Absolute express no fuss great hotel for stays. Decent breakfast spread. Highly recommend.

The staff has been super helpful, kind, and on the ball. The breakfast is surprisingly diverse and tasty. The pillow top beds are far more comfortable than most hotel beds that I've been in.

Just stayed here for 3 nights for a huge conference while the hotel staff was on strike. Hotel was being run by the 23 members of management, working incredibly long hours doing anything and everything that was needed. I've stayed here in previous years for the same conference and was blown away by the amazing service we received this time. I've honestly never been treated so well at a hotel as this past weekend when the management was running the show. Management were happy and helpful and they went above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Absolutely amazing management team.

Clean room and great staff, but my ground level window's blinds don't close. All there is is a see through white curtain.

Staying here for work, it is exactly what you would expect. Service is great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I always choose holiday inns because you know exactly what you're going to get.

Breakfast is bland, even blander than usual express breakfast. Also my first night I woke up multiple times with bed bug bites. As a business traveler, this is the first place I've gotten bed bugs in.

The location had a nice view, the employees were very helpful and the service was great.

Update:: On my 2nd visit:: Another pleasant impression when I visited this Holiday Inn the 2nd time a week ago. I experienced very courteous hospitality. I traveled with my family for a brief getaway in Vancouver BC. We stayed at this Holiday Inn for a night. When checking in to our guest room, I noticed that the vent (fan) in bath room has been on, and there was a strange smell in the room. Not smelling comfortable, I checked with the front desk and wondered what caused the smell. The manager on duty, Cheryl, immediately offered a room exchange. Not knowing what it was in the original room, but I was upgraded to a family suite. I appreciated the quick response from the management team!

Only 4 stars because of the continental breakfast. It's good as it gets but I was better last year.

Room had useful things like paper plates and utensils we don't usually see. The bed was nice and the jacuzzi tub was much larger than in other hotels. On the downside no extra pillows or blankets where in the room and the air conditioning did not work reliably although it wasn't required for our stay.

The hotel was well kept up, quiet and had wonderful amenities. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful! I would stay here again for sure. The jacuzzi room was amazing and very affordable!

I spend a lot of time traveling for work, was nice to see it so clean. A little more upscale than the average hotel for a decent price. Wish they had a corporate rate or at least the lucky 13 program or something where you build points for a free hotel room after so many stays.

Quiet, restful and so comfortable… Staff went out of their way! Breakfast was delicious.

Rooms had enough amenities, beds were comfy enough, Wi-Fi was good for a hotel, breakfast was good for a "complimentary" breakfast. Fitness facility is basically non-existent. Staff was usually nice to deal with. I guess the best way I can put it is, it's a good place to rest your head while you do stuff during the day, but nothing special.

Beds were comfortable. The bed linens were lovely, almost gauzy, beautiful. The free hot breakfast was pretty good. No complaints. Good stay.

Tasty, well stocked breakfast with a variety of foods. Our upgraded suite is very clean, well-designed with microwave, small fridge & extra sink, but the rug is stained. Rooms at the front are a bit noisy rooms the back are quieter, (but not always available), they also have a nice courtyard view. The sofa is worn-out and not too comfortable (I hate to think what the pullout bed might be like). The work desk is a good size but, if you love TV, it is a smaller flat screen. Suites are also available with a jacuzzi but we like the tub better as you can always use the good sized pool and hot tub downstairs. Internet gaps out occasionally.

We had four different families that stayed at this location and we all had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and provided a great service. The rooms were large and clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Always a great hotel. View is amazing and right off of Hwy 1. Very convenient. The pool is so cool being underground. People are very nice and helpful. Whenever I'm in the area, I prefer this holiday Inn.

The place is soo convinient to stay near in everything food, malls etc. We have a king size bed and the room is clean. Definetely will come back soon and booked with this hotel.

Everything was wonderful we had a Kingsize Bed which was great no trouble getting into it and I am a short person. My Husband said we needed walkie talkies to talk but it was wonderful lots of room and no fighting for the covers. The Breakfast was good except by the time you got everything that you wanted your scrambled eggs were cold and the bacon was paper thin and we didn't care for the cinnamon buns otherwise everything else was great. The room was great as well was surprised to finally find the closet behind the big mirror on the wall lol to funny but makes sense when you think about it. If we ever get a chance again to stay there we certainly would 100%

The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff were friendly. Although small gym and the pool was a little dirty but it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was good. I definitely like the hotel.

It's a very nice hotel. When I arrived the power was out, due to a car accident which wasn't the hotel's fault but was very disappointing after a long day.

Staff not overly helpful, the sheets were covered in long black hair, the air conditioner was broken… And the staff offered me sheets to change the bed myself, and a fan until the morning.

Good family hotel outside more expensive parts of Vancouver. Not much around it for dining, but the hotel itself has everything you need for a clean, refreshing and quiet stay.

Staff was very helpful setting us up :) Room was lovely; the Hookless shower curtains were awesome! Breakfast was tasty and the pool was very refreshing!
