making you spend 5 minutes trying every direction to get it to turn on. however, the price range for the rooms per night was competitive as far as 4 star hotels go.

Lovely hotel, room is okay, but we got the clubhouse and that made a big difference because you got complimentary coffee, sodas and snacks for the whole day. Breakfast in the morning and a appy hour in the evening, just make sure you don't have anybody under 19 in that appy hour. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to live in the center of all the activities and action in Vancouver.

This is rediculous we are from korea and they are being racist. They devided the canadian and asian. A waitress give us a seat on the end of restaurant and we ask for her to move the seat and she said "nope". Is it because we are asian? This is rediculous and I dont want the peoples comes here.

Fabulous service from the desk. Comped my parking when they found out it was my first stay in BC. The rooms have a gorgeous view of the mountains and you can walk across the street to the mall. It may be a bit of a drive to downtown Vancouver, but it's worth it.

Hotel is very outdated. They try with what they have I guess. You can stay at a newer cleaner hotel for less money. Having said that, the staff are great and mostly accommodating. Also, I didn't like paying valet for my car to be moved literally 20 feet and kept above ground for the night. Then in the morning I was just handed me my key.

Only stayed one night. But the room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the city of your up high.

Scam, when we reserved it we made sure they have free Parking and free breakfast. After arriving to the hotel they told us we have to pay 9$ for parking/night and breakfast only for VIP! even not that they charged us more 42$ for parking (not 9$ as they bill shows) we have to dispute CC company. Result of this Hotel is horrible.

I'll be the first to admit the restaurant is pricey — a bacon cheeseburger with a cup of coffee was $22.05! But I swear it was the best hamburger I've eaten in years! The staff is friendly and helpful; it was disconcerting not to have a microwave — almost a standard amenity these days — but the parking was free for the weekend, and there was a minifridge available. My friend stayed on the Club floor and said their food was great. I had the $19 buffet in the mornings, and it was well worth the cost. (There's a shopping mall practically across the street if you're trying to save money on food, by the way. ) I've had better hotels, but I've had much worse.

I will be the first to admit that I booked this hotel because the one I wanted I waited too long on. However, the staff, the amenities and the bar/restaurant made up for it. I had a beautiful mountain view, corner room with a couch. The bar/restaurants beer menu was lacking byt that's typical. Thankfully, the food excelled. The biggest drawback is the commute to Vancouver. It is a 40 minute ride on the sky train and a 10 minute cab or bus ride if you don't catch the hotel shuttle that only runs twice a day. It would be nice if those times were to Vancouver. If you go in knowing about the distance, this hotel has everything you need.

Stayed here after a conference that I had to attend was in this hotel. It was relatively busy and found the lobby to get clustered pretty quick, however they had ample underground parking which I felt comfortable leaving my car in. The first room had a loud buzzing coming from the fridge, and I called down to see what they would do. They suggested unplugging it but I had some drinks I wanted to keep in. The staff were very accommodating and came right up to collect my things and move me to a different room. I almost didn't want to be bothered as I didn't want to have to haul back to the busy lobby but just a phone call and they took care of it. Room was nice, decent view, bathroom shower/tub felt a bit dated, otherwise it was nice.

Worst vacation ever. Bill Gates could not afford to eat at the resteraunt. The room did not even have a mini fridge. This stay was covered by a mentally disabled woman who had to save for 5 years. The day we left we recieved a bill under the door for $130.00 for the calls made on our calling card, all toll free. The staff that checked us in was very rude and unprofessional. This is not a place to take disabled people of any kind, also demanded full week stay prepaid and $300.00 deposit, because room was not able to be charged on company credit card. That left my lady with $300.00 less spending money and considering she only gets $95 amonth after her expenses that was a big loss for her.
