Exactly what one expects given location and price. Room is simple, a bit aged, but clean. Breakfast is minimal but sufficient. Staff is friendly.

The review reflects what you pay for what you get. The hotel is affordable and spacious. The breakfast was fine and the staff are courteous. The room was cleaned well. All around a good experience.

Good customer service and continental breakfast. Air conditioner cooled the room nicely. However, the room wasn’t the cleanest… lots of junk, popcorn and a used towel under the bed. The coffee machine had an old smelly pod inside and there was an old bottle of shampoo (not the brand they supply) and used bar of soap in the shower.

Clean rooms. A little small. I had a room with 2 queen size beds. The beds were quite comfortable. Pillows were good quality but only 2 per bed. I prefer more but it worked out just fine.

Pretty clean room with friendly front desk service. Consider its only around 75-85 dollars, the service and room you get is pretty awesome.

Room service staff was not good. Even after asking they didn't change the sheets after two days. They just put the same sheets back. Other than that everything was good. What we expected.

It's tucked away in kind of an odd place but over all seems like a new facility and has very nice rooms. Room came with a queen bed and tv. Microwave and fridge as well as a single serve coffee maker. Only down sides were stairs only to the second floor, still had smoking on the grounds and I think in some rooms and the breakfast ends at 9 am all fairly minor to us but might matter to someone else.

Decent continental breakfast included though I wish they had some cereal. Room was clean and pleasant and a fair size for the price. Excellent customer service! On our last night my wife and were up half the night feeling sick and they let us check out late so we could get a little extra sleep!

Room was clean. Bath tub showed its age with cracks and perma-dirt which was kind of gross and I thought it was a bit on the high side if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel with a pet. Room had a fridge and microwave though which was a bonus.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very simple but still well done. The room and bathroom were clean but fairly old. The beds were not very comfortable. The location was good.

Friendly service and great breakfast! I was pleasantly surprised by being given a very large pet-friendly room with a kitchenette, even though I had not booked the kitchenette. I was in town as a vendor for an event and therefore having the kitchenette proved a very nice perk for me.

Our check in was on oct 14th, 2017. Reception lady was very very rude to us. She asked for id”s of all my family members instead of asking only id of the person who made the reservation (nothing was mentioned online about showing seperate id”s for each person). The reservation was already made and paid online but she did not let us check in… and the way she talked was very disrespectfull. Such a WORST experience.

I have 2 teenagers who hate to share a bed so was able to get 3 beds at the cheapest price around! Clean friendly staff and a large room. I liked the location it was quiet and we will definitely stay again!

Very rude no wonder they always have empty rooms! I came in with 3 kids with a room booked with Expedia they tell me my credit card is no good but Expedia booked room with no issues but then they say we will refund your money and you can leave! How do you refund someone when you say they never paid? Called another hotel and they helped me out right away no problems Will never recommend or use another travel lodge Crooked and more than their eyes!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because our room was big, we got one with bunk beds and it was very spacious… bunk beds are full and the kids said they were comfortable. Breakfast is ok but can't complain, parking is good too. I'm also very happy because I forgot a package in one of the rooms and I was already in the states when I noticed it was missing. I called the front desk, they told me they had it and I had to arrange pick up with ups, I email them the label and necessary paperwork and they took care of putting the item in a shipping box for me. Honestly I was not expecting this place to be nice at all since it's a 2-3 star hotel but I was surprised how nice it was… not very nice but definitely not a 2 star. I've stayed at 3 stars that are way worst than this hotel.

Very clean hotel with buffet style breakfast included. Ample parking. We stayed in a room with a bunk bed for the children which was very useful. The room had a pod style coffee maker, large fridge freezer, microwave and small kitchen unit. Crockery and cutlery were supplied. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good experience for a reasonable price.

Worst room ever. We had a pet friendly room because of our 12 year old, 6 pound Chihuahua. Room 109. The first thing that hit us was the smell. Old, musty, mildew… awful. The room desperately needs updating. The sink wouldn't drain in the bathroom. The plug in between the beds didn't work and consequently my husband's cell phone was dead in the morning. I slept or should say laid down with my clothes on. The smell made everything seem unclean. Neither of us had a shower in the morning… deciding to wait until we got home. Now me I can see being fussy… but my husband also didn't want to get in the shower either. Just because we're traveling with a dog doesn't mean we want to stay in a dump. Besides the awful room the lady at the front desk was rude to my husband when he was checking us in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. AWFUL! I had to give it one star in order to post this. It doesn't deserve one star.

