Booking with reception over the phone was extremely easy and their customer service was great! We were able to check in a bit earlier than usual which was awesome because we needed to get ready for Provincials. We booked a room with 2 double beds on the 2nd floor. The room had a flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, & full bathroom. The rooms are a bit outdated but they were very clean and affordable! The hotel has onsite laundry and a propane bbq to use for their guests as well. Overall, we were very impressed and happy to have booked with Rocky Inn Express.

Clean and spacious rooms andfriendly staff. Air unit was finicky, stopped some time during the night and would only run for a minute when 'restarted'. Otherwise not a bad stay.

Nice clean, Good Location and Great Value :) Sam the owner is a true Host … he's pleasant and his barbecue is amazing.

Our service here was amazing! The management was friendly and welcoming to us and our children… they even gave our children treats and played with them while we checked in! It was so hassle-free:)

I stayed at the rocky inn express cause of work. Nothing to special about this hotel. Rooms where clean. Little outdated tho. The breakfast was good and warm and somewhat fresh. The staff weren't very happy or overly helpful. And the cleaning staff didnt replenish the coffee, cream and sugar when they cleaned the room. Its the little things like that that help make your stay more enjoyable.

Despite my own reservation mistake, Sandeep was very accommodating. Room was clean, had it's own coffee pot, power outlets where needed, large work desk, plenty of pillows. Wall mounted heater/AC unit without a central thermostat made temperature control difficult.

Stayed here for two nights as a gateway to do David Thompson Highway and glacier adventure. Staff was friendly and welcoming and when I requested different pillows they had no issue finding me some. I found breakfast options were limited because I can't eat gluten or dairy, and the view from the room was of an industrial lot. Overall though it was a good stay!

Immediately after being treated very rudely at the hotel next door, we were pleasantly greeted by Sudeep at the Rocky Inn, who checked us in. He was the epitome of excellent customer service. He smiled from the time we walked in the door through the effortless check-in. He even called a local restaurant for us to see if they were still open (was around midnight). No haggling about the rates or pet policies at all like the other hotel. The room itself was very clean, surprisingly quiet, and well appointed for a budget priced room. It had an ironing board, shampoos, coffee, tea, modern TV, and it looked like the online photos. The view out the window sucked (industrial lot) but we were just there to sleep so it didn't matter (might come with external noise on a week day, I dunno). The free breakfast was very good for continental, with real juice, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, hot and cold cereal etc. If you're passing through town and looking for an economical and friendly place to sleep, this is it!

Reasonable prices. Adjust your own room heater. Asked for a double size bed and ended up with 2 beds. Continental breakfast had fruit in baskets, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, begals, juice, toast, and lots of spreads.

Really good value for the price. The bedroom and washroom were very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Loved that they allow dogs.

Rooms are standard for a hotel. Breakfast is sub-standard. They have no eggs. No bacon. No hash browns. Nothing hot at all. Just bread. Juice. Cold cereal. Something is better than nothing I guess but lots of room for improvement in the breakfast department.

Was nice and quiet when we were there mid week. Continental breakfast offered but a more substantial breakfast would be nice for crews based out of this hotel. Nice room, comfy beds, good heat or air conditioning as required. Will stay again.
