Friendly Staff; decent pool and exercise room… and they have a basketball hoop in the back. A stone's throw from Calgary International (terminal is "walking distance" if traveling light and in good weather. Reapeat (ing) guest here.

Very clean and comfortable. Good sized rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to the airport.

Everything is well kept and the cleaning service does a good job. They have a pretty decent 24 hour gym and a nice pool area which I didn't get a chance to use. Breakfast was average with everything you'd expect like waffles, eggs, cereal, etc. My one complaint is the beds, I found it too soft and had a terrible sleep both nights. Other than that everything was good.

Great service. Super friendly staff. Great deal with the zoo passes. Rooms were super quiet and could not hear any of the planes from the airport. Breakfast was great. My family will be saying here next time we come to town.

Amazing staff, very clean, great rooms and beds. I wish all airport hotels were like this. I recommend eating dinner in town. Try the waffles for breakfast! They also have hard boiled eggs by the oatmeal.

Excellent all around. The room was good, beds comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The gym was good for a hotel in this range and was accessible 24 hours. The only problem was there was no guide to tell what TV shows were coming on and the cable package was disappointing. The true highlight was the front desk. Navnit provided the BEST check-in experience I have ever had in any hotel without a doubt! He deserves a medal for service over and above.

The hotel room and the corridor are very clean and neat. Breakfast service is also extremely good. Shuttle service to airport is very convenient any time of the day.

Stayed overnight for a work function. Hotel room and staff where friendly. My one complaint would be I have long hair and need extra towels for my hair. Wish they would provide more than 2 of the larger sized towels in room.

Fantastic rooms, super clean, close to the airport. Excellent selection for breakfast. The have gluten free item upon request.

Great atmosphere here. We arrived at hotel almost at midnight famished and they did have a bistro we were able to order food from. Great AL around experience.

Clean room, jets in the hot tub were not working. Coffee was cold. Breakfast was decent, front desk was kind of slow. Late check out is $10/hr. Decent stay!

Booked a room here via Hotwire. Was not happy that I booked a hotel based on amenities, and was unable to cancel if said amenities were not actually available. Pool was undergoing maintenance. They were offering to shuttle guests to another hotel to use their pool, but who wants to travel back while wet and cold? It's a 10 storey building, and they have 2 elevators, but only 1 was functioning for some reason. No signs that it was under maintenance, it was just turned off, so using the elevator always took a really long time. Bathroom had a stand up shower, no bathtub. Room was large and clean. Breakfast bar was good. Breakfast bar area turned into a lounge in the evening, but was closed off for a private function one night. Friendly staff.

Booked unknowingly on Hotwire — what a pleasant surprise! Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and lovely staff. Staying in the King bed suite. Close to airport and has a Tim Hortons across the road. Bonus!

Concierge was amazing. Checked in around midnight and he got me 2 cans of beer, called the hotel just across and asked if they had a phone charger because I forgot mine and then 6 hours later I get up to check out and buddy was ready and attentive. 5 minutes later I had Orange Juice, coffee and a shuttle to the airport. Props to the shuttle man as well. Knew the area, safe driver. Fun person. Great stories. Oh and I was drunk the whole time so it felt like everyone was very accommodating to the fact that I was drunk. Couldn't have done it without the staff. Oh and the actual room. I have never had a better sleep. And then I took the best shower of my life. The shower had good pressure. And adjustable nozzle. I would personally recommend sitting on the shower floor and putting the nozzle on the rainforest rain type setting. And a beer or two doesn't hurt. No complaints.

This is a newer hotel in Calgary it's very clean close to airport has great staff great breakfast the room is very nice and trendy really I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel it was a great stay. The hotel workout place and pool were great.

Got a nice clean room with a great view for a very reasonable price. I would stay here again the next time I visit the city. Parking was a bit scarce, but It seems they are under construction to fix that.

It is very close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. The airport shuttle drivers are AWESOME. They are extremely nice and patient. The room is comfy and clean. The entire service, including front desk, shuttle and cleaning, is absolutely great.

I stayed here overnight as my flight was too late for the connector. They treated me very nicely even though there was a large influx of guests at once and my room was cleanly and the temperature was perfect. Would stay again.

I stayed here in the fall. My stay started off good but was quickly ruined by a lack lustre front desk employee with an attitude bigger than the solar system. When I checked out I was emailed a survey and gave my true and honest opinion and experience and was nearly immediately contacted by the front desk manager who went above and beyond to make things right and ensured me that the employee I dealt with had been talked to. I stayed here again in November and am confident that all issues were taken care of and I would return.

Hotel rooms are nice but the lounge service was awful. We were one of the first to be seated, but I'm pretty sure the server purposely skipped serving us because we only ordered water and not a bunch of drinks. Like said, we were one of the first groups seated, but he served food to pretty much everyone in the restaurant before even taking our orders, (took him almost 45 mimutes to even ask) and by the time he did take our orders, they were out of half the menu. Rooms are nice but don't bother with the restaurant, the food looked like generic airplane good anyway.

