Excellent experience, nice ambiance, friendly staff, reasonable pricing.

Have been staying here for a few weeks and the staff is courteous, the facilities are very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice room, reception staff very welcoming overall good experience and Moxies is great.

Rooms are small, not clean, shower has poor design where the water sprays every where to the point that the shower curtain could not stay in place. And the night manager’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in. He kicked out two of our friends from their room without any warning, knowing they don’t have anywhere to go. And he would not let them stay in our friends’ room, I am 100% he is not following the protocol, and he is just a bad person with no decency at all. We will do everything we can to stop every single one of our friends not to come here. 100% thumbs down.

Probably the nicest mainstream hotel in Langley. It's a ways away from the 'downtown' but easy to access from the highway and perfect for visits or business in Walnut Grove or Willoughby areas — fairly close to Fort Langley too. Rooms are nice, decent pool, Moxie's as the in hotel restaurant is reasonable too. (Not to be confused with the non-Signature property Sandman on the north side of the highway — a 'lower end' hotel. )

Room was good, service was not. Housekeeping left our room door open for an entire day while we were out and when brought to the attention of staff we were assured that a manger would be contacting us. We were there for four days, door was left open on day one. No one contacted us while there, and when we talked to a "duty manager" upon checkout about the issue we were again told that a manger would be in touch. Haven't heard from them. Very disappointed in Sandman, and cannot recommend a hotel that takes guest security this lightly. Stay somewhere else.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Rooms were also well insulated, so noise was not a factor. There's a pool there for the kids to blow off steam, which is a plus. My only wish though is that for the price that we paid for one night, one would hope that there would be a breakfast that comes with your nightly stay. Other than that this is a good hotel.

What a great hotel. My room was palatial. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Right off the highway and close to amenities once you figure out how to get around in Langley. There's a Moxie's on site so you don't have to drive anywhere to get a good meal.

I recently booked a meeting room for my employer and they did such a great job with everything. From the catered lunch to the electronic set up! Everything was seamless and it was done on such short notice. Our company will definitely book again.

Great location right off the highway. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. I regularly stay and have had great experience each time.

We had great service at the front desk checking in. Our room was a suite and on the first floor. We were so tired, when we opened the hide bed and the sheets looked dirty and the pillow was not smelling to refreshed. I am not sure maybe you don't iron the sheets but it did look like the hide bed was not changed, I had to sleep at the other end cause the hide bed mattress was really low at one end and high at the other. I also had to ask for one more blanket as I had one blanket to put on my hide bed. My sister in the other room open her bed up and she feels the sheets were not changed on the beds. The room was dirty it was not clean and the shower it would leak all over the floor because the shower curtains are old and don't work right. I think for the cost of this hotel it should be clean and comfortable. I have said at lots of sandman's but I will make sure that this location is not on my list moving forward.

Nice hotel. They have a king size bed option not just 2 queens. Also can get suites here.

I arrived very late at night (230am) and the front door was locked. The only way to get in was to up like use your room card, which we didn't have because we were trying to check in. After calling the office some one was able to check us in. We were informed if we were 10 minutes later the clerk would have been gone and we wouldn't be able to check in. It was a very close call. Be careful if you are arriving very late and possibly arrange to have someone there to check you in. Other then that the hotel is very clean and had all the needed requirements. Happy with the hotel, disappointed to learn about the troubles of late check ins.

Best hotel bed of my life! And I stay at a lot of hotels. All of the facilities were very clean and room was extremely comfortable. The on site restaurant is delish as well.

We weren't able to get into our room until 2pm. The room was not cleaned particularly well. There are various stains on the walls and even the lampshade. There was a large wedding party checking in the same day as us, so I'm sure the cleaning staff was rushed, but that's no excuse for doing a 50% job. I felt the front-desk staff was not terribly helpful either. They provided me with little information about the hotel/room and had difficulty figuring out my reservation. For the price, I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel for Langley, would choose to stay here again if I need a hotel again in Langley. Very nice rooms and it’s nice it’s attached to a Moxies. Location is nice as it’s right on Highway 1 basically.

I was in a suite with separate king bedroom. The room was very nice. The only thing the company might want to look at is those little ear wig critters on the bathroom floor might put some clients off and create a negative review. Other than that it was great.

We were meeting family there, their room looked very nice. Loved that they have bunk beds for kids and include a playpen for guests to use as well.

Unexpected luxury. From the entrance through to the facility and rooms themselves, the price of accommodation here belies the exquisite feeling of being in an executive accommodation facility. There are tons of extra touches that make this an easy place to want to stay again whenever needed.

Great experience, the room had a jacuzzi tub which was very nice. Also had a kitchen so we could cook our own food. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We had to stay an extra night due to a snow storm and the hotel was very accommodating. I will stay here again.

We have a corporate account with this hotel but the receptionist very rudely told us that she was not going to give us a room because we did not have a reservation. She even said that they had quite a few rooms available. She was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and she's lost any business from us when we are in the area. We will also be spreading the word to everyone in our company to avoid this poorly run hotel.

Nice hotel, never actually started in there, was in for work meetings in the conference room, we been provided with food from the restaurant next door inside the hotel, and the service was very good so as the food. Overall looks clean and well maintained.

