Found the hotel to be modern, very clean and accommodating. Location was good as the area is developing to include amenities for shopping and eating. Always thought it would be great if hotels had a sheltered green space for clients to enjoy some outside time. Staff were very friendly except for the fellow that appeared to be th maintenance man. He wasn’t rude, just noticeable as he was not as cordial as the other staff. Had a very good stay, beds are Comfortable! We’ll be back.

First checked in found a long hair in the sink I just let it go it's only the sink. Went out for super came back turned on the air thought my wife and I would have a rest. The bed was the worst ever could feel the springs digging into my side so we checked out after 4.5 hours and just went home. There was no use even complaining to the front desk then I would just look like an 65 year old idiot so I paid and we left what a waste of money this place is.

I am impressed, the guest room is modern, with a living room area, away from bedroom and washroom. Large hd led tvs one each in living room and bed room, plus new docking station, wireless phone, good view from the back, quiet.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for work. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast has a decent selection of hot and cold foods. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Best Western Plus Sherwood Park Inn is a very friendly and accommodating place to stay. With frequent users such as we are, the staff remember us and greet us, It is very welcoming and appreciated to be treated kindly and with respect. Best Western Plus Hotels in general have always served us well and the breakfast is always a lovely spread of choices. We love Best Western Hotels. They are easy to locate and have lots of parking space. The check in area is always large and comfortable and clean.

We love this hotel. We get the family suite with the 3 queen beds (we have 3 kids and it's nice to not have to put 1 on the floor! ), we love how clean the hotel is and the friendly service oriented staff. The free breakfast is fantastic!

Beautiful hotel. Really modern design. It's crisp and clean. The service is personal and courteous. Their suites are so homey. I stay here no matter where I am working in the city.

My family has stayed at this hotel several times, and every time meets our expectations. The rooms are functional and clean. The pool/hot tub is quite nice, salt water is something nice. The breakfast is usually very good. Like staying here.

Wonderfully clean and modern hotel with fantastic customer service! The complimentary breakfast buffet is awesome. Very nice saltwater pool and hot tub. Location is great, near Millennium Place, and there are several great restaurants a three minute walk away. I will never stay anywhere else in the Sherwood Park or East Edmonton area.

Used the online check in which was fast and easy. The room (an executive suite) was lovely. Wish we had asked about the salt water pool, definitely would have used that. Although we are both gluten sensitive, there was enough selection on the breakfast menu to satisfy. Overall, a lovely stay.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past but my last stay here was a sure disappointment. Foul wet dog smell at lobby entrance. The check in experience was awful, I was being booked for $40 over the rate that was listed even through best westerns app. I literally had to book this hotel online to get a room. Even then it was 20-25 minute ordeal. The breakfast area was a disaster on my last stay aswell: juices empty, no fruit in the baskets available, no clean place to sit, no clean plates to use. It's like this place gave up trying but still charge the price as if it's a 5 star Ritz. Never again.

If you want they access your card and charge whenever they want without even caring to let you know go here. I stayed in this hotel 3 days for business trip in Nov. I saw two more charges on my credit card two month later. They charged my credit card for two nights instead of 3 in Nov, I did not realize that they made a mistake, since the receipt they gave me was for 3 nights. So guess what they did they just decided to charge my card two month later without even letting me know, I was paying my credit card online I saw the charges, called the bank several times and the hotel to realize what was going on. I wasted my time and nobody of the hotel staff even cared!

What a wonderful stay, from calling to book our room, where we were offered a better rate then what was found online. To also being offered a room up grade with our existing membership. To the room itself being VERY clean, and in perfect repair, to then be generously supplied with towels, complimentary toiletries and coffee supplies, complete with fridge, and microwave. In the morning we were greeted with a wonderful complimentary breakfast, where you wouldn't want for anything else. There were many items to choose from such as hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, hard boiled eggs, hot/cold cereals, pancakes, waffles, (with a variety of toppings), fruit, assorted breads, coffee, large selection of teas and many choices of juices, and milk (reg and almond). Our stay was for 3 nights where house keeping also provided us with top notch service and cleanliness, which is very appreciated, so thank you! I can't possibly say enough great things about our stay and please know that we do a lot of traveling and can honestly say this was one of our best stays ever. Thank you for paying great attention to detail… it shows!

This property and it's friendly, professional staff was a great place to stay! Very clean and the breakfast is incredible. Our hockey team stayed here and it was a very good experience. If your needing a place to stay in the area this is a cozy little home away from home! Thanks to Chaniesse and the other staff for making our stay hassle free and fun for everyone!

King room needs a recliner beside king bed, pool closes to early… it closes at 10pm. No ice machine on 4th floor. Prices are too high for a room but I’m cheap always have been. But overall it’s beautiful hotel and the breakfast is what you should look forward to cause wow it makes your day.

This hotel has super comfy beds, very clean rooms, hallways and lobby is very clean. Has a decent view all around and super easy to get to. The breakfast has all that is needed and the food is fresh. Has plug-ins for vehicles for cold weather. Parking seems secure and there are numerous eating establishments right next door, just walk 30 steps. This is the only place I stay when in Sherwood Park, and might I just add, the staff are very willing to always help me with my requests. So thankyou kindly for your considerate employees.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and their breakfast was a full proper breakfast that even had staff topping it up and check food temperature. Would recommend!

Everything was really good except the quality of bed, matress was mediocre at best. I've slept in alot of hotels in same price range and never complained about the beds before now. The rating would be 4 1/2 if the sleep was comfortable.

Great place to stay. I have stayed at this Best Western on a number of occasions. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, good internet, comfortable bed and good air control. Highly recommend!

Great hotel! Clean, great breakfast and a very good location. We have stayed there several times. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel seems to keep track of your preferences. Really good exercise facility. The pool is a little small, but great for treading water.

This best Western was one of the best we have stayed at. The hotel in general is very clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room, presentation and selection also one of the best. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for either business or family stays. All will enjoy the pool and hot pool, which is very clean and bright.

My mother and I stayed at the Best Western on Lakeland drive in Sherwood Park, AB. She is 95 and mobile, but needs bars in the bathtub… we asked for the handicap room and it was reserved for us! One little extra for us that made the visit so easy. Staff was superb… I could tell that they were trained in customer service… because even the maintenance man said hello and hope that we had a good stay and hoped to see us again! How good is that. Your training is paying off. The staff are so welcoming!

The rooms were clean and quiet. The only downside to this hotel was the "hot" portion of the free breakfast. Pretty sure everything is cooked in a microwave and the food items did not stay hot even in warming trays. Also not totally the hotels fault but guests who don't clean up after their dog outside make it difficult for other dogs to go for a quick bathroom break or kids to run on the small bit of grass without stepping on a "land mine". Overall would stay again though.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Was very accommodating. Has parking adequate for truck and trailer. Will be back for sure!

We had a "junior executive suite" with a king bed that was probably the largest king we've ever had. It was a beautiful room and comfortable as well. Food was good, check in and out was fast and easy. Very pleased.

Wow! The staff at this hotel are with out a doubt the most friendly and courteous staff we have ever dealt with. They treat you like family. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are outstanding. We will stay here every time we go to Edmonton from now on:)

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We are from Canada and we are able to use Air Miles to book our stay. In off season the number air miles we need to use make this hotel a great value. They have a lovely facility here. The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included with the room and their breakfast is one of the best we have ever experienced at any hotel. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
