The staff were very accommodating as I was capturing a wedding there that day. My clients had everything they needed and the staff went out of their way to ensure the day was amazing.

Nice hotel, situated in downtown. Lots of restaurants around it. Clean and bright lobby.

Was with the Richardson family. I was the mother and grandmother. It was good for me to get around. One thing I should add that when I was getting a shower I never had any bar to hold onto. My daughter had to stay close by so I wouldn't fall. But other then that it was a wonderful stay.

Since COVID hit we have been staying closer to home. This hotel is as awesome little weekend getaway spot. Close to everything we like, walking \bike trails, restaurants, shopping. The staff is awesome and always seem to go out of their way to make your stay special. We look forward to coming here whenever we need some city time 😀

Terrible service. Wont let you park your own car during a pandemic. Doesn't offer Wi-Fi as a basic. Charges how much for what exactly? terrible hotel. Terrible company.

My son and I stayed last weekend celebrating his belated birthday as a staycation. Cole and his team were absolutely fantastic. The staff had a birthday cake, a card and gift waiting for my son — he was elated. We booked our private pool time on Sunday and enjoyed both the hot tub/pool. Our Saturday evening was enjoyed at Flower and Wolf, they did not disappoint — the food was excellent! My family and I will be back to this wonderful property again, amazing memories — thank you!

Amazing staff and service! So happy we decided to stay here for our Staycation. We were upgraded to a corner King suite room which was lovely and spacious! Our night was a package that included the room, valet parking and $40 for the restaurant. We had a lovely dinner at Flower and Wolf. Getting a private visit to the hot tub was wonderful after a short walk in — 25 (WC — 33). Shout out to the amazing concierge, Mauricio, check in was a breeze and he was very welcoming and nice! Felt very safe as they take your temperature as you come in from outside and all staff are wearing masks. Will definitely come back here! ❤❤❤

Stayed for 1 night! Great location! Close to amazing parks where you can walk and rent an e-scooter. Covid 19 safety protocols are in placed. Room is very clean. Easy check in and check out. The Flower & wolf restaurant is highly recommended. The food, serving and price are great! The only thing I recommend is the use of the swimming pool should be scheduled like other hotels. The hotel is very busy, a lot of family staying with kids so their swimming pool is always full with limit of 20 people. It is difficult to wait for hours to get your turn. There is a line up at the pool. Other than this, our stay was amazing.

Excellent Staycation for our family. Their staff was so kind, and they are doing a phenomenal job with all the Covid protocols in place. We loved out time here. Will be back soon!

Was a beautiful event and we had a room that comfortably sat 400. The event was 5 hours long and I was extremely comfy in the plush chairs. The chairs were comfortable and didn't have arms and kept everyone of all shapes sizes and ages happy. There were many technical difficulties with the wireless mics, but all in all a great event!

This is a prime location in the heart of downtown. The customer service was great. We stayed in a large suite on the Sheraton Club Floor (15th floor) which had a beautiful view. The breakfast and happy hour time had a variety of food and snack choices. The room was clean spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Well the room we booked wasn't available so they upgraded our room, which is always amazing! We were so comfortable, they brought in a light snack when we got there and in the evening some herbal tea for sleeping that and a deep tub, it couldn't be better. I loved the breakfast the next morning out on the balcony. It was an amazing stay and all these little things made me so happy. Thanks again for your great hospitality and I look forward to staying there.

The Sheraton's conference facilities are quite good. The rooms are quiet and kept at a comfortable temperature. We had a la carte selections for lunch. I had Salmon yesterday and Bass today. Both very good. The Bass had some heat which was a pleasant surprise. It's one of the better facilities I have been to.

Free parking free handicap parking handicap auto some enterance and exit. Good customer service experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable Room service amazing. Neat clean environment. 24 hours security and video monitoring. Reasonable price ans beautiful view Food is amazing.

Very nice hotel. Price was reasonable. We did not check with front desk to see if there were any more but all the pillows on the bed were too big for my girlfriend. Also I'm being nice with 4 stars cause I also found lipstick on the coffee cup after I was about to brew some coffee. That just reminded me to never drink out of the cups/glasses in hotels before washing them.

