Parking sucked and people were rude. Also, the restaurant staff need some manners. The food was awesome though.

Great price. Decent room. Had a good nights rest. Good hot breakfast. Very retro 70's or 80's in decor. And a terrific staff.

2 or 3 times a year I go to FtMac for work, and this place is the only place I rather stay. I know what you are thinking, the rooms are not as clean as Holiday Inns, but the continental breakfast will make up for it. Remember to bring 2 bucks for tips. I would say their breakfast is as good as Double Tree hotels or any other 5 stars hotels I stayed before.

Room was dirty, strange stains in the bath tub that looked like blood. Restaurant was over priced, waiter couldn't understand "eight ounce and medium rare" had to ask me several times what I meant when it was right on the menu. Insane air conditioning blasting in the hallways when it was cold outside. Breakfast buffet was decent, good staff for that at least. But they served the fruit smoothies in a shot glass, really odd for a buffet. Waffle iron burned more than it made waffles, apple juice was purple?

Went to the restaurant for a supper meal and was very impressed with the food, BBQ Chicken special would make Swiss Chalet look very ordinary. The service was also great! I need to go again for wings soon ❤️

Really good beds and breakfast I enjoyed it but it wasn't the best best hotel out there.

My wife and I are picky when it comes to restaurants but I've taken her to Table 63 for 2 anniversaries in a row. It was that good. Juicy steak, savoury lamb, tender ribs and quicker service than most other restaurants in town.

Wonderful location and beautiful place to stay — neat and clean — with excellent Customer Service / guest service Free parking, handicap parking plus 24/7 taxi available fee minutes drive from airport and close to highway 63 Handicap entrance customer washrooms — beautiful geometric style lobby and luxury rooms. Several party halls. If you ste planning to visit fort mc hoom your room with reasonable rates.

I travel around northern Alberta and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in 13 years of my job. Breakfast was fantastic and the service amazing. Rooms clean quiet and comfortable. Everyone there made sure our stay was good and we had everything. Highly recommended.

Nice events for kids during easter and christmas but the food is something to go out of your way to get.

Internet worked reliably… Not super great but reliably. The free breakfast buffet is fantastic. The restaurant menu is dated but still good and the convenience is unbeatable… All as a decent price… In Fort McMurray.

My all time favorite stay in Fort Mc. I tend to stay here for projects only to try their exquisite breakfast menu that can be customized to our needs.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff, great breakfast and for the price can't really complain about anything.

Big Rooms however very old and outdated. Bathroom is small and the shower water is very week.

The hallways needs a little updating. The complimentary breakfast was sits above the rest. Room was clean and comfortable.

Waitress was so impersonal. We had to turn around to order as she wouldnt come over to the table. The food was horrible it had no flavour. Went for dinner and left after we got the gross appetizers. Never came back after literally dropping our plates on the table to ask if we would like refills. We will not be back.

Had vehicle trouble on the way home and had to spend the night. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy to get to off the highway. The price was fair. The staff that greeted me at the front desk were professional and helpful. They gave me everything I needed to get cleaned up. Even a toothbrush and deodorant! The room was clean and has a lot of things that you may need. The shower felt great!

Went to Christmas party in the Crystal room. Great speedy service from all staff including bar tenders and food service staff.

The TV was in and out for service and I never did successfully connect to the Wi-Fi… the place is old and tired and I will never be staying here again… AWFUL!

Staff was great and accommodating, hotel needs a few updates… best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The French toast baguette… so delicious.

Nice hotel, good breakfast selections. I would suggest going to the bar that is connected to the hotel on Friday and get the $5 burgers. It was delicious.

Not to bad of a hotel. Breakfast is ok if you are there early. Got on the cold and skimpy side near the end. Rooms are nice and renovated.

Good place to stay up updated lobby, gym and hot breakfast with lots of options. The hotel is nothing fancy but has everything that you need and check in was quick and easy.

Rooms are nice enough, staff is pleasant & friendly. AC is a little slow to cool the room down from its regular heat setting of "broil", but after a few attempts I was able to set the temperature to a cooler, more acceptable level. Was greatly looking forward to the breakfast that others had raved about but everything other than the baby potatoes was ice cold. Plenty enough of other offerings so I didn't leave hungry but was disappointed that the eggs, French toast & bacon wasn't even warm.

I went to the hotel for a banquet. The staff where excellent and the hotels catering was pretty good. I didn't get to actually stay in the hotel but the lobby and conference room where both really nice. Well kept as well and very modern vibe. Definitely a great hotel. The only thing I would complain about was the lack of free Wi-Fi to people who weren't renting a room.

Good clean rooms, included breakfast in the morning was a fairly standard hot breakfast lineup. Sound does carry a bit in the building, and it sounds like the hotel is animal friendly as there were a few dogs barking during my stay. I won't fault the hotel for that, but I felt it was worth noting about the sound.

Stayed here for the better part of a week in 2 separate rooms and noticed both could use some repairs, some of the fitness equipment was poorly maintained as well. Staff can be pretty rude but still helpful. Parking here sucks when people are at the bar and you are rushed out of the free breakfast on Sundays when they have their brunch. However the breakfast had a great selection and was pretty good at that. Beds were some of the more comfortable Beds for the price of the rooms. All in all I would return if working in the area again however some improvements could be made.

Extreme the hotel closed due to a forest fire that burned all Fort McMurray to to the ground.

Fantastic staff and service, but internet and TV would randomly cut out for hours at a time.

My Husband, Daughter and I went to Table 63 last week for brunch. The food was fantastic (best buffet that we've had in Fort McMurray) and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to MJ, Carlos, Lillian, MacKenzie and all of the kitchen staff that were working that Sunday for making us feel so welcomed and delivering amazing service… Table 63 is very fortunate to have such a great team!

The Quality Hotel and Conference Centre has been great to the Fort McMurray Branch of the Association of Administrative Assistants! We hold our monthly meetings there and are treated very well. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The food is phenomenal! Thank you Chef J! We are very grateful for the wonderful relationships we have built with the Sales and Catering staff as well. … A special thank you to Mallory! without you, it wouldn't be possible. all the best and cheers to a great year ahead! We had our Dart group stay at the Quality Inn and found EVERYTHING amazing The staff went over and beyond to accommodate the group and the Dart league in what ever way was needed. ALSO the food was Fabulous. Better hang onto your Kitchen staff, cause they ROCK! also We will definitely recommend and be back in the future. H & D.

I've worked in the Oil Industry for multiple decades and have stayed in 100's of Hotels's. Want to feel like your staying in a Westin in Fort MacMurray, stay at the Quality Inn. The service is outstanding. The food and service in Table 63, and the Den is as well outstanding. The complimentary breakfast is like no other I've experienced, superb every morning. All around top points. Wouldn't even question were I would stay again.
