This place was extremely accommodating when our Vancouver flight through Lynx was canceled. They gave us a king bed room with enough room to fit 2 roll beds for the kids. They were sympathetic towards us they gave us a credit towards our room from the taxi to the hotel from the airport. This hotel has super friendly staff. A 5⭐️ go’s to the tall German man & Manager who made our stressful night seem like “it’s going to be ok, we’re here for you”

It’s very nice and beautiful room, with very kind staff, very near from the airport, convenient, thank you Westin hotel Vancouver Canada.

We stayed here this past Friday night and were very pleased. Beautiful hotel, our room was very nice/clean, hotel staff were friendly, was a great location for us with fairly easy access to Rogers Arena and of course the airport is near by and we weren’t disturbed by noise even though planes were flying near. Room prices were good though we booked through a booking agent because it was less expensive than booking with the hotel directly. Would definitely recommend a stay here and next time we come for an event I will book here again.

Love that even tho their executive lounge is closed they offer nice touches for Bonvoy Elite members. In addition to complimentary breakfast they also have free non-alcoholic beverages all day in their restaurant for us as well as a small evening mean. Tonight's was Coq au vin. Also, even though we're very near the YVR airport the plane noise is minimal. We look forward to staying here again next time!

Stay between March 19-22. We experienced some sort of unwelcoming at the hotel. We have prebooked the hotel months ago, and clearly stated it is for wedding/honeymoon stay. The room had not prepared for that (I compared with friends in honeymoon stay at other local hotels). Our make-up and photo helpers were confronted when attempting to enter the elevators. We were blocked for photoshoot when leaving the hotel (I am deeply disappointed that we cannot have the photo of my leaving the building in my red tradition dress. As part of our tradition ritual). This is a big memorizable moment we had in our wedding — with negative mark.

Great location near the airport. They have an airport shuttle service for pick up and drop off to the airport. Large room with very comfortable king size bed. Adequate amenities except they only supplied one complimentary 500 mls bottle of water though the room was booked for two. Very surprised there was no kettle even though they supplied 1 English breakfast tea bag and 1 camomile tea bag. We asked for the kettle and they happily supplied one.

I like this hotel. Good service with free airport shuttle from and to the hotel.

I like the rooms, 24/7 weight room, pool but not much shopping around or restaurant’s.

This hotel is fairly new and it’s stunning. The staff are very professional and accommodating. While it’s located in the corner of the city there are still plenty of amenities nearby. Shuttle to YVR takes 15 minutes and it’s available every 30 minutes. Rooms are modern. Beds are very comfortable. Washroom is spacious and has individual shower and tub. Only complaint is the gym. I understand not all customers use the area but it’s easily one of the worst in my experience. The free weights seem to be very outdated, as if they were brought in already used. There is only one gym machine (multi use unit) and it’s out of order with cables dangling freely onto the floor. No signs were spotted for out of use or repairs needed. The pool and change rooms however are clean and well equipped. Phenomenal value for the area and would stay again for sure.

I stayed for 10 nights here with my wife and my toddler son. The location is great, very close to Vancouver Airport and Richmond where there are many food options. Rooms are big and clean. Most importantly, the staff ranging from the concierge, to the restaurant waiters, to the front desk personnel, were all courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. When my son was crying after he bumped himself near the lobby, the hotel stopped his crying by offering him a teddy bear =) it's the cutest thing in the world. Used the pool and gym which were both nice and very clean. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

At this hotel right now. Tried to take a shower and get to bed early to catch an early flight. The shower door will not stay closed and rolls open. Called the front desk and waited 50 minutes for someone to come look at it. When the guy arrived he said there was nothing they could do about it and we should wedge something under the door. Then he got in the shower with his street shoes. This place is a joke! Stay somewhere else.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The front end staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a large bathtub. There were great amenities. I would definitely recommend the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport.

Great experience right from reception to checkout. They provide airport shuttles for which you may request in advance while departing. On arrival we called for shuttle from the airport and they arrived in time. Good facilities provided in room as expected. Surrounding area is under construction though so if you book online and you want a great view, make sure you choose your rooms well.

