We love the swimming pool! We came for a special family hangout time and it was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and we were offered pool towels. We will be back!

The staff are friendly and the pool use for party rentals is great!

We wanted the pool for swimming 4 times now and it’s was the best experience, well priced, clean, helpful staff and a ton of fun, so happy they’re offering this during these times.

We rented the pool and had a wonderful private pool party. We had only our family and cohorts, which amidst the Covid-19 pandemic was wonderful!

One of the hotel staff came amd grab me from our shop in town with her own car to get me to the hotel when it was 30 below, would definitely recommend thanks again Andrea!

I stayed at the redwood motel in Clairmont Alberta. Horrible the room smelt like smoke when I went there and so they said I smoked in the room. They stole 195$ from me and then charged my credit card 500. But I have the manager on a recording admitting she can’t prove it was me smoking and I have her refusing to give me back the money I prepaid for one night and said I owed them. Then coincidentally charged me the entire amount on my credit card. REDWOOD are thieves.

We hosted our 5yo birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience! Sara was so helpful in answering all my questions when I called to make the reservation. Jane helped to get us settled in the party room and even made a balloon bouquet for the birthday boy. The kids had fun in the pool and the spacious room easily accommodated our group. The party was a complete success! Thank you, Redwood staff!

All the staff is great Jane even calls to make sure we are safe if for some reason we don't get there on the day we are supposed to be It truly is a great second home for me.

Nice place. Big rooms. Didn't have the free breakfast. Expensive. Wouldn't stay there again under different circumstances due to price. Probably cheaper hotels in Grande Prairie, which is close by.

Nice place until you want service or a decent breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be on at 5am but never ready before 6am and no meat option. Front desk calls during sleeping hours for random reasons like needing an initial. Cleaning staff are loud and bang walls etc.

We went there on April 27 for the fight for hope event. The hotel was clean, affordable, the staff were super friendly and competent. It was by far one of the best hotel I have been to. Thank you.

Good place to stay. Nothing too fancy but all the important things are there. Good Wi-Fi. Room I was staying in had a full sized kitchen in it. Very handy. Heavy truck traffic can make it somewhat noisy but other than that all is good.

Front desk nice, breakfast has no protein, actually not the best. The business Centre is not 24 hours, and apparently has no Internet so it is closed. That was not a nice surprise. Ok place — rooms are nice, shower is great, beds and rooms are spacious. There is restaurant aromas that can be overbearing in the hallways though.

Hello, My name is Kevin, I would like to take this opportunity to personally indulge you with my wonderful experience here in Grande Prairie at the Redwood Inn & Suites. When I first arrived into Grande Prairie a few years back, it was suggested by a friend to check out the Redwood Inn & Suites, and I did just that. The Redwood Inn & suites is only a few minutes from down town Grande Prairie, making it the ideal spot for Shopping, Restaurants and Entertainment. The Redwood Inn & Suites also has a client pickup service located at the airport, and there has never been a time when the shuttle was not on time for pick up! The shuttle service would also conveniently drop me off at my car rental company, every time, making this a great added service… a real bonus! The Owners and staff are absolutely wonderful caring people, who go beyond customer service. They sincerely make you feel like you're at a 2nd home. Oh, did I mention along with the superior service, all the rooms have king-size beds, the facility includes a pool, hot tub, snacks, fitness room, plus coffee is always on and you can enjoy a great breakfast in the morning. If you are ever in Grande Prairie, I highly recommend Redwood Inn & Suites. Kind regards Kevin P. Panko.

Lights are buzzing in the room. Really annoying. Good break fast and had a good workout on the gym. Hot tub should be called warm tub lol.

Attended a birthday party for my nephew at the pool/waterslide. It's a nice place for a smaller birthday party for kids.

We booked the pool area for a kids birthday party. It was a great experience! Staff was very knowledgeable. Pool area was well maintained and the kids had a blast! The party room was large and clean. The price was reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to book a party here again!

I cannot believe that this is a 4.8 stars. The hotel owners will not let other restaurants deliver to this hotel. Panago is one block away and is not allowed to deliver food here. I have worked a long hard day and it is — 40 below and my choices are the A & W across the street, or the owners restaurant which is three blocks away, which won't deliver either or Panago. I am going to tell my company to no longer book the hotel for our fleet of trucks. Hugely inconvenient and I would never willingly stay here. 0 Stars!

I spend 2 weeks of every 3 here. It's like my second home. Very clean and modern rooms. A great morning breakfast (no bacon though). Friendly staff and close to basic amenities. I feel very safe leaving items in vehicles and a far less crime than just directly in GP. And the saltwater pool and hot tub is just what you want after a long day. Highly recommend.

Was a really nice hotel room. Beds were nice and comfy and staff were friendly!

Horrible experience. My office booked it for 3 nights but we were done the next day so came home straight from work. So checked out after 2 nights over the phone at 9:30 am as checkout time is 11 am. The lady at the counter said she will add a note to my booking as she was logged out. Asked for an invoice bill, they said they will email it. Despite constant reminders I never got the invoice from them. When you call them they take your email address every time and say yes we will send it. Finally received the invoice 3 days later after hounding them every day and saw they charged for 3 nights. I called them back to confirm as I checked out after 2 nights. They say there was no note saying I checked out earlier. I asked them to ask their staff but apparently no one wants to admit their fault that they forgot. End up charged for 3 nights now and there's nothing no one is doing about it. So frustrated with the staff and their managers as no one is willing to take responsibility but instead they blame it on me that I never checked out.

Stayed here for an extended stay with work. The owners and staff spared no expense for comfort. Was truly a home away from home. Best beds, pillows and linens, By far the nicest hotel in the Grande Prairie for the money. Very friendly and accommodating.

Great front counter staff… any issue dealt with quickly and professionally. Decent breakfast but needs some MEAT!. Nice pool … very clean facilities.

Room was great and clean. Nice big bathroom and bed. Organic soaps and shampoos as well!

Staff is great, stayed there for 30 days for work. Breakfast every morning. Rooms are very clean. Felt comfortable every night. Filled our water jugs everyday with ice and water.

This is our home away from home and as always the staff here are truly exceptional. Always so accomodating for day and night shift and they remember you. A very huge kudos to all the staff of this establishment! Sure appreciate all your hard work to make our stay away from home a good one!

I have stayed a couple of times at your hotel. Love the rooms, very comfortable, with a front desk staff that were very friendly, and good at their jobs. Eating area was clean and well serviced and when I mention I had just emptied the coffee pot, jumped up right away to insure was re-filled. I most certainly will return to this hotel on my next trip up to Grande Prairie. Oh, and by the way, bed was very comfortable!
