I love it, the best view every morning from my windows. Walking distance to everywhere in this town. For sure I will come back here.

Great place to stay.

Beautiful Modern room with a kitchenette that we stayed in for an extremely reasonable price! My boyfriend and I now have a place away from home, not to far away from home. Definitely worth every penny!

We went with my fiancé. And it is a very romantic and pleasant place. Near the center and banff. They were eight unforgettable days. We are from Chile.

Place is clean, the chamber maid even folded our clothes and arranged the cards, keys and topped up everything in our room. Front desk ver accomodating. My grandkids enjoyed the playground.

Staff are great, rooms are huge. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a gorgeous fireplace, wall mounted TV and big kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a big dining room table. In the morning we opened the patio door to see 5 elk standing 40" away.

It's a nice suit. Theres a big flat screen above the fireplace, air conditioning in the bedroom. Stove and fridge. No toaster but there is a coffee maker. They also offer a jacuzzi and sauna. Location is great, theres even a sliding glass door for our unit, so there's a great view of the mountains along with a breeze. Nothing to complain about. I would recommend.

Affordable good quality accommodations. Perfect location within Banff National Park. Good dining selections nearby as well. This is our regular place for an overnight because of both reasons.

The room was dark and was small. We were told that we got an upgraded suite which was apparently a bit larger than the basic suite so I wonder how small the basic suite would have been. Due to the BC fires the view of the mountains was not the best so I tried the hot tub but that was a bit of a let down. The hotel is decent if you just need a place to sleep but if you want to do anymore I would not recommend it. It may be worth just paying a bit more and getting a hotel in Banff. Lastly for the price the hotel is charging ($242 per night) I was surprised that it did not include breakfast. I don't mind paying a bit more for the breakfast but I appreciate the convenience.

This Ski Lodge has been around for several years. The owners make a point of keeping it fixed up and attractive. It is a good place for families. The rooms and suites are pleasant and spacious. The include all the usual amenities that one would expect in such a place. The lodge is located across the street from town, but the town can easily be accessed by foot or car. There are lots of interesting places to shop and eat as Canmore is a picturesque town. Whether you are looking for accommodation in summer or winter, this place is well worth considering. It is good value for the money.

This is the view from the hotel. It is the only thing to recommend the stay. The rooms are decent sized but the bathrooms are really small. Plus our room was missing quite a few things (no dish soap, facial tissues, knifes, etc. ). The staff did speedily provide us with the missing items but it was a hassle to keep finding new things that were making when we went to use them. The room did have a mini fridge, microwave and some dishes for use. There is also a little playground for children. We went to try the jacuzzi and wouldn't recommend that at all. It was dark, there is only space for one person to shower and change at a time and the water was dirty. Considering that the BC fires had completely obscured the view for most of the time we were there (pictures are taken the day we were leaving the area) it was very disappointing to not have access to amenities like the jacuzzi. Also keep in mind that they have a non refundable policy for cancellations or changes for the first night.

Clean accomadation. Very reasonably priced for canmore. Bed was very comfy. Room had a/c. What more can you really ask for. No real complaints about this place. The complex is mammoth, so make sure you coordinate properly if you have multiple people staying in different rooms. If that sort of thing matters to you.

A cool layout that the kids enjoyed, but the heating system was out of control. It was over 25C all night long and I could hardly sleep. The windows were open and the ceiling fan running, so they obviously knew this was an issue.

Location is amazing, room size was great and the views from our room were unbeatable. The only down side would be the sheets, they were very small for the bed and felt like a shower curtain. Mattress was beauty rest and comfy!

This was a very clean and comfortable motel to stay at. It was close to everything we needed and the price was perfect. Gemma at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are quite nice with a full bedroom, and then two beds in a raised loft, an average TV room, and a full kitchen. Works for an extended stay. Location is great, with easy access to the highway, but without much of the noise. The employees are friendly and helpful. Lots of extra storage for ski gear, etc.

Great priced pet friendly hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights and they had all the amenities we needed with a little kitchenette too (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and dishes). Good location close to amenities, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our only negative was we found the beds very hard for our preference.

I super love the rocky mountain views when I woke up! ill definitely come back to this place. :D near to Safeway where you can buy what you need, and cook what you wanted. Budget friendly,. Thumbs up!

Great location. Easy access to the highway and town. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cleared parking lot.

We stayed here for 9 nights at the beginning of December and it was great. It is well positioned as it is so close to Banff so there is loads to do, as well as being in a nice scenic location. The view from our room was amazing on both sides (I have included pictures). There is also a sauna and swimming pool. Our accommodation had a good sized bed, a small kitchen area combined with a reasonable sized living space which worked quite well. We were out exploring most days but it was a nice place to come back to each day. There is also a Safeway and a Canadian Tire within walking distance so you can get probably anything you need.

The is a awesome place my has been coming here for 30 yrs plus. They have watched our family grow from a small group of for skiers to a family of 40 plus skiers and boarder. This place lives up to it's name. It a wonderful family oriented Ski Lodge. And I am excited to see my kids starting to enjoy this place as I did as a kid.

Beautiful views. Rooms are cozy and clean. Each room has gas fireplace.

Very affordable (especially with AAA / AMA / CAA rate), clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi and great central location.

Our family really likes the larger loft apartments. They have two levels with a bedroom on each level. This is great to put young kids in one room, close the door and still have lots of space. Kitchens are okay but not great. There is Shaw open here, which is great if you are a Shaw customer.

