I have many experiences with numerous hotel stays and this is by far the least pleasant. I am absolutely disappointed in the customer service I have received during my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We returned to our hotel room around 9 in the evening, within minutes upon our return we received a noise complaint from the front desk. Seconds later the lady who filed the complaint against us came knocking on our door. She asked us in a very passive aggressive manner to keep it down and that our laughter is disturbing her sleep. After we claimed we can keep the volume at a minimum, however we do not understand the issue of a few people laughing at reasonable hour she asserted that from us not seeing her point of view that we were racist and proceeded to yell at us. We took obvious offence to this. Moments later we received another call from the manager, stating that we will be evicted next call he receives about us. Having the lady next to us still so angry at us for being "racist" (which we absolutely are not), left us feeling nervous about being evicted by the next peep we make. The manager was making this rather difficult for us. Making us feel like we were in the wrong. Although we may have been above an average volume, we had no problem making a conscious effort to keep it down. The manager, not even in the same building during the incident, was not levelling with us. This was extremely frustrating as a customer and it was rather unfair with the way this situation was handled. I felt totally helpless and disappointed that my point of view was not being considered by the manager. I will never be returning to this location and will continue to share my experience with anyone considering staying here.