Very nice hotel with an airport shuttle. The rooms are very comfortable and recently finished. The staff was helpful and arranged long-term valet parking for guests for much cheaper than the airport parking lots.

It's a very nice hotel. We were surprised by the $15 a night parking given the location, but we didn't want to trust street parking so maybe that explains it. The room was amazing and we had a great view or the water. However the pool was in the other building and getting there involved climbing down a floor via the stairwell, walking. Through not two but three separate long hallways and going thought roughly 6 sets of doors. But that a side I was very pleased and felt very comfortable. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome.

Outstanding service, amazing benefits with the free membership, stunning gym and pool faculty. Room was very comfortable size, the beds and bedding were outstandingly soft and heavenly. A complimentary robe is the ultimate touch to the stunning tile shower and huge bath for relaxing anyway you prefer. Attached is a restaurant for easily accessible meals or drinks. Wheelchair accessible. Great space for conferences, events and to stay during vacation in Richmond, BC. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to all needs, professional beyond belief. Such a welcome environment I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing accommodating stay in Richmond!

The staff were amazing and were able to answer all my questions. The room was amazing. Great stay & would recommend. The self parking is a bit confusing but that's my only complaint.

Very friendly and welcoming. We chose this hotel as it not only allows dogs but it supplies the dog bed, dog dishes and even poo bags. We were not disappointed! Even though our room was beside an airport off ramp it posed no noise irritation and we slept well on the pillow top bed. The blackout curtains were great. Very clean and modern rooms with good amenities: separate shower and tub, desk and chair, easy chair, fridge, coffee and tea maker in room but there was also coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. Lovely pool with a great view! Exercise room is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was delightful, with crisp sheet bedding. The pillow options were nice but nothing new. Great one night treat before our early flight. A little pricey but well worth the change from the average. Great job and we will be back …

There for a conference. Great setup and nice catering eats. Get at those egg rolls on the lunch buffet. Also proximity to the airport makes things easy for out of towners.

Exercise room well equipped with new machines, overlooking harbour yacht club and seafood restaurants. But complain their pillows too soft and mattresses too soft too.

Love this hotel! The rooms are beautiful. The view isn't great but it's so close to the airport and the transit system that it makes up for it. Food was good. Staff were beyond helpful and approachable. Definitely a great hotel for folks who need somewhere close to the airport.

The Westin Wall Centre is always my first choice to stay in Vancouver. Their heavenly bed is super comfortable and it doesn't bother me even when it rains because I can simply relax in bed, go to the gym or soak myself in the hot tub. Their service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it.

Everything you would expect from a Westin. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy bed. Updated decor and furniture. Free parking. Free fruit, coffee and drinks at reception. Gym and pool is large, well equipped, and facing floor to ceiling windows.

Close to airport. Reasonably sized rooms but missing kitchenettes. Great amenities. Decent 24 hr fitness facility. Reliable menu.

We rented a one night stay for wedding prep. It is part of SPG so use your rewards here. Views are gorgeous and the interior layout is phenomenal. Everything is clean and parking was a breeze. You can either pay at the machine or by phone. Nice and simple. Highly recommended.

This hotel is definitely showing its age, but overall there's nothing bad about this hotel. The lobby, hallways, and rooms are all very modern. The pool and hot tub are in a great location, and are adequately sized.

Comfortable and clean rooms. This property has a club Lounge which I rarely see at Westin Hotels. Really like their sleep well balm provided. Only thing I dislike is running outdoors there isn't much scenery and good paths.

Beds are. Comfy, getting a corner room with two floor ceiling windows amazing. The cleaning crew was nice, bathroom was alright but stained. Didn't bother me too much.