We stayed at the Hampton because we needed to be close to the airport. The shuttle arrived promptly and it was no more than 10 minutes from the airport. The check in was quick, the room was fine and the included breakfast was better than most. The coffee was great! The Wi-Fi worked well. I liked that you had to have a room key to access the elevator. I would stay there again if I needed to be near the airport.

A wonderful hotel. Clean, comfy, great staff, and tasty breakfast. Only downside was the window with blinds that wouldn't shut and the bright spotlights outside I was unable to shutter.

Pros: gym on site is big enough to keep you fit. Plus guest get access to the swimming pool. Breakfast is standard for this network (minimal selection) with a good touch from personal, they keep it freshly made and well served. Rooms are spacious. Cons: no central AC. You get noisy heater/cooler directly in your room. During this stay, I've got the faulty one, which wasn't able to reach a temperature and stop.

Nice hotel close to airport and 10minutesfrom downtown. Nice pool and workout facility. Clean and modern.

Nice Hampton Inn — 10 stories, attached to Homewood Suites. Staff is very friendly and greeted me by name as soon as I arrived. Very clean and comfortable accommodations and relatively spacious rooms! Complimentary Shuttle is convenient to the airport. There are closer hotels but this one is highly recommended.

Good location, rooms were enormous and clean. The coffee was excellent, and there's a complimentary breakfast. I would have liked a better selection of food items/toiletries behind the main desk for purchase. Good experience.

Facilities were nice, rooms were great! Parking didn't pose a problem. 4am shuttle to the airport made travel easy. Only (small) issue I noticed was that the elevators were limited and slow… So we took the stairs when possible.

Very clean. All the staff was very pleasant, including the gentleman operating the shuttle bus, very helpful. The pool was nice and big plus being able to order food right in the lobby. Breakfast was included so it was a big plus.

Nice hotel, overall amazing. The room was a classic Hilton room, very nice shower heads. No view and the service was decent.

We had a great stay here for one night. This is a new hotel. The room was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable. The reception staff was very courteous and helpful … even late in the evening when we checked-in. Complimentary Shuttle service to-and-from the hotel is greatly appreciated (especially if you are travelling on a budget).

Very accommodating. We have a 7 month old and they provided us with a crib! Beyond what I would have ever expected. Room in very good condition. My older son especially loved the view of the run way of the airport.

Nice hotel in Airportnähe.

The hotel was comfortable and super clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the clerk who checked us in was not friendly and he mumbled when he spoke. The shuttle service was good as well. The one thing the clerk did do to be helpful was recommend a pizza place that would deliver. Overall, it was pleasant but Gurinder could really use some people skills.

Really good place to stay and great continental breakfast. For being so close to the airport, it's surprising that you can't hear an airplane. Pool area is very slippery, definitely needs to be upgraded to something a little less dangerous.

Big rooms, very comfortable bed. Free breakfast was good, a little disappointed with the paper plates. Coffee was very good.

I couldn't have been more impressed during my stay! The rooms are super clean and fresh, airport shuttles address easy to find and access and address free! They had a complimentary coffee/beverage bar, pool, gym, all the great stuff you would expect from Hilton. I especially appreciate the key cards (rfi, not sliding ones), and secure elevators.

Beautiful hotel, great service, all amenities. Clean and inviting. We only stayed one night, but it couldn't have been much better.

Its very close to the airport. Was not important for me though at the time. The hotel is very new. Staff seem friendly. The room size was average. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Design of the pool area was great. The continental breakfast was good as well.

Rooms were standard hotel layout, but modern and clean. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Our kids enjoyed the pool and watching the planes takeoff at the airport. The parking lot was a little small for the size of hotel, but overall a good stay.

Loved the stay in this hotel it was great I am a assistant housekeeping manager in at the Rundlestone lodge in Banff, and I have 10 years experience in the hospitality industry worked in some one the biggest nicest resorts in Jamaica before I moved to Canada. So I know good service and the staff at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way I would love to work for this company in a year time, just love the experience I had there.

Went there in a car2go and I still had free shuttle to the airport even without a room number. Awesome!

We stayed there for few nights in early June 2015. Three star hotel with five star hospitality. Absolutely loved it. Awesome customer service 24x7. Will definitely go back if I am in Calgary again.

Second stay. Hotel is new and smells great (some hotels around are really old and stinky). Great service. I love that I don't have to stop at the front desk to check out, the receipt is slide under the door and I don't need to be checking out at all. Great value.

I thought I was booking into a good quality hotel but apparently that wasn't the case at all. In the morning while having breakfast, water started dripping from the light fixture in the breakfast room. Also they don't even have a fridge or a microwave in the hotel rooms. Never ever staying here again. Avoid at all costs. Lots of other much better hotel choices in this area to choose from.
