It’s great. Awesome just what I needed.

Great breakfast especially considering covid restrictions. Courteous and friendly at the front desk.

Made this reservation for a bike trip from Jasper to Banff with a group of friends. Showed up and were told that no bike were allowed in the room and that we would have access to a bike locker. No mention of this in the reservation confirmation email at all. Did not bring a bike lock with us and the so called bike locker was a hallway at the bottom of some stairs with nothing to lock the bike to anyway. My bike was clean and in a case and they still said it was not allowed and I would be charged $300 if I brought it into my room. I then asked if my bike would be covered if stolen from their so called locker and they said no!

Staff was friendly and helpful (beyond nice). Room was in excellent condition and far exceeded our expectations.

Not a lot of frills but you don’t need them. Bed/ Breakfast included. Rooms are very clean and spacious, 2 double beds. Table with 2 chairs which are comfortable, don’t often find that, small kitchen area which also includes a microwave. Few minutes walk to all shops and dining. Would stay here again.

Room was large and well equipped. Location ideal being short walk to town. Staff helpful. Very good.

Lovely stay here! When we left, we left a few items which were posted on the same week. Great place, great people, great customer service.

The helpful staff and lovely view of the mountainside easily makes this a wonderful place to stay.

I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was walkable to the downtown area, had a great staff, and was very accommodating. We checked in very late, but it was very efficient. We were given a choice of a complimentary bottle of red or white wine. They also offered us free breakfast in the morning, which we took advantage us. The breakfast was convenient, easy, and had a decent selection. The staff was nice, competent, and hard working. Our room was quiet, clean, and updated. It was a bit small, but we do nothing in the room other than change, shower, and sleep, so we don’t need much. We had absolutely no issues and we will definitely be looking to stay at Mount Robson Inn again in the future.

Long, mixed review. Multiple issues. Not acceptable. We chose Mt. Robson Inn based on it's location and reviews. Upon arrival quite late at night, it seemed nice. We had two nights here. Parking was a problem, not just with a place close to one's room, but a place anywhere on the lot. A least one car each night parked carelessly and took up more than one place. We had an older upstairs room and since there was no elevator, we ended up hauling our bags up the steep outdoor stairway. There was some construction going on when we stayed, so there was daytime noise from that and the big equipment was left in the overcrowded parking lot at night, taking precious spaces. The lot was also poorly lit at night, which is a security risk. The room was large and comfortable enough with two Queen beds. The windows looked out on a connecting hallway at a blank wall. For reasons of security, these had to be kept locked. The window over the bed looked out on the parking lot. Since the air conditioning did not work properly and the room was stuffy or too cold, we left this open a little, until the loud noises from a drinking parking lot party kept us awake. Task lighting was good in the bathroom, but there was no ambient lighting, or very low wattages, so the living area seemed dark. There was a lack of electrical outlets for charging our personal electronics. The TV remote did not work, so we changed the channels by hand.

Bed was comfortable. Small parking spaces only 4 pull through spots I was pulling an eight foot kayak trailer had to hand move it into an open single stall until one of the pull throughs opened up. Bathroom in my room had two frosted sliding glass panels you slid together to close off the bathroom area they created two sides of a wall joined at a corner.

Absolutely a prime choice for anyone visiting Jasper on budget. Great little rooms that are very well kept. Fair price, nice modern amenities in your room and bsthroom. An all round impressive little place that makes a lot of other inns nearby seem dumpy. Will return.

The rooms and the house keepers are very nice. However the boss's seem to think their employees owe them their lives because they have staff accommodation. I do not condone this and would recommend going to a different place.

The pros: Modern and clean rooms, outdoor hot tub felt great after hiking. The cons: Rooms were small, not well sound proofed, and breakfast wasn't provided during to renos without any discount. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay but it didn't feel like great value.

One of our go-to places for when we stay in Jasper. Great continental breakfast and two outdoor hot tubs to enjoy. They’re renovating right now so the style of room you can end up in is varied — the newer, modern-style rooms are much nicer and a bit more sound-proof than the older ones, but either way the rooms are clean and functional. You can hear a decent amount of outside noise from inside the rooms, so if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs!

This place has nice rooms. But totally not family oriented. People were partying all night. Management didn't want to do anything. They put us above the hot tub, that says no alcohol, there was so much alcohol that the police were here and hauled people away. We asked the management if this was a family place and they said totally a family place. The party started at 4:30 pm and ended at 7:00 am. There is alcohol bottles everywhere around this place first thing in the morning. We were charged 330$ for a room we couldn't sleep in and this place isn't worth 50$ to stay in.

Comfortable room. Nice restaurant bar next door. Friendly staff. You can park your car at the backside of your room. Good Wi-Fi. Not expensive. Good price / quality.