Decent place. Rooms are a bit dated and the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Walks are thin so expect to hear your neighbors. Fair price for what you get.

Comfortable and functional, with great mountain views. Walking distance from downtown, which I liked. Didn't need the kitchen, but it did have a stove, full fridge and I recall a microwave also. Flat screen TV was a good size and fun for movies. We enjoyed our stay here, but think it was overpriced.

Staff is super friendly. And the view is spectacularly. Rooms are pretty decent! Huge family rooms. Kids really enjoyed it. Full kitchenette complete with dishes. Fireplace.

We stayed at this place in 2014 and loved it! We had a family member who needed special accommodation — that is, we had to ship quite a lot of medical supplies for the duration of a 1 week trip, prior to us reaching Alberta. The manager at the time (can't remember the name) was very friendly and although many turned us away due to this unusual request, this place did not! To this day, I am thankful and can never forget this kind gesture. Now with regards to the actual lodge — I found the lodge quite comfortable — it was pretty clean and the room was well-maintained. I loved the location this lodge is situated in.

Loved it, just like a ski lodge from the 80s with modern twists. We stayed in the loft style and had a blast. Only gripe if any were the bed sheets, while clean they were odd, no fitted sheet on the beds but instead multiple layers of regular sheets with what you would put inside a duvet inbetween.

While the hotel is older, it is very well kept and extremely clean. We were given an upgrade to a larger apartment, which was fantastic for our family. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a very walkable area for restaurants, snacks and shopping. The views from the balcony are amazing. I would happily stay here for a week or more.

I stayed here for one night with my sister and toddler nephew. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a bit dated, but functional. The place they really get the 5 stars from is their service. They were so incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us a foamy free of charge as we were worried about my nephew rolling off the bed. And one of their staff jump started my car in the morning when I forgot to turn off the lights! They're also mailing us my nephew's blanket that we left behind (travelling with a toddler is hard! ). My sister and I both felt they went above and beyond and we had a wonderful experience because of it.

I gave this a 3 because we stayed in a loft suite. The air conditioner is in the loft area. So the lower area and back room got extremely warm. The ceiling fan stopped working between 9pm and 11pm. Not sure why. Sounded like this was an issue for at least one other loft suite. If it were winter. I think these would be fabulous. Just far to hot for the summer.

The view from my room was great! Room was very clean. The balcony sliding door has a screen, which is great to let some fresh air in without letting in all the bugs. Location is pretty convenient. Close to gas stations and restaurants.

Great place to stay — the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was spotless.

Just stayed stayed here the past weekend and had a great time. Very clean, big hot tub/sauna, and awesome manager/staff who showed us specific rooms we could rent in the future for another getaway. Can't wait to come back!

Our family of four stayed here from Sept 23rd-26th 2016 as we were in town for a wedding! The rooms are great, the full kitchen is an added bonus, and the staff were very helpful! We will be staying here again for sure! :)

Really nice place clean and Jemna is superb and friendly.

Great and cheap place to stay. Bathroom is updated, beds comfy, rooms have a rustic look and could need an update, but overall very happy and would stay again. Highlight for us was the whirlpool and the sauna.

Not bad for the price. I think we got one of the rooms yet to be upgraded, but still fine, especially for the money.

Lovely little lodge for a good price. It was much better than I expected, which was nice. There are pamphlets on the table warning about bears and cougars, which add to the atmosphere.

Fantastic lodge for the price! Will definitely be staying here again. Not a flashy place, rooms a tad small but if you just want somewhere cheap to stay in the mountains close to the skiing, stay here.

The location of the lodge is great, rooms clean and well-sized, perfect for skiing trips.

Great location, affordable and friendly staff. We've been happy clients for a very long time. Lack of 5th star is only due to age of the property and a bit of wear with certain rooms, however don't let that be your deciding factor — place is great. This is our "GoTo" hotel if we can't find "luxury" hotels on sale in the area. Most units come with kitchen and grocery stores are just across the road. You come, park your vehicle and forget about it (vehicle that is) for the duration of the stay.

After a bad time with the Ramada Inn could not of asked for anything better. Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean and modest rooms.

I have to start by saying that I did not stay in this hotel, but my experience with the front desk staff, Jeffery, was what customer service is all about. Besides being in one of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever visited, the hotel lobby was clean, bright and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friend or family member visiting Canmore/Banff, Alberta. I was visiting the area with my two young sons and stopped at the Rocky Mtn Ski Lodge. After realizing that they were fully booked for the night, Jeffery called several local hotels to find a room for us. He found a room for us at a very nice hotel. He went above and beyond the expectations of hotel/front desk staff.

Excellent budget accommodations! new beds and duvets — very comfy! Lots of different sleeping arrangements from one double bed to 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and always being renewed and updated, and the hot tub is huge and always hot. Walking distance to several restaurants with easy access to the highway and Banff.

Good hotel. There was no air conditioning, but the room was comfy and nice.

We are 5 days into a 17 day stay and have settled in lovely. The accommodation is clean and functional, exactly what we were looking for. We have enjoyed the Jacuzzi with superb view on our own 4 nights on the trot. The staff are efficient and friendly. Saw a comment about the "worst Wi-Fi ever" and don't understand as we have a mac and ipod on the go with no problem whatsoever. Walk into town is quick and easy but there is also plenty closer to home for eating or shopping. The Spa/hairdressers directly across the road delivered a superb all body massage.

Not too great cheap lodge, not money wise but amenity wise, like soap, towel etc. In bathroom. No microwave in rooms.
