Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a bit hot. The pool could use a really good deep cleaning, and the slide area needs some safety upgrades and maintenance. The Sunday brunch buffet was excellent, but wasn't fully ready at 9 as promised and servers were hard to find.

The hotel and bar staff were awesome. I'd love to give a separated review for the hotel and staff (included the bar staff) versus the bar itself but this is what comes up. The food was sub par. I ordered a hot beef sandwich and it tasted like horrible. Just the beef did. You can tell it's a cheap cut of beef because of the flavour. It tasted super gamey (not like beef should. ) Will not be purchasing food here again due to the high price versus sub par food (by the way it was the special if the day. ) but will visit for beer. And that's all.

Clean rooms, all pots and pans included in the kitchenettes. Amazing accommodations for a large youth team from Ontario attending Edmonton Nationals 2018. As a team, we were treated with respect and the employees worked with our requests quickly and efficiently. The Manager of the hotel was very helpful in helping is plan a day trip out to Jasper and gave us some pointers along the way. The kitchenettes were helpful for preparing meals and there was plenty of room to house team meetings with comfort. We want to thank everybody involved in helping out trip out to Alberta be as stress free as it was!

We had dinner in the Ridgewood room for a function and the meal was very good quality and the servers were very friendly.

Have an issue with website offering free breakfast. Should be complimentary coffee and muffin since that's all that's offered in the lobby.

Attended for a social function. The ballrooms were very nice and very affordable. In fact due to the event being a celebration of life the facility waived the room rental fee. They catered the lunch which was great. Would highly recommend.

Good quality cheaper meals than other places.

The St Albert Inn is one of St Alberts hidden gem, I have stayed there more then 4 times and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The rooms are constantly updated and facilities are second to no other. The food is good and decent pricing. There is alittle pub in the back with a friendly atmosphere and some of the best pricing I have seen. Two Thumbs up.

Great service. Comfy bed. Nice and clean. Bedroom heat was on 30 way to hot. Also muffins were dry and stale. Would stay again.

Ample parking. I was there for a company lunch. Great sandwiches and soup. Vast selection of desert squares too.

The hotel has all of the amenities one would expect of a good hotel. The pool has a great slide for the kids and brunch had lots of food options.

We had a program here in one of the conference rooms and used the opportunity to check round the hotel. While it is a dated place, but it is generally clean and looks great. The restrooms are very clean and smell nice… I will recommend this place for conferences and events. The rooms are well spacious and the staffs are very friendly. The place is somehow quite on Sundays but more lively during the weekdays. The inn is easily spotted on the St. Albert Trail and have a lot of shopping centres and shops around.

Very clean and modern. Stayed her 11 yrs ago and was very pleased with the level of service I recieved. The breakfast was great and very reasonably priced for its location. Would stay here again next time I'm in town.

Great Halls for events, only problem is if you get them to cater for you. Food is pretty basic, can get better anywhere else.

I was only there for a work Christmas party. We rented one of the banquet rooms, and had Edmonton Casino Party as the event. It was a great time, plus the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place for parties or stays.

Went for flu vaccine clinic and stayed for dinner. The food was uninspired at best, but the service was really good. The mashed potatoes were from a box, and none of the veggies were fresh. Soup was good, though.

Got my flu shots here on the weekend. I think it's wonderful that this hotel would open its doors to accept a vital public service opportunity and be involved in the community. The lobby was very attractive and quiet with friendly staff. The banquet room I viewed was large and nicely decorated.

Nice accommodations and restaurant. Recommended. The pool and slide are really nice if you have kids.

The night we got married we stayed here. It was a bit dated but it's clean well kept and the staff was awesome. I have also used one of the conference rooms and the process was easy and it was affordable.

It's on the main drag of St Albert. I was there for a conference. The catering and service were standard hotel stuff, it met my expectations.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly. The pool is great for kids, if a little chilly, and the restaurant seems to exist in another time, with regulars talking about minor league hockey and a good tuna melt.

Lights from roof shine directly into our room. Small room for 2 beds. Beds are comfy but for the price we should have stayed at the holiday Inn. They have a free hot breakfast.

Love this hotel! They have everything we look for; clean, designated pet rooms, good food, great location, fun pool and even plush bath and pool towels. A hotel that offers everything.

Attended a wedding here, great layout of the hall with lots of overflow rooms. Staff were professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend hosting an event here.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. The resturant "Micheals" is cold, plain and food is just ok. No attached lounge, you must leave the building and enter a separate entrance to get to the lounge.

The conference rooms are decent as I was attending for a discussion on federal bill C-14, the accommodationa of the conference rooms were good and they had people to bring coffee and water, along with extra chairs.

By far the worst intranet connection other than the best western in st albert rooms are not but bad but not great either huge gaps in the bottoms of the room doors and the cable is limited I would think for the price the service would be better oh ya I went to the pool and the temp was 15C in the room had to sit in the hot tub or freeze your ass off.

Went there for orientation class for CN, it's really easy to drive there and has good infrastructure.

Was treated aweful, very prejudices, do not stay here if your a multi cultural, I am an aboriginal. Never in my life was I ever treated like that. The housekeepers are great people, because most of them are different cultured. I strongly advice you not to stay in this horrible hotel.

Nice space and lobby. Great Room Cleaning service. Staff wear T-shirts. No Free B-Fast Horrible Wi-Fi. Forget about it if you have important business requiring a fast connection. My biggest disappointment is the Wi-fi. So prehistoric, it's not even funny. Forget Skype, Youtube, or even running your companies website. The Best Western nearby has excellent Wi-fi and free B-fast, minus the space. The Wi-fi is more important for my business needs.

Not a very friendly, clean environment.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the cafe was surprisingly good — I usually don't expect much at a hotel restaurant. The hotel always seems to be busy but the staff has been friendly and helpful.

The owner is a cheap scape. Rooms and resterraunt look like they are fro 1983.