This is my favorite hotel in Calgary. It is located just steps away from beautiful pathways along the river a well as a short walk to the downtown shopping area. The staff at this hotel are always warm and friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotels in Calgary. The rooms are clean and spacious. I believe that every room has a separate living area. There is a gym, swimming pool and laundry facilities. The location is close to the Bow River and in the heart of downtown Calgary.

I loved staying here! Our room was beautiful. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite for no extra charge. The area surrounding the hotel is lovely (especially the park behind it) we went for a late night walk and felt totally safe. We utilized the pool and had a great time there as well. All staff were friendly and accommodating and the entire building is very well kept. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, shopping and restaurants close by, and a minute or two walk to the river. Absolutely recommend. My only reason I choose a 4 instead of a 5, is that to me a suite has a cook top, and at least some plates and cutlery, and there were neither. Does have microwave, kettle and coffee maker, and a mini fridge though there is little room because it's full of items to purchase.

Every employee we came in contact with (from the valet, front desk to cleaning staff) were very friendly and all smiles when greeting us. The room was very clean, smelled quite nice and the beds were super comfy. We stayed in a 2 queen room. It even had a little sitting room with double doors to the bedroom area. (Which made for some fun boomerang videos haha) Would 100% stay here again. OH and valet parking for $1 with a stay!? AMAZING. Parking downtown Calgary can be a pain, not if you stay here!

This place has exceptional customer service — from front desk, to room service, to housekeeping. They really jump thru hoops to satisfy the customer (we made requests from all) — e. G. We were waiting at the front desk and they were busy. We decided we could address our item the next day (nothing big) and the front desk lady chased us down to the elevator bank and offered an immediate solution by bringing something to our room. We declined, but just showing that effort is uncharacteristic today. This place really is well managed.

Great hotel. Definitely worth staying at if you make it up to Calgary. I enjoyed the view of the city and there is a nice park nearby to relax at. Staff was great and exactly on time with room service.

Easily the cleanest, friendliest, most professional hotel in Calgary. Only place I will stay at in Calgary as I know the stay will always be perfect. Tons of food and drink options in and around the hotel. Princess island park with a YMCA next door. The pool and gym area are always super clean and well mainted. Can never find a thing to complain about with this Sheraton. The valet guys are always beyond helpful and are usually humorous! Wish I came to stay more often!

Wonderfully stay for our family. The staff was very friendly & hospitable. Our kids LOVED the pool! There is no deep end (1.0 meter deep everywhere) so they got to play without having to be watched like a hawk. And they loved the waterslide. We had a queen suite that allowed us to put the kids to bed and still be able to stay up and watch some TV and enjoy a glass of wine from room service. Great little get away! We will be back!

Great service, polite staff, very clean, nice suites, the only issue was it seemed a bit cool, even with the temperature at 26 it seemed cool. Nice pool, lots of seating and towels provided at the pool, nice hot tub, gym, all the extras you would want are provided here. And most certainly a reasonable price.

Impeccable service! Last-minute / unexpected booking. Large rooms, extremely clean. Quiet atmosphere. Good devices — convenience store, restaurant. Well decorated rooms, with great business workspaces. Highly recommend for business trips.

The room was great, and we even got a minor upgrade. Everything was clean and well kept. The website/booking confirmation said that Wi-Fi was an extra charge, but we got free access as well. Food was readily available between the pub and restaurants on the first floor, and the hotel is across the street from 3 different restaurants and the Eau Claire Market with even more options. The only downside is the extra charges that can come up. The biggest for us was that there is no free self-parking. You either have to pay for valet parking or park in a nearby lot or find nearby street parking. That said I'm still giving 5 stars because the parking charge doesn't out weigh all of the positives.

Booked the room off hotwire and was pleasantly surprised. The the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were the Xmas eve and Xmas day so there wasn't much open for us to check out. We would definitely stay again.

Went to a Christmas party here. The staff was amazing, the place was decorated very nicely for Christmas. The food and drink service was also above my expectations. The event tan smoothly and I would definitely consider using their venues again in the future.

The second floor banquet room is gorgeous. It is a massive room that can hold over 400 people sitting or less if you choose. Each section has diamond chandeliers and there is carpet from level 1, up the stairs and in the banquet room. This is good for ladies with heels. Food is always good, for the few times I've been here and service is professional. Would highly recommend this place for functions and events.

