It’s the hotel free snack at the lobby. It is my ist time of experience in a hotel generosity as early 3 am Canada time.

Easy check room are great staff is very helpful.

The staff was very useful and friendly. They made sure we got some coffee and breakfast before our free shuttle t he airport at 5am. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel appeared to be newly renovated and was very modern. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. However, there was a lack of space to set things on in the bathroom, even a towel for the shower. The staff was helpful in trying to help us with things to go see, but the location was not easy to access transportation. It is close to the airport but not pedestrian friendly at all, sidewalks go through questionable neighborhoods and end forcing a busy street crossing and then a block or two later end again. There is a lot of heavy traffic and we saw a couple of near accidents. Without our own transportation, we ended up staying in our room and the afternoon ended without having done anything fun in Vancouver.

Very nice and clean hotel, just 5 minutes away from the AirPort. Great way to start or finish your trip to Vancouver.

Good location near to the airport, decent price that includes breakfast, room all tidy and fresh with good working air conditioning. Staff all helpful. Maybe add a little note to the booking confirmation detailing the shuttle pickup location (s).

Great hotel, we stayed here twice and the airport shuttle service was so convenient. The staff were friendly and had great suggestions for sightseeing. Breakfast provided a good selection to start the day and coffee available 24 hrs in lobby.

The pricing was good. The room was clean modern and big. The breakfast was good and you had a big variety.

5 stars for being a great hotel in its class, not for 5 star luxury, of course. Clean, large rooms, professional staff, nice small touches; snacks, bfast, lots of towels. Great location with restaurants and grocery nearby.

A bit out and about 10 minutes from the airport. There are other, closer options. Adequate breakfast options and helpful staff. No drinking water in the room. Reception advised to come down and buy from the kiosk.

Recently remodeled (ca. 2017), this location is beautiful and clean. Rooms have modern touches such as USB ports and indirect lighting. Wiping the surfaces with a wet towel attests to the cleanliness. One of the best options for lodging in Vancouver. HIE, keep up the good work!

Fantastic hotel for people that don't need to be down town. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. Lots of electrical plugs for charging your devices. Even has an HDMI port built in so you can use devices on my TV.

Very clean and well insulated. Could not hear other guests. Nice breakfast buffet included in rate. Would be a 5 star rating but the automatic door exiting the parking garage kept malfunctioning, not allowing me to exit. Had to go find staff to let me out from the outside twice, once when I was on the way to the airport.

My connecting flight was cancelled so I was storm stayed overnight in Vancouver. My room was lovely. Staff were friendly and offered to book my cab for the next morning. I relaxed on the chaise in my room with tea and complimentary chocolate chip cookies. I made coffee in my room in the morning and enjoyed the free breakfast. My cab arrived 5 minutes early and I was at the south terminal in 7 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my favourite hotel ever! Honestly they are SO nice — and SO accommodating. The hotel itself has the best beds that you hate to get up! The bathrooms are perfect & the cosmetics are very nice as well. Lots of lovely towels! Have stayed there twice in the last 6 weeks and many times before… it is just perfect for a Vancouver Airport layover… shuttle service is always on time & the drivers are amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel option in Richmond. Convenient location and close to airport. Excellent value for price. Room interrior clean and modern. Exceeded expectations. Would certainly recommend it. It will be one of my main options when staying in Richmond.

Parking costs $10 a night but you can park on the street for free. The rooms are very clean and updates however I found the windows to be a bit thin and could hear the traffic a fair bit. We live in the woods where is super quiet so the average person likely wouldn’t be bothered. The building itself is quite safe. You need your room key to operate the elevators. Breakfast being included is a nice touch and there’s lots to choose from. All in all worth the money compared to a lot of the other hotels around.

Recently rennovated hotel makes it really clean and modern. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the breakfast is surprisingly good. The location is convenient and close to the airport. Only downside is it is close to Costco and you can sometimes hear the trucks honking. I didn't really notice, but it might bother others.

Room was ready when we arrived early. Staff was polite and accommodating. Room was newly renovated and nice. Parking js convenient and security is more than expected. Breakfast was great. Would recommend people stay here and would stay again when in the area.

Comfortable, practical and very functional.

Hotel has been completely renovated since my last stay. Well done, very comfortable and good staff. The selection of breakfast food was very good and the eating area was well laid out. Only complaint for our stay is that there should be at least one more pot light in our room as extra lighting definitely needed — especially at this time of year with our short daylight hours. Would definitely choose this hotel again especially if using the airport.

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and in a great location. 5 — 10 minutes walk to the Skytrain, free parking, and shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was great and the check-in/check-out was simple and easy. Fast and efficient. Housekeepers were nice and quite witty, as the front desk staff was very considerate as well as friendly. Would recommend and definitely go again.

Loved this hotel. The room was lovely and had a coffee machine, microwave and fridge. A minor issue was resolved immediately by the reception staff. I used the airport shuttle and found it very efficient and convenient. This is an outstanding hotel in my opinion.

Staff was very friendly complimentary breakfast quite good with a good variety of food! However when we arrived both elevators were out of service so would've had to walk up 4 flights of stairs! Sister is slightly handicapped so had to go out to wait for them to be fixed. Did not feel we were compensated sufficiently.

I stayed here for business and am not usually an IHG guest. The staff was super accommodating and gave me and upgraded room with a king bed. The house keeping staff is super friendly and anytime you walk by the say hello and wish you a great day. The breakfast in the morning is normal for a hotel nothing super amazing to report their. However their coffee and tea selection is great. They are renovating and the new renovations were amazing! Only downside is a Costco next door with late night truck deliveries. They seem to be aware of the issue and working on correcting it.

Good service and safe parking lot. The 1 week free parking is perfect, they charge $5 per day after, which is a good choice when going away for a couple weeks. Decent hot breakfast.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay here. We were on the newly renovated floor. Very nice. Great location, close to sky train. Staff was very helpful with maps and directions. Breakfast hardy and healthy. We would definitely recommend this location.

The room was wonderful, it was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly. My only issue is that construction next door started at 8:00 in the morning. I really wanted to get a few more hours of sleep other than that I have no complaints.

Stayed here to go to the Richmond Night Market and Illumination Night Market. Very close to the market, within a 1-2 Mile drive away. King sized beds were great. I think the bathtubs could have been cleaner as I was hoping to soak with a bath bomb. Front staff very friendly. There's parking available after you check in, but not much street parking. There's a Costco lot across the street though. Because it's close to the airport, there's a lot of airplanes flying overhead. I didn't really notice the sound from my room on the 5th floor. Breakfast was pretty limited and unappetizing. Coffee tasted burnt. Overall a good stay.

Very nice and modern. Bed feels extremely comfy. Room very clean. Still not the value for what you pay though. I expected more. No restaurant/ bar in the hotel which was disappointing. Staff was helpful and friendly. Still going through some Reno's.

The hotel is under renovation. Dirt/dry wall pieces in the elevator. Staff very helpful and patient. Restaurants near by-pub and great food in hotel nearby. Also Asian restaurant across the street. Easy walk to the "T" which whisks you into downtown Vancouver.

Great location and an excellent room. Breakfast was really nice and the coffee the room was a bonus (I didn't have to go downstairs to get it so early in the morning) … it's a flat rate taxi if the shuttle is full… but the hotel will reimburse you that money when you check in! Have fun!

Well I really liked it but the one thing that I did not like is that there are not enough wall outlets for charging your device. I really think that they need more. The breakfast was great though and parking was easy. The elevators were fast and the key cards were extremely easy to use. — Thanks.
