Stay here if you like getting your car window smashed. Security is crap or non existent. Staff have no compassion.

Awesome place and wonderful food service!

I recommend the Coast & Hotel because it is very clean like high end, friendly staffs, etc. They do make sure their customers are satisfied and will do anything to fix such a thing if something becomes an issue. Everything is close by; you could literally go anywhere you need to. The only problem is they do lack in responsibilities. For example, I have been watching the kids run up and down both escalators continually and the front clerk could clearly see it, but isn’t doing anything about it. They don’t seem to be under the supervision either; parents are nowhere to be seen.

Nice enough place for able bodied patrons to spend a night. For disabled however, the rooms are not to standard. Beware if you have specific needs for your disability. I will state; the staff is awesome as is the food. Only a negative review for the accessible rooms.

Absolutely Disgraceful! Our family made reservations for 5 rooms for a wedding from August 10-12. First out of town family member arrives and are told they've overbooked and no rooms available for them. No apologies. Nothing. More family arrives Saturday for check in and are told room isn't ready. Family attended the wedding came back at 11. As they were told to do, they gave away their room. Also Saturday, hotel staff come to our room and ask when we are checking out? We had reservations for the weekend… The Groom and Groomsmen were getting ready and had to deal with this 2 hours before the wedding! So only 3 out of 5 reservations were honored. This is the worst run Hotel I've ever seen! Staff was rude and not helpful in any way shape or form. No one in the Senior Management has come forward to even offer at the very least, an Apology for ruining what should have been a glorious Family wedding!

They arr renovating. Ask for a renovated room I didnt have one but my stay was still fine. King suite was fine. Unremarkable.

The room was very dated. Carpet was badly stained and definitely not clean. The ceiling above the shower was gross and had many stains on it… some yellow and some dark. Two dark hairs in the bathtub definitely not mine. The bed was clean and very comfortable. I understand this hotel is in the process of renovating. Boy does it need it!

Corner superior queen room on 5th floor is clean, comfortable, quiet and new. Bed is super comfortable and pillows let me have a great sleep. Casino is excellent! Parking is a bit of a mess. I'd stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and food was great. I would easily return here when I am back in the area.

The hotel is attached to the casino. They are clean and safe and reliable. Always have a good time here.

Whenever I've produced or attended an event at the Coast Hotel and Convention Centre, I've experience the highest quality of service. The food is always outstanding. The venue is always clean and professionally presented. I believe the success of these events has to do with the amazing support of the Event Coordinator, Emily Dyck. When I've held an event there, she's very helpful and truly cares about every event. I see this level of care in every event I attend there. I highly recommend this venue for events of all sizes.

Atmosphere was good. Plenty of parking. Great accommodation to a large group.

It is right beside cascade casino — very convenient for gambler. Convention is decent side for 300 people events. They have lots of parking.

I attended a banquet. The food was excellent and the staff was extremely professional. There was a great selection of food.

Stay away! This hotel is full of nothing good. When I stated there I arrived to staff that took a long time to get anything done and had only mediocre customer service skills. I was eventually given a room. Opon arrival of the room I found it reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette burns all over the furniture. So, I returned to the lobby and requested a new room. The clerk was relatively helpful and got me a new room and kindly offered me assistance with my bags (which I politely declined). When I arrived at my new room I found it also smelled of stake cigarettes. BUT there were no cigarette burns and the smell was very faint. I then looked out my einwin to see my "magnificent" view of the buildings air conditioners and other utility equipment and the roof-tops of some light industrial buildings. I then went to check out the bathroom. The bathroom was actually CLEAN and well stocked with towels. However the shower needed recaulking and the sink was so shallow it was hard to fit your hands in. While the bathroom was not amazing it was nicer than many other aspects of the hotel. I by now had decided I was just going to avoid the hotel and go out for a few hours before returning to the hotel before an early start in the morning. As I was walking to the elevator I noticed a dirty fork sitting through middle of the carpet. I then got to the elevator (which has many dents and scuff marks in need of repair) and finally was able to leave.

Nice venue with a well mapped out conference center. Wasn’t impressed with the loading bay, I wish there was an easier way to load equipment to the conference rooms than through the lobby. The casino is a lot bigger than I expected and the restaurant has very good food with a variety of beers.

The Convention Centre is an easy venue to get to and parking is free. Some of the food in Match is bland and be prepared to pay a bit more for a Starbucks coffee — they charge resort pricing.

Good hotel nice rooms and a Starbucks in the lobby. A bummer there is no pool though.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very large convention center. Has a casino connected to it. Great way to pass the time, especially when waiting for a meeting. Also has a spa in the same building complex. Nicely situated in the middle of town.

It is great to have this resource in small town Langley. Since I went there for an event I can't say much about the facilities. The lunch was wonderful with lots of healthy and delicious choices in the buffet.

We attended a dining event at the convention centre. The meal was excellent and priced very reasonably. We had an excellent time. The staff are very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our evening.

Attended for a staff Christmas party. The service was great! Staff was very attentive, and the buffet had a decent variety of food. Salads, seafood, meat, rice, potatoes, etc. To room was also a good size. Had a stage area for entertainment, as well as a dance floor, and bar area.