Room was clean. Available bed and bowls were prepared for our dog. Including the the doggy bag. Staff were always courteous and greets guests pleasantly. Pillows very comfortable and good number of pillows provided. Close to other food places in the area. Definitely will come back.

Location is great. Clean, none-smoking and has a good environment. Yet, Normally, internet and parking, soaps … should be included in now era hotels, yet here you should pay for everything separate. Do not get tricked by their fair price. That price is too basic. Too noisy at night you could here anything around. Next door noise, bathrooms etc.

Loved staying here. Bed was very comfortable and clean, room was beautiful. The view wasn't the best, but better than facing right into an office building. Service was excellent, the staff did a great job accommodating our very large business group. I'd love to come and stay here again!

Excellent staff — friendly, proper and knowledgeable. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. The hot tub and pool facilities were also very clean. Great place to stay and the location is great.

All of the staff, from front desk to valet to housekeeping to banquet and event management were all friendly, eager to help and professional in their duties. My suite was wonderfully comfortable and cozy; my only complaint and it's not the hotel's fault, is there was a strange 'whoop' noise that was very loud in my suite, enough that I had to use earplugs at night. The noise was coming from somewhere outside but I have no clue where. Another guest suggested maybe spaceships were landing in the open space outside. ;) I have never stayed at a Sheraton Suites before and I definitely felt spoiled.

Nice, spacious suites, more than the standard two-bed, single room style. Really quiet at night and most rooms have a great view of the city. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Right by a restaurant, shopping mall, and park for entertainment and leisure.

Room clean, comfy beds with great pillows, huge tub in club suite, breakfast is included with room. Great pastries and bacon. Fruit variety is lacking. Some maintenance needed in room (loose door handle, loose shower tap). Pullout couch bed not very comfy, but great for a kid. Still had old cabinets for tube tvs, needs an update. Room safe in very awkward position.

Stayed here the night after our wedding and it was so wonderful. The staff were very friendly and we even were treated with chocolate covered strawberries with a Congratulations card. It was so cute. Room service was really great too. Such great food and it was really quick. Hoping to come back here again to have a little staycation. Oh also really quick walk over to the park which is gorgeous and steps away from so many great restaurants.

Only a single night stay after a long road trip and flight the next morning but the Sheraton was an ideal choice. We met a very helpful reception staff member who gave a good insight into some sights we should see during our short visit which was very useful. The suite was well equipped and large enough for 5 family members and contained 2 comfy beds and pull out couch. We made use of the breakfast buffet (bacon, toast, eggs) which was well presented and enjoyable. A highlight for the family was the pool with large slide which get our young children entertained before having to leave. Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance and during our stay a food market had set up over the road so we had no trouble dipping our toes into Calgary.

Attended a wedding. The venue and staff were all courteous, professional, polite, and personal. Removed one star as the sous vide steak as part of the dinner lacked a strong flavour and texture. The chicken tasted great, but was dry. The seasonal salad and mushroom cream soup were both fantastic, though.

Went into the lobby because my brother had to poop. They were having a very nice wedding, but I mainly sat on a couch in the lobby. No one confronted me about loitering, which was nice. The hotel looks very nice though, and the location is amazing.

Checked in and was supposedly upgraded to a business suite as I am a preferred points member. Got to the room, which was not very clean and needed vacuuming badly, and it was exactly the same as the usual king suite. So, we phoned down to let them know and also asked what the difference was between this suite and the regular. We were told it was an oversized desk, wow lol. Also, it was on the first floor, so definitely not an upgrade worth keeping especially since it was dirty. So, they fixed the problem properly. We were upgraded to the club level in the same room type. We appreciated that and the room was clean and the club level lounge made our stay much better. It's nice to see they handled or concerns appropriately. We'll be back!

Very good. Had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Nicely decorated and courteous staff. I would recommend this place. We had drinks and food in the Irish pub and was satisfied with the experience.

Great location. Friendly staff, big pool that the children enjoyed. However I only give 4 stars because we had to pay extra for parking which was paid 2 days in advance. We were not advised though that Sunday is no exception to the weekend rate thus we received a parking notice from the Impark worth of $85. Who would actually wake up at 6 am on Sundays and check if meter has expired?