Hotel amenities were nice but for a relatively newer hotel we expected to at least have our rooms cleaned properly. Stains on the white bed spreads grossed us right out. Also the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly as there was hair left in the sink from the last people and the carpet around the beds wasn’t vacuumed. Super disappointed with the service from the staff as well. Lady at the front desk was completely rude when explaining their “policies” to us. The only thing worth the star I just gave was the food from Moxies! Delicious, fast, and great priced.

Very nice hotel with restaurant on site. Pool and spa are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Small fridge and micro useful for small lunch.

Was here for a BMO Christmas function in back meeting room. Plain setting but good tapas served. Bar provided for customers had limited selection.

The meeting room was very nice. I loved how they had a christmas tree set up in the corner. The room was very big and was able to fit a large group of 50+ people. The service was awesome and the workers kept everythinf clean.

We went here for a Christmas party for my wife's work. The room that We had was nice and tasteful. The food was really good and tasty. We had a good meal and a good time.

Good location close to shops and entertainment in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and curtious staff. The rooms have a great layout with modern furnishings. Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

Went there for a training course. The staff were polite and attentive. Refreshments were always topped up. Nice decor.

Food was fresh, coffee was strong and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful during the limited interactions I had. The venue was exceptionally clean and gave the appearance of a higher venue.

A bit hard to get to. Overall the hotel is relatively clean and new. Only walked thru the lobby to get to a banquet room for a birthday which was catered by moxie. Food was good and the rooms were clean.

I attended a dealer meeting in one of Sandman's conference rooms. The hotel staff were very accommodating in making sure that we had the necessary coffee or juice or water to make our stay more comfortable. As it would happen, I came back to the hotel later that night to book a room for this weekend. The front desk staff were exceptional and he took very good care of making sure my booking, and the payment, we're handled with the utmost of professionalism. I would like to say thank you to Amanda who took care of me over the phone, and Daniel who was at the front desk that evening.

The location was great and close to the highway. Rooms were spacious and very functional with the kitchenette feature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was okay, but got the job done.

Great hotel. Here for a baseball tournament, room was perfect. Just off the highway, easy access to all services. The suite had enough dishes and kitchen to supplies that we could make our own breakfasts and lunches all weekend. No breakfast provided, which is unfortunate, but the kitchenette mostly made up for it. Quiet room, even though we were facing the highway. Even had a washer and dryer in the room! Would definitely recommend.

Last night, I had some unexpected guests arrive from out of town. My Condo could not accommodate four additional people. I would consider myself an SP "X" traveler and always have by default, booked my rooms with them. Well this time I had such a horrible experience with the "S "X"G default hotel, I started to look elsewhere and was running into hotels in the area booked to capacity. I came across Sandman Signature, Langley, as I live about 10 minutes away. Keep in mind it was about 2 am and my guests just passed thru the border and the 2 kids were extremely tired. So I drove to the hotel to get a room for them, and the oddest thing happened, the credit card I was using I totally forgot there was a PIN for the chip, so thinking what to do. I remembered the PIN. And wheeew. Then the credit card didnt accept the charges. I was like huh I only have $75 as a balance, so I called the credit card number and went thru the IRV and it stated that there was credit available and that I only had a $75 balance. So I proceeded to speak to an agent to find out what was wrong. And no help she said that there system was upgrading and could not access any accounts.

There was hair in the bathroom. Blood on one of the blankets and after I was told they would do something about it they sent someone up with a fleece throw. I came back from being out the next day and they remade the bed with the dirty blanket. Ew! Expedia said this was a 4 star hotel, from my experience it definitely is not.

It was a lovely place to stay. Beautiful room and crisp clean linens. I loved the kitchenette.
However, it was very noisy. I could hear all the footsteps and conversations in the halls. Also the pillows were huge. I could not use any of them because they were too high to be comfortable.

Nice clean hotel. Attended a work dinner / party in the Fernridge Room. Food was awesome, staff were friendly and professional. It was a good time!

Great accessible location convenient to shopping and dining or entertainment. Spacious comfortable suites but much quite if you don't face the highway.

Stayed here for a few week s on a business trip. Great rooms. Service is well. Small gym. Went to the local sports center instead for a full gym. Many amenities close by. Would return.

The worst service ever. Staff is so rude. We stayed one night with our kids. Took my kids to the pool, pool was great no complains. When we were trying to go back to our room elevator one was so dirty some had either puked or some kind of spill was Grose. I went to front end to let them know… they were so rude and careless about it. At the point I was like WOW… evening was ok… people across from us were animals… called front desk they were again like who cares. In the morning again soooo loud… called front desk again and all I got was … "it's Reg hotel hours so it's expected" … wtf does that mean. It's tsf Reg hours in a hotel all the time… I would never recommend this place to anyone. Staff is HORRIBLE… and it's so loud here…

Everything was great, but the restaurant wasn't open when they were supposed to be.

I stay in this hotel very regularly on business. I have now stayed there ~10 separate visits within the last year. I come over from the island and work in all sorts of areas of the GVRD. This hotel is always my stop for anything on the East end. Rooms are always clean Staff is always very helpful! Especially the one shift manager I've seen a few times — Sorry her name has slipped my mind! (I'll be back there next week so I will be sure to grab her name) Pool/Hot tub are decent size. my *only* teeny tiny complaint is that the swipe cards aren't very good. But after some extended waving at the lock it usually lets you in.