When I travel to Vancouver the Westin Wall Centre is where I choose to stay the night I arrive from the US and my last night. The Westin has everything I want when I travel — quiet, spacious rooms with heavenly beds that help me get the best night of rest. I also like the healthy food emphasis at Westin and always have exceptional dining experiences at their restaurants. The bath amenities are clean-no paraben, coloring or other additives and the gym offers a variety of ways to exercise. I think the Front Desk staff at this property is the very best — warm greetings, help with selecting a room and assistance with requests. On this last trip I stayed 2 extra nights rather than stay downtown. The sky train is very close for getting to a variety of locations.

Not worth the price. It's nice, but got a much better deal at the Hilton in Burnaby with the same exact level of quality and service. It was also much more convenient than this location.

Good clean hotel very close to airport. A bit too far north from many shops/restaurants unless you like all the nearby Chinese food options. A good stay and I'd be happy to stay again.

I went to the Westin for a professional conference. The place was clean and the staff was professional and responsive. We where served breakfast and lunch. The food was good. Not many people showed up for the event. It was quite technical.

So the hotels parking might be a bit confusing. There are two lanes that go into the hotel area. Stick to the right, the left takes you to a Marina parking lot. The hotel is nice. Kinda like a good Vegas hotel with a gym and pool. They also gave me a free apple in the lobby which was cool.

Our stay at the Deluxe suite is fantastic! As always with Westin, the hotel is clean and well equiped. The staff was nice and helpful. Parking though was a bit chaotic. Not enough spaces for self parking although there's an option for valet.

Went to a wedding banquet here. Room was nice and had high ceilings. Servers were friendly and good with service. Food was just ok.

Gym is small but serviceable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall location doesn't offer too many great views but it is close to the airport.

Nice indoor pool with a extensive fitness centre that overlooks a port. Nice lobby, and the location is convenient as it is close to No. 3 road, and major shopping centres. Nice staff that are eager to help, all around excellent hotel.

I am really impressed with this hotel. The room bathroom were spacious. Bed was comfy. My booking included breakfast and appetizers in the lounge. So relaxing, good view, 24 hour Snack and beverages. Will definitely go back.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed. However I was surprised to be charged for internet and parking. Weird wiring for the room, one master switch turned on all the lights and it was not possible to just have the bathroom light lit. I actually had to unscrew the bulbs near the bed so I wouldn't disturb my sleeping wife. For some reason (maybe security) there was no interior staircase. Two small elevators for a 15 floor building seemed a little inadequate.

Very nice rooms. One of the only hotels that I can remember actually having a vent fan in the bathroom. Service was great. Pool and gym are a bit if a hike to get to since you have to wind around several halls, but are nice.

An excellent Westin with an attractive except and interior. Parking is abundant with a valet service. They have both a pool and a limited workout room. They have very nice conference rooms with the fifth floor one having limited access to a shared enclosed building park. They have room service and a hotel restaurant and bar called the Apron. The hotel is an 9 minute walk from the Canada line and is on two bus routes (one from Richmond, one from Vancouver). There are a few nearby restaurants and a Chinese mall close by. Hotel staff are friendly and you can expect the high quality service of a Westin with excellent beds and clean service.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Richmond. It's very convenient right off the airport if you drive, overnight parking is $15+tax. However its location is a bit remote for people using public transportation. It has free hotel shuttle running starting 4:30am which is good for people with early flights. It always have good service, clean rooms, comfy beds and good starbucks coffee. They recently changed the tissue paper and is much lower quality than the previous brand.

My family uses the Westin every time we need to do an early morning flight the next day. Their rooms are always clean and fully stocked with what is needed with some of the most comfortable beds. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with all of our hotel needs.

We stayed for a week here. The location is perfect close to No. 3 Rd with all the restaurants and shopping locations near by. The hotel is in the quieter block west of the city center. The room is spacious with very comfortable bedding. I love the cleanliness of the hotel. The workout area is a bit far but it is well equipped. The hot tub and the pool is very relaxing. The parking is $15 per night which is expensive but most other hotels around charge for similar rate. The in room Starbucks Coffee is a great addition to every morning.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Vancouver airport area. The location is convinent. The room layout is good, bed is always comfortable, and service is good. They provide single serve Starbucks Coffee and tea. I have never disappointed in this hotel.