This was by far the best hotel experience we have ever have. Customer service from Valet, front desk & fitness Center / pool was amazing. For example : when we arrived at the suite my husband noticed one of the mini bar bottle had been put back half empty. I called down to let them know just to ensure I didn't get charged no biggy. The next day after our room was tidied there was a basket of goodies left with a note apologizing! Very unnecessary but appreciated. I was on the treadmill (which by the way has games and a TV on each machine) and forgot a bottle of water the lady manning the pool brought me one free of charge. The valet ppl were so helpful grabbing out car and even loaded it with our bags as we ate breakfast. These are just a few examples of the kindness we received in the two short sleeps we visited Calgary. We would give it 10 stars if we could. Highly recommend I should mention that we traveled from the hotel, the zoo and stampede park via C train and it was very easy and painless to do with a child.

The reason for my visit was to attend a conference for university. The overall Atmosphere was fantastic and the light snacks that they offered were awesome! I really recommend the place for the great service and the overall experience.

Rooms aren't very spacious but very nice. The washrooms are large and the facilities well kept. We found no bed bugs.

The only thing we were excited about was leaving this hotel! We arrived at 3, were unable to get into our room until 4:30 because it wasnt ready. Our room keys didnt work. We were not offer assistance with our bags. It seemed like a huge inconvenience to to the if we asked for help with anything. We watched the valet drive the vehicles and were scared to leave our car with the valet because they drove them so fast to the corner! We booked a whirlpool room (assumed that it meant a tub with jets) it was only a large tub. No whirlpool. The room was so uncomfortably hot and we had the thermostat turned down to 16. No AC despite being told there was. You pay for Wi-Fi, you pay for valet, nothing is included with a $300.00 room. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Went to the Sheraton Eau Claire for a social event, the event was held in a banquet room on a mezzanine level. The room was nice, the service during dinner was great, and everything seemingly went off without a hitch. But the mezzanine was very crowded before the event as we weren't allowed into the room until dinner began. The bars were also over priced, and in short supply, 300+ people and 4 bars open?

Excellent location downtown by Eau Claire mall, and great customer service. Good place for important guests to stay.

Great location steps from river walk, china town and downtown businesses. Sheraton club rooms on top floor offered refined interior spaces and accoutrements, with full service and amenities, but at a premium price. Kids liked water slide and pool. Hot breakfast was included and self-served in club lounge — descent but not serious full service restaurant quality.

I stay here often, and they always go the extra mile to take care of us. On my most recent stay, as I was checking in, I'd received frustrating news from home and had to drop my wife and daughter at the hotel so I could drive back to Lethbridge. My family was disappointed, but the person working the desk overhead and ended up send hot chocolate up to the room for my daughter, and some wine for mine wife, free of charge. It started their stay on high school note, instead of being disappointed I had to head back home. Great staff.

Good location, but that's what you are paying for. — valet parking only at $29/night (there is a self park lot across the street — pay for internet, what is this, Vegas?! — noisy, rowdy drunks across the street at 2:30am yelling (supposed to be kid friendly? )

We are repeat visitors to this hotel with kids and have enjoyed ourselves every time. The service is excellent with super friendly staff. Food is great and everything is very clean. It has a great pool and yes the waterslide is crazy fast.

Always perfect stay every time we visit.

The valets brought my truck up and parked it in such a position that it took the help of some by standards to get it out (folding in the mirrors). Went to shower and just about ripped the faucet out of the wall of this "Newly renovated" room. Went for a swim and froze my b@! s off, went to the hot tub but could not get in cause it was over crowded by people who could not swim! Then, when we were trying to sleep, there were kids running up and down the hall all night long! Not what I was expecting at all.

Had a great night's sleep and the hair salon in the lobby was very convenient. Maybe a bit overpriced but location was awesome. Right next to the river and a market.

There was so much hype about this hotel's spa and it was below average. The people there are so casual and stuck up. Not a posh spa like Le Meurice, in Paris. Owner looks like cheap version of Xena and very rude, harsh and abrupt. Friendliness is everything. I dont recommend this unless your looking for a good laugh.

I left the lights on in the truck and the staff was kind enough to boost it for me – No charge. The rooms are beautiful and you are close to a food court. Kind of scary at night though, I wouldn’t recommend walking downtown after 9:00pm unless you're in a group or you know martial arts. Take cabs it safer. Besides the walking issue, it is beautiful hotel. Staff are 100 percent nice. There are also 4 bars in a ½ block radius of the hotel.
