We stayed in Sherwood Park for my son's roller hockey tournament. We have stayed here a few times before for the same reason. Beds are decent enough, free breakfast, good price for the room. There is a pool, but the kids go to the millennium center that is attached for games, and the use of that pool. There is a fridge in the room which we do need, and the staff put up with the kids running around. All in all, good experience.

Was pretty expensive and I mean nothing was wrong with the hotel but, It was an ok experience. Customer service was just ok nothing really stood out as awesome. Had I paid $100 a night I would've been really happy with the experience but when your paying $140 a night you definitely expect alot more. (ex. Friendly staff, super nice rooms, larger then average rooms, a nice pool, ) Staff wasn't overly friendly but rooms were alright. Clean and basic if that's all you need and want to pay way more for basic that is. Again nothing negative to really say besides I know I paid way more then that experience was worth.

Well to start the bathtub needed to be re caulked and there was caulking missing at the base of the tub so water could get under the floor/ tub. The fixtures in the bathroom we're discolored (towel rack/ tissue dispenser) the shower was built for a 5ft or lower person. My bed was quite uncomfortable and the main heater/a/c unit sometimes wouldn't cool. The elevator handles inside were loose in one unit and the carpets needed to be cleaned in both working elevators. If you have an eye for it you can tell the build quality/ craftsmanship was not up to par on this place. (stucco falling off, loose rear exterior door at the bottom of the stairwell, exterior door key locks not working, poor transitioning in the floor from carpet to tile in places) definitely not staying here again. I'm not one to ask for a discounted rate but you'd think they would offer it if you had issues with your room which they did not…

I'm staying in this hotel for work for approximately a month and this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at a lot of hotels for work. I find the staff to be unaccommodating, the housekeeper's do the bare minimum at best and have walked into my room with a do not disturb sign up, the laundry room is an absolute pigsty, the location is in an industrial park so not much around and there's not even microwave in the room to help make up for that, garbage will sit in the hallways for days before somebody picks it up, the breakfast at the hotel is subpar and just barely cooked most days. I personally find it hard to have anything good to say about this Hotel, and would not recommend it to anybody.

Dirty all over. My Hallway to room smelled of vomit, smoke, and stale booze. So called breakfast was not out on time and when it was put up it was gobbled up by others in seconds. Bad coffee would sleep I'm my truck if I had to stay there again. Scores 0 out of 10

Besides the rooms and the hotel itself being clean and fairly new looking I don't think I would really recommend this hotel to many people. I was here for about a month working on night shift. There are no microwaves in the room and it's located in an industrial park so there's not a lot of stuff around you in terms if food or stores to walk to, and The restaurant only opens at certain intervals during the day. The staff don't seem to know how to respect privacy. I had my do not disturb sign on my door after knocking on my door anyways and waking me up the housekeeper then tried to come into my room anyways. Had I not had the deadbolt across she would have been able to walk right in on me. When I answered the door to see what she wanted she was asking me questions about whether I'm checking out, I was 5 days into my month-long stay at this point. I just found it to be unprofessional and disruptive to the little bit of a routine I get to try to establish.

Very clean. Great friendly staff. No hot tub though, had to go to Millenium Place which is connected to hotel but cost $9.75 each adult.

Went to attend an orientation for a new job I was offered. The conference Hall was nice same with the lobby.

It is a very beautiful hotel and it was nice to stay in. Rooms were cleaned frequently and the hot breakfast was nice. Was disappointed when I seen there was no microwave in the rooms. The area is far from everything but it was a nice hotel to stay at. I'd recommend it. Especially if you have a sports tournament at the Millennium next door.

For what you get at a regular price I'd say that you'd be overpaying. It's location is in the Sherwood industrial area. The rooms aren't bad as they've been upgraded a while ago but have cheap plastic shower/ bathtub combo that isn't made for anyone over 5' 8" as I had to crouch to get my hair wet. The pool area isn't the best and their change room is awful and tiny. They have fitness equipment right beside the pool as well as a small office sized area open 24 hours and is furnished with: TV, treadmill, stair climber, an old school all-in-one workout machine and a water cooler. There is no continental meal as they have a restaurant there but, you have to ask for the discounted buffet breakfast meal voucher as they won't give you it unless you ask. If you are wanting a massage or etc, they don't have this.