I am an serving military member, I had book this hotel a few weeks in advance and was very explicit on the fact that I needed a pet friendly room for my stay. When I arrived after driving for 12 hours from alberta they had not only messed up with the room they booked me, there was also no rooms available due to an event going on in langley. The women at the desk was not helpful what so ever and did not even attempt to make an effort to accommodate me my wife and 2 dogs. This trip was the last chance I had to see my family before an over seas deployment. I was simple told "I CANT STAY THERE" so I had to search for another hotel last minute on a weekend that had events filling all of the local ones. I recommend DO NOT STAY HERE.

More economical. Family room is recommended. Breakfast is poor.

Breakfast was very limited, room layout was not very good, the shower leaked through the day and the toilet had issues. The beds were comfortable though.

Worker on reception was so rude. She don't know how to talk with customers. Never go to this travel lodge.

We are attending a wedding in Langley in Aug — In Feb. I booked 3 rooms for those of us from Calgary. Yesterday I received an email CANCELLING all three rooms. Reason given was that I had used a debit MasterCard. In Canada there is no such thing. The credit card was a Bank MasterCard. I should have received a call asking for another card or trying to fix this. The "SUPERVISOR" David was not at all accommodating when I called. He says "oh, you will just have to rebook" Maybe the Travelodge is nice but he was NOT! I am very agitated as I have to start all over looking for accommodations! I asked him for the number to his supervisor and he gave me the number to Expedia!

It is a motel which not going to get expensive but is located about an hour from vancouver, the quarters are very simple and somewhat old.

Needed a place to crash after a NYE party. Quiet clean cheap and friendly!

Bed bugs. When confronted with them (we put some in a cup to show them) the front desk clerk was defensive and unapologetic, wouldnt give us a different room and forced us to check out at 2am in sub-zero weather. Dont stay here!

We had an excellent weekend at the Travel Lodge in Langley. The staff was more than accommodating through power outages (out of their control due to a storm) and other weather related instances. The BMX community should definitely support this hotel! We will see you again. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Friendly staff and a clean room. Basic room, but for the price and a comfy place to sleep it was everything we needed.

My experience was HORRIBLE — CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NASTY>>POORLY BEHAVED>>>>>> We booked the hotel 5 weeks before the vacation and just as we were driving out of Edmonton to go to BC we got a call from the from desk from a man with intial D. He told us that we they were not going to accept VISA debit. I told him that I called earlier in the week and that the lady told me that visa debit was ok. He said to provide a credit card. We gave him the number and told HIM to charge it. He said he was going to call back in 5 minutes. After 20 minutes we called back. He just ran us off the phone saying that he has CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION. We asked why he said because visa debit was not working. But we just gave you the credit card he said too late. He had cancelled our reservation. He said we had to have checked in within the next 2 hours and since we were still far off, he cancelled our hotel room. We did not even get a chance. We had our kids in the car. 12 hours away from home. Really! I asked to be transferred to the manager/head office, he transferred me but no one picked up, was on hold for 35 minutes. We told him we were ready to pay the entire amount of the stay as soon as we got there. we later found out that he sold our hotel room to others who were probably willing to pay more… thankfully we got a better place — — — so it did not matter afterall. More of a blessing the front desk guy — d. Was rude, horrible and not smart.

Our first room their was dog pee on the floor terible smell so we walked to the guy and he gave us a new room but the fride made loud noises.

I rented a room here for me and my dog while moving. It was so nice of them to sneak into my room while I was gone and turn my A/C off. This isn't a hotel in California where scheduled black outs is part of your stay. I took time out of my very busy moving schedule to checkin early so I could have my A/C on and a cool room in the evening when I had to sleep and not have to wait 2 hours for it to cool down. I showed up at 12 mid night to a surprise my A/C had been turned off without notice or warning. The room is not a deluxe room and does not match the picture, it was a dated ugly room that is about 5-10 years past needing a complete gut job update. The bathroom is from the 1980's and in need of repair. Staff was nice and friendly bed and pillows were good I still wouldn't stay here twice. Room.

Clean facility, drive up rooms, excellent staff, great breakfast provided.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Travelodge in Langley, BC. Booking in was quick and painless, the young guy at the front was pretty knowledgeable about the area and where good places to eat were. We unpacked in our room which was clean, but smelled like a used-clothing store. The room was warm and we didn't have any problems other than a slightly odd scent (old carpet? ). Pretty frills free but good priced and clean and felt secure, I would certainly stay here again.

I am one week into a two week business trip through Alberta and BC. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in on this trip. Friendly, courteous and well located. The rooms are clean and roomy. The breakfasts are good — nothing unusual, but good quality with great coffee. If you are looking for a good place to stay that is not going to break your budget then this is the place.