Was super impressed with the staff, room and food. Huge bang for your buck, especially when you're a Starwood Preferred Guest. (Free membership with great perks).

Is able to check in early, the room was clean and comfortable and the amenities (pool and gym) were enjoyable. The small touches like the lemon ginger tea with honey in the entrance were nice, on a cold day when feeling under the weather it was nice to have on hand.

I am big SPG traveler and this Westin is lacking the Westin experience. Staff OK, facilities seem dated and its not an old location. Bar and food is weak and nothing to do in the area. The Skytrain station is a little walk. Airport however is very close.

It was quite expensive and when we did local call they even charged us. Common! people we have been charged for local calls. PEOPLE it is Rediculus, stupid. It is like you a going to the restaurant and pay for the napkins as well. Reception was not friendly at all. never go there again.

Hot tub is cold, pool ice cold, then called customer service for it and they said they'd send somebody to maintenance it right away. I waited 40mins shivering in the hot tub and nobody showed :@.

There is no way this can be a 4 star hotel, if that's the case then I am completely lost to the star rating system. I am so disappointed with this place that I am actually reviewing it while still checked in. Firstly, the pool is quite possibly the worst in both location and temperature (stated to be on the 5th floor, but once you get off the elevator on the 5th floor you walk down two long back hall ways which leads to an emergency exit and two flight of stairs to the 4th floor. Your reward for the long incovenient walk is water colder than room temperature). The fit and finish of the room is no better than a Holiday Inn which is less than half the nightly rate without the overly pretentious effort to be something it is not (a four star hotel). In all honesty I could not with good conscience recommend this place especially at the going rate of 190+ per night and $15 per night for parking. Again, this is not a 4 star hotel (I would say 2.5 to a low 3 at best). Ohh before I forget this Wall they speak of is the green eco-wall which is located at the entrance of the building which like most things within the building is poorly designed; as the sprinkler system which is meant to water the wall soaks the walkway tiles which gets very slippery and is a dangerous hazard. Being from a construction management I could go on in more details about the poor and illogical sense of design/layout of this building and facilities but I rather not.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It's new and clean and the bathroom was huge with a seperate walk in shower and a large tub. Staff was friendly and professional and the beds were very comfortable. The area is in transition with new buildings going up and old ones being replaced. The view was incredible with planes going by and coming in for a landing. Sound proofing was excellent as you couldn't hear them. The area is very ethnic and as such has much to offer as well. Dim Sum and a variety of seafood restaurants can be found within a stones throw. Was well worth the cost.

Pretty good The rooms are clean the jim is a joke so small and no free weights. Only a fee jogging machines and a few bikes the pool is ok but nothing to write home about the hot tube is nice but not very hot a all. For the price the river rock is way better hottel with lots more things to do and way nicer resturants.

We like to stay in Westin Wall Centre every time when we visit Vancouver/Richmond. The service is good. Staff are friendly. Hotel is neat and clean.

It's a nice hotel but not worth the price. In a neighborhood with abundance of free parking spots, parking is an extra 20$/night and you also have to pay extra for internet in your room. The check-in time is 3 pm; however I had to wait until 4:30 before they had a room ready. They have two elevators, but it seems just one is working at a time and you have to wait quite a bit for the elevator. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, in a sketchy looking area.

The Westin Wall Centre hotel overall is good. The hotel itself is very new, with comfortable and very modern rooms. The gym is large and equipped with very modern exercise equipment. Although you need to drive the area to get to restaurants, there are some incredible ethnic restaurants around that part of Richmond, BC. There are some quirks to the hotel that I find a bit inconvenient. Number one — it's the only modern building in the area. Everything around it is warehouses and abandoned buildings. Secondly, getting to the gym was like walking a maze for 20 minutes — up this staircase, down that hall, turn that direction, reverse course and head back 20 paces, and squeeze through that locked doorway. By the time I actually got to the gym, I already had my workout! But generally, the hotel property is very slick and comfortable rooms.
