Not very happy for the price. Air Conditioning was present only in the bedroom. The rest of the place was warm and humid. Had to leave the noisy air conditioning running all day to cool the entire place. Building needs repair. The balcony was shaky and leaning towards the outside when I stepped on it. I am sure that it would have collapsed if one more person stood on it! Would not recommend this place to families.
We'd seen lots of negative reviews but are not too fussy so went ahead with the booking. Maybe it was the low expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. It's not the Hilton (visually) but it met our needs. We had amazing sleep with our kids in another room within our room, the bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was fantastic.

Customer service was excellent — — front desk staff was accommodating, housekeeping was friendly. Unfortunately the room was pretty run down, and the bathroom was gross. Also, I was surprised there wasn't a complimentary coffee packet. I'll probably book elsewhere next time.