My partner and I stayed at the Mount Robson Inn for 3 nights in one of their Queen bed rooms. It was a little cramped but it was very cozy. The bed was quite soft and fluffy, which is a plus or a drawback depending on your preference. The shower was great (perfect for 2), and the location is very favourable. The things that took a star away is that the breakfast facilities were closed for renovations without discount, and that the TV was an older unit without HDMI. Overall we'd recommend staying here.

Really great stay, beautiful view of the mountains. Rooms do vary a lot so if you have a bigger group you’ll want to stay in the”suites” as the other rooms can be pretty cramped. Hot tubs are really nice except outside so cold in the winter. Breakfast is okay! It is one of the nicer inns I’ve seen!

Beautiful place to spend a night or two to enjoy the surroundings. The housing of the if they are correct actions.

An amazing room! We booked late and all they had left was the Honeymoon Suite! So worth it! Beautiful whirlpool tub in our living room and electric fireplace! The king size bed and multihead shower were awesome! Great staff and so welcoming! We've stayed a couple times before and definitely will be back at some point! Love love love!

What a lovely place. Located just out of town, it's fairly new and has good facilities. The good: it was new, really clean, great bathroom and television, quiet warm. The staff are all wonderful, including the cleaning staff! The bad: The heater made the most horrific noise. For the "romantic stargazing package" this was pretty interesting. The walls are a bit thin. We could hear a kid running up and down the halls next door for about an hour one morning. The room was heaps smaller than the pictures. I know this is to be expected from hotels but we assumed from the description that there would be at least a door between upstairs and downstiars. Apparently not. For a family stay with kids, this would be great. For our set up, it was a bit annoying.

Great stay in comfortable accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful. Forgot insulin in fridge that was couriered to destination next day. Great place to rest and relax.

Stayed here during a ski trip, the room we had was very clean and modern (perhaps freshly renovated). It wasn't big, but they made great use of the space and it had all the amenities we needed. Very convenient ski storage and great parking. All staff we talked to were very friendly and professional. Overall, we had a great stay, awesome value for the money and will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Jasper.

Room was very modern, clean, and we'll appointed… but TINY. About 200 sq ft. Only a sliding glass door around the bathroom nook, with no privacy. The free hot breakfast was great. Good for one night as a single or couple but not with kids and not for extended periods due to how small the rooms are.

It was clean and tidy. The rooms were super nice. Enjoyed the outdoor spa tubs. The desk was a lot of help. We got in late and were striking out with ordering food so we asked what's open and he filled us in on where we can eat. Nice walk from downtown Jasper.

Hands down best value for your money hotel in Jasper! Great service & fantastic renovated rooms that go well beyond expectations! Will definitely be returning (with a swimsuit because nobody told me they have an outdoor year round hot tub! )

Clean modern rooms. They are a bit on the small side but very modern and cozy. The facilities are nice. A short walk from downtown Jasper. The continental breakfast is tasty.

The Motel was ok, nothing flash, rooms were too hot, even though we had no heating, we had to put the cooling on to cool down the room, complained to front desk, they didn't really know what was causing it, maintenance guy though it might be the hot water pipes, very strange.
The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, with toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, fruit juice, great coffee, fresh fruit, you couldn't complain.

Excellent hotel. Building is all redone inside and out. Room very clean. All staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good with everything covered food wise. The breakfast staff are on top of everything. Short walk from town and train station. We will make this our go to place in Jasper. Thank you staff.

My room was large and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a Jacuzzi. Decor was modern and looked new. Breakfast was good and included in the room price.

Mount Robson Inn is an alright place. The room we had was renovated in the not too distant past and felt modern. Though small, it made good use of the space by having sliding partitions around the washroom area instead of walls. Even if the renovation was recent, some aspects of the room were already failing. The somewhat ornamental shelf that holds the phone, notepad, and TV was already pulling its screws out of the wall. And the two of the coat hooks in the room had already broken off. The plugs near the bed were inconveniently beneath/behind the night stands on each side of the bed; an area of necessary convenience that I would call table stakes for hoteliers. For a skiing town, I was also surprised at how slow the heater in the room was. The Inn is situated just a couple of blocks from the main action downtown, which is equally convenient and inconvenient. There is free parking around the Inn, but second floor guests will have stairs to climb no matter which way they approach.