Venue was good, hotel was very spacious for line up and held many people in the main hall. Sound could be improved.

Thank you very much to Jaspreet and the Clarion Hotel for hosting Jordan Peterson's lecture last week. 750+ strong had the opportunity to listen to a man who was allowed to speak — rather than the Citadel Theatre's stance who would have strangely preferred him NOT to have had that opportunity. Job well done!

Fantastic event at the Clarion. Big, beautiful room and everything went smoothly. A wonderful owner, I'd recommend this venue for nearly any event.

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable beds with duvets. Excellent breakfast.

If you’re planning to stay here make sure you have your own cellular data bcz their Wi-Fi sucks. & they don’t have money to get better connection.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice rooms.

Booked presidential suite. Not worth it. Room is roomy forsure but lacks in everything else says kitchenette but all the room has is a full fridge. Not much you can do with that. Bathroom is terrible literally only for 1 person and even with 1 person in there your bumping into the door with every movement it is way to tiny specially when you consider the square footage of the room. Deadbolt didn't work on our door, bathroom door doesn't close either unless you slam it. Place is dated and could use a facelift. We stayed for 4 days and when we arrived there was an Advil on the floor in the bathroom and it's stayed there our entire trip. So clearly floors do not get cleaned. No guide on the TV so you have to surf to find something. Had to pay extra for breakfast which is mediocre. Staff is great very friendly and wanting to please. And lastly the beds and pillows. They are comfortable! I have back problems so this is a huge plus I slept like a baby. When there is so many other hotels that are new and include breakfast I would not stay again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Very comfy beds with both soft and firm pillows. Definitely would stay again.

Manger was rude, and kept calling me a ma'am. I am a male and have been a male my whole life. We had a reservation and they would not allow us to check in because out pre paid card. Even though it is accepted where ever credit cards are accepted. We even said we would pay cash. They said NO. I do not recommend this place. They are rude and like to single People out. If won a free stay would would be like hell no.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean.

Lovely lobby, great rooms, and right next to millennium place. Has its own bistro as well. Terrific staff.

Look up Holiday Inn Conference center sherwood park reviews to see what this hotel is really like. They lost the Holiday inn name when there were too many reports of black mold in the rooms, restaurant and venting system.

Not clean. Never had so much hair on the sheets. The sheets are not being washed. Will not come back due to the rooms. Hotel staff are helpful.

1) Website says resteraunt is open breakfast, lunch and dinner — wasn't open for lunch 2) toilet broken 3) we were told room was on top floor for sleeping baby — wasn't the case.

The pedway between here and Millennium Place is so disgusting. They both say the other is responsible, obviously the hotel is. The Hotel's pool is frequently down and people get sent over to Millennium.

Nice professional looking lobby and conference rooms. The waitress of the Bistrou forgot about me though, but then paid for my coffee so all is forgiven!

Was there to write the Alberta College of Paramedics exam. Had no real interaction with the hotel staff that I was aware of. Clean, big bright conference room where we wrote the exam and lots of good parking.

The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms are quite spacious. I love that we are minutes from shops, and attached to Millennium Place (which was a huge bonus for our lacrosse team! ). The only downside was that there is no breakfast included. For the price it really should include breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

While not the most modern hotel this place is clean and spacious. The staff were excellent.

Have been to a couple functions here. Nice place to host an event. The caterers that have been there have always been great.

There were some issues related to the booking of the room but they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. I'm also very impressed with how Holiday Inn is helping the evacuees from Firt Macmurray!

I'd like to give the place a better rating as the hotel is pretty nice and the staff are great. However. There's a group of hockey parents that seem to come here and let their kids run around screaming in the hallways all hours of the night and in the wee hours of the morning. Never experienced anything like it and I basically live in hotels for work. It's like these kids don't even have parents.

Gorgeous hotel! I love the lobby. Excellent place for a banquet or a meeting. Staff are very professional and helpful!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are basic but well-maintained.

The front desk said to get hot water we need to run the taps for 7 to 8 minutes… they were right. We were assured we'd have a microwave to heat our baby's milk — when we arrived they had given them all out. We couldn't even rely on hot water to warm up her milk in a timely manner. Jacuzzi suite — when the next room runs their jacuzzi tub it sounds as though there is a jack hammer taking down the wall between your room and theirs.

I did not stay overnight, just a dinner party. The area was clean and large.
