The suites at Royal Kelowna are beautiful and spacious and the lake views are stunning! The location is great and the front end reception staff were super helpful & accommodating to us.
Our experience here was perfect… we can't wait to come back and we will recommend to others!

DO NOT stay here. The front end receptionist/manager here at 11:30am blonde lady won’t do anything to rectify the fact that a parking fee was not mentioned at the time of booking or the fact that the room wasn’t completely clean with a condom wrapper on the floor. I had my 7 year old daughter ask this morning hey dad what’s that? Pointing to a golden condom wrapper. Never have I had a childish manager or front desk operator like I have experienced. The manager up front was acting like she’s in high school and said because I left a review she wasn’t doing anything about it. We’ll be sure that I’ll leave a review on every sight and make sure Jon of my family or friends stay there. Many more resorts to stay at!

This is by far the best hotel in all of kelowna and everything from the staff to the pool and the rooms are 100% at a level of greatness.

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable living space. Was surprised at the number of extra fees (e. G. Parking fee and mandatory recreation fees) given the already high cost of staying here.

The rooms are great. Pool, hot tub and steam shower is a great benefit. Love it.

Beautiful residence, amazing view of the water. Very quiet place. Definitively will stay here in Kelowna for 600$ a night, it is worth it.

I stay with boat at this hotel in the summer and I ski in the winter. I love this place as I have been staying here for years. I am disappointed with the new manager they made a huge mistake when they let the previous manager go, The new manager is taking this beautiful hotel down poor management skills doesn't treat platinum elite members right.

I loved the roof top heated pool! Perfect view!

Great stay. Check in was friendly and helpful starting with the bellhop/valet people at the front that greeted us to the front desk staff. Fast efficient, helpful and personable. The room (465) was great. Very spacious and clean and had all the amenities you would want. 465 is more on the park side than the lake side but the view was still great. Because of the weather we did not use the balcony but it was spacious with a great view. Very quiet at night. Noise is one of my sensitivities and I could not hear any noise from above, beside or from the corridor. The spa area on the roof and is very nice. Because the weather was not ideal, we were pretty much alone there. Great, great view. Parking is extra ($24/day) but very convenient. Loved the location as it is walking distance to Bernard Street where there is restaurants and shopping. Also beautiful park/marina area just in front of the hotel. Stopped for drinks at the lobby bar on one of the evenings and the services was efficient and professional. Quite a busy place in the evening. All in all, very highly recommended.

Very nice rooms, seems brand new. Well laid out and have great views.

I debated a bit of either a 3 or a 4 star. The place was nice and the view was great but the building was felling old and dated. The Oak+Cru restaurant was very modern and fresh and was what the rest of the building needs to get up to.

Stunning home away from home 3 bedroom with full kitchen (stainless steel appliances and gas range) and not to mention the jacuzzi in the master ensure bathroom. View is incomparable anywhere else. Minutes away from the city park for a relaxing evening stroll. Many restaurants to choose from and pubs for those who would like a couple drinks for the special occasions.

Absolutely stunning. If you ever get a chance to stay here, don't hesitate. If there was a 6th 7th and so on rating this place would get it hands down. Perfect location, Stunning decor and amenities and the service and hospitality is second to none. Definitely will stay here again if we have the chance. Take a bow you have earned it.

This is the best place to stay in Kelowna. We stayed from July 13th — 16th and we had an incredible stay. We will be going back.
The pool on the roof is amazing in the summer. We also had dinner one night at Oak + Cru, good meal and great views.

The room in which I stayed was very nice, very good interior and located in a prime location, close to all the shops and restaurants. Excellent service also.

Beautifully appointed suites with every convenience of home, will allow you to be centrally located to shops, parks, restaurants and waterfront activities. Highly recommended.

We usually live in the Delta Grand Hotel was full, so we stayed in this hotel. The hotel is quite expensive, but we had a super super luxury apartments, and apartments overlooking the Park and Lake. This is a very good location, staff have very good service at the front desk, valet parking, restaurant. The restaurant is a good place to have breakfast, there are lots of good restaurants nearby, walk or take a taxi to reach.

We have been coming to the residence for the past 4 yrs & it's always been great, Rooms are very comfortable we usally have the 2 bdrm & den condo with lagoon view very comfortable for 5 ppl. The location is too you can go to the lake in the morning & play with the kids on the sandy beach, then go for a stroll down town in the afternoon, & then go out for dinner in a nearby eatery (lots of variety) or go to the local grocery store & get groceries to cook a homecooked meal right in our room (we did that alot too) the kids loved it, then you can go to the roof top swimming pool (thats aweome! ) the pool is only 3ft. (which is great for us non — swimmers & young beginners too. & the VIEW WOW! this location is great YOU are at the lake But you have the city life there too.