We purchased the package for late check out and upon arrival were informed that all they could accommodate for late check out was an extra hour. If I had known this before I would not have paid more for extra check out. I complained about the late check-out and paying extra for it and was told that someone would call me back to address the issue. No one called me back at all. When we pulled up to the building it looked like a seedy motel, and considering what we paid for the rooms I was not impressed. However, the rooms turned out to be nicer on the inside then what the building (motel) looked like on the outside, but still for the price paid I was expecting nicer. I would never return here and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The hotel was a good placeto stay, the rooms were updated and comfortable. However, the prices in jasper are out to lunch. For $240 a night one would think the continental breakfast would have hot eggs and possibly bacon. But instead you get waffles and ac that barely works. The walls were thin as we ran a blow dryer at 9pm and the upstairs guest was pounding on their floor. But being one of the more reasonably priced places in jasper id stay here again.

Loved our stay at Mount Robson Inn. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of area and activities happening in town. Room was light, clean and had all the amenities. Parking was close. Hot tub area was clean and easily accessed. Continental breakfast was good with quite a few choices. Will be coming back here the next time we're in Jasper.

Immaculately clean, newly and tastefully renovated room. The free breakfast was a huge cut above any other free breakfast I've seen. Fresh waffles and pancakes and delicious homemade granola were just the highlights. Extremely fiendly and helpful staff. Walking distance (7 minutes) to the restaurant and shopping area of Jasper.

This place is awesome. Stayed here many times and even though it is under exterior renovations right now, the stay was as good as always. Their beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Pillows are great, comforter is fluffy and you sleep like a baby. The breakfast they provide is more than enough to fill you and the view the view of mountains is a treat! Great stay, great place! ☕️⭐️

The rooms were very nice with a gas fireplace and lots of seating room. It has a romantic feel and great place for a weekend away.

Little out of the way, which I actually liked. Most of the hard party people stay closer to downtown. Rooms were very nice, modern and spacious. Staff were efficient and friendly.

I stayed here with a group of friends (6 total) during the week of February 16. They offer a 3-bed family room, which is perfect if you're going to be traveling with a larger group like I did. The room itself is well-furnished, clean, and provides free Wi-Fi to guests. The free continental breakfast was a great way to fuel us for a day full of skiing at Marmot, which was also only a short 20-30 minute drive. (The breakfast now includes a waffle-maker, AND a pancake-maker! ) The outdoor hot tubs were also great for sore, aching bodies. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back.

Great value with the included hot breakfast! Parking is a little tight but well worth the maneuvering required.

Upgraded rooms are very nicely appointed. One of the most comfortable beds ever. Included continental breakfast is underwhelming. A waffle maker would be a welcome addition.

There aren't a lot if hotels in Jasper so as an Inn, Mount Robson does quite well. The rooms are decent sized, and close to the 'center' of town (its literally a 2 min drive).

The front desk manager was an absolute delight! She made our stay with he knowledge and history of jasper! Told us the best restaurants and sights to go see. I will be back there soon!

Perfect place to stay. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the parking was a little small, found that when it was busy there where minimum spaces available. Didn't check out the Hot Tub but saw tons of people using it. Rooms where very clean and tidy. Gardening around the Inn was amazing and well kept. Breakfast options where wonderful, deviled eggs, waffles, toast, English muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, fruits, etc. Enjoyed my stay.

Best value for the money. Stay here if you want to stay in Jasper.

Too expensive compared to the overall look of the room which is too small and congested. Enough for 1 person, not two. On the other hand, the service is excellent and the continental breakfast is very popular and good quality.

Overpriced but this is probably standard for Jasper. The room itself was fine, nothing to complain about. Sound insulation was however pretty bad; showers in adjacent rooms made a surprisingly loud noise. Convenient location, a few minutes walk from restaurants.

Stayed only one night, but really enjoyed it. The bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Room was clean and quiet, probably recently renovated as the linens were fresh and carpeting wasn't worn. The breakfast was in a nice large room that was probably a former restaurant. Typical well-stocked continental breakfast with waffles, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, breads, etc. There was staff to greet you and bus tables which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, during our stay we felt like we were in a "work camp" given the clientele that were staying there long term. We smelled marijuana on the premises, there was a party directly below us and there was no parking for guests and we had to park on the street. This was the worst stay I have ever encountered in Jasper and although the front desk tried to make it up by upgrading us to a new room, this new room had issues of cleanliness. The pull out couch was filthy with used ear plugs laying in the bed, dirty unchanged linen and no spare linen. Not impressed and a big waste of money. Not to mention that the hot tub wasn't working which was part of the reason why we chose this hotel over a different one. The staff however, did thier very best under the circumstances.

Easy to find. Lots of parking inside courtyard, not out in open. Hot tub is very large. Room is very well appointed. Bathroom was luxurious and looked very new. The reception area is very inviting as well with easy chairs and a fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

Romm was very large with 2 queen beds and 2 sinks (one in bathroom and one just outside of the bathroom) microwave, fridge. We were very surprised and pleased. They outside just looks like a regular 2 story motel (gray with blue shutters, nothing fancy) Inside was GREAT.