I had a work Christmas party here. The venue was beautiful and the buffet dinner was great. The only real issue I had was with parking. Otherwise I believe it's great venue if you company can afford it.

It was very nice. Standard room perfect for what we needed. Big bathroom loved it! Had a work junction to attend and the drink service was great.

Coast Hotel provided a good working room and the snacks assortment and the coffee and tea were great. The staff was also friendly and we're on hand to assist with technical issues.

I paid for an up grade to the " Hospitality Suite" $80 only to find out that it over looked the Roof and all the HVAC Machines! all though I was able to ignore the Noise my wife (Maria) was not! Maria had a terrible nights sleep! The following morning we were (offered) a Down Grade to a Quiet room, this room (508) stunk to hi heaven of Smoke! The evening was to include a Anniversary Dinner with my Sister and her wife" Joy and Ruby". All this was to be a surprise for my wife, I had arranged at Match Eatery with the maitre d for a set Table (Booth) away from 2 — 20 person groups, as I personally went to Coast Hotels to check on All my arrangements at Both the Hotel and Match, I was completely dismayed on my arrival at Match to discover A — that the greeting Person (Lady) when I emphasized she only needed to respond with (All Good) 3 times I told her "your only response" is (all good) for her to reply" the other two are all ready here" Ruining the surprise for my wife! B — having being seated Directly across from 1 of the 2 20 person groups (not the table I had confirmed 2 days early)!
As this was our 6th Anniversary, yes we stayed here on our Wedding night, I am very disappointed with Coast Hotels and Match Eatery for the Sub Standard Services Rendered! On a personal note Maria and I would like thank all the people at Spa Tru especially" Danielle" for there wonderful hospitality and friendship towards my wife Maria and myself!

Excellent food. Rooms need some upgrades. Could be cleaner to start.

Attended a graduation dinner at the coast convention centre. Food was tasty but the dance floor was poorly positioned which wrecked the dance experience.

Good for Corporate Meetings. Good rates and grest service.

It was nice and clean and Starbucks in the lobby was good. Simply dated though needs upgrade definitely on the carpet.

Room is pretty clean and quiet. Front staff were helpful and moderately friendly. I was on the 6th floor and the casino (which is attached to the lobby on the main floor) did not bother me from that floor. There is a Starbucks in the lobby as well which I appreciated.

Convenient hotel for Langley fun! Casino as part of hotel, Match Eatery and Public House is a nice place for a meal or walk to restaurants — all 5-10 mins walk. Quiet-didn't hear anything from casino guest. Beds were comfy. Good shower pressure. Need liquid hand soap. Soap bar — left a thick film — took forever to wash off. Older room decor — need a few upgrades — Duvet should do — replace with thinner top bedding. But tidy. Bigger standard layout than most hotel chain. Good energy in Casino and a fun lounge/bar with live music. Would go back for Casino and live music.

Rooms are decent. Cleaning staff did a good job. The real killer here is that their Wi-Fi/network is horrible. I spent about 1/3rd of my time unable to connect to the network at all, and the other 2/3rds banging my head against the wall over the quality of the connection. They also firewall pretty much anything outside of browser traffic. The best part is… Their desks in the rooms have an Ethernet port built into them… But not connected to anything.

Was this Casino in LANGLEY… or the SLUMS! Harassed upon entry of the Casino for needing 2-forms of ID, of which I only had one — only looking to visit friends from out of town and maybe some gambling. Upon locating our party, as we were leaving the Casino to go up to the Hotel, security stopped us for having concessions (non-alcoholic beverages, soda & cranberry juice) that we were carrying with us to the room… to cap it all off (same night) we go back to my car — barely 2hrs from our arrival (there's entirely nothing nothing fancy about my modest car) … I conveniently parked towards the front of the Casino, only to discover my car had been broken into of which some Langley Local Tweeker made off with the entire contents of my glove box, namely thieving my insurance information and registration… For all of the wrong energies your supposed security staff put towards dictating their version of "authority" — MAYBE you Costal Hotel & Casino can focus your meager efforts at preventing descent people from being victimized and not being prejudged of be part of your Town's problems! Will never go to that place again, and DO NOT recommend!

The experience was amazing. Everyone there was so kind and polite. The rooms were huge and beautiful. It was just an amazing time.

Nice facility. Ample parking. Attended an event in the convention center. Casino downstairs and good dining in the building as well.

Was invited by the City of Langley for a dinner appreciating volunteers. The ballroom was grand and the dinner was fabulous and the service was fantastic.

Beds are comfy but room should be more sound proof. Constant banging and people standing in hallways talking loudly. Had the breakfast buffet it was really good.

Room key doesnt work on the elevators.

Stay wasn't great, the key cards had a glitch and we couldn't get up the elevator.

Nice place, the down sides were having to travel to a different floor to get ice, and advertised Wi-Fi that didn't work. No on-site IT support, and none of my devices could connect, which was a problem since I traveled from the states and didn't have roaming data. No fitness center, either. Usually standard at a hotel this size.

There for a convention. Not bad pretty nice spot.

Great hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Good size TV with HD cable and free Wi-Fi. The free continental breakfast was a little sparse, but it was free. I would definitely stay again. About 40 minutes from Vancouver, but much cheaper than similar hotels in the city.
