I recommend this place the food is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We recently held our wedding here, and I have to say that Tiffany, Wanda and the rest of the staff made our day as special as they possibly could. They worked with us, and tried their best to gives us everything we asked for. It was such an amazing experience. Our small, but beautifully elegant wedding was beyond our expectations, and we thank you all so very much for everything you did for us!

Me and My Girlfriend just sat down for lunch. The best part of my meal was the piece of meat I pulled out of my tooth. With all due respect, I won’t be coming back here.

I was attending a social function sponsored by our company and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us with the setting up of the room and providing refreshments. They provided us with a turkey lunch complete with dressing, perogies, cabbage rolls and desserts; there was lots of food for everyone and it was delicious.

Very dirty hotel. Shower curtain had stains and what looked like dried boogers on it. Air conditioning didn't work. Only saved $20 per night compared to the new hotels down the road. Not worth it.

The room I stayed in is spacious, looks well maintained. Every shower in the express Inn seems to screech when you use it. My room smells like dirty laundry everytime I enter it and the water from the tap tastes stale. The only thing I would suggest is for the neighbourhood in to invest in air fresheners and the water issue. Besides that it's a good place to stay for a couple of days.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, quiet and comes with a complementary breakfast buffet.

What a nice little hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The event rate we got made it even more attractive. The smorg breakfast is the best I have ever seen. We will bestaying here again in the future.

So it is nice clean tidy quiet that's for sure. The one downside is that you have to sign in at the main building and come back to the express building. Not the end of the world or a huge deal but a little inconvenient at least on the check out side. When you check out they will email you a copy of the receipt which is handy. Overall id stay again.

Just returned home from a fabulous Mother's Day evening buffet. Amazing choices and the prime rib was delicious! The dessert table was incredible and that chocolate cake was to die for. Kodos to the chef. We had a lovely evening with friends.

Food is always good here, never had a bad experience. Would recommend to stop in if you are in the area.

I went to the restaurant for supper and had an excellent salad that was suggested by Brooke. She is one of the most welcoming people I've met. Both times I've been there, she makes me feel completely at home. I'm looking forward to my next meal there.

I really enjoyed my food and my waitress was AMAZING she was so friendly and made my meal even better. The restaurant was packed and I understand why, the food, the friendly, smiling waiters/waitresses and the cleanliness and comfort of the restaurant itself was top notch. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to others and I am coming back for sure.

Food prices are quite high, $30 for a plate of nachos plus chicken or beef on top. Also the servers seem to change frequently. It is however a nice atmosphere in the lounge with a big screen for the Oilers games.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel was clean, professional & well worth the price we paid. The staff went above & beyond & was happy to help. The breakfast was very tasty. We felt more like family as a valued guest rather than a numbered hotel guest. The management was just as great. We spent 3 night & I will absolutely return on my next visit to Bonnyville. Thank you very much for all that you did.

I Had the Rueban sandwich with a side of fries. The sandwich was 500% better then Arby's. The fries are basic crinkle cut store bought. So maybe get a soup or salad. Good service was there in the afternoon.

Very clean! Free big breakfast and laundry room for hotel users! Water for each person! You got to check this hotel Out! That's why I give it 5 stars rating! Rates are most of all Great!

Cool atmosphere wonderful menu and an excellent service.

Located on a main road with easy access and parking for work vehicles and tractor trailers. Rooms were adequate, the shower was tiny and the room had no air conditioning. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff here were very friendly and accommodated our needs nicely. In house pub was average at best, while the restaurant and continental breakfast were better than expected.

Rooms are Fantastic. The price is very reasonable and there is free breakfast every day. I was very impressed with this place.

Great place to stay. Restaurant AND bar attached to the hotel (both delicious). Good clean rooms, pet friendly available. Seriously though the best part of this hotel is the bar attached to it. When it's — 50 you don't have to go outside to stumble back to your room from the bar! Staff is always super friendly. I've left my truck parked overnight. COUNTLESS times (hundreds really) and never had any issues. OH and they even allow you to park long-haul trucks with no charge (when my parents visit me in town here, they park at the neighbourhood inn and bring Tim Hortons to the very sweet (but also very confused) staff!

We had our Christmas lunch there. It was well laid out, private. The hostess was very helpful and attentive. The buffer was well received and the items of the menu were delicious.

Absolutely disgusted with this place virtually empty hotel and had offered 0 help for the people displaced by the fires in Fort McMurray. I do not suggest anyone give business to this establishment.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Been to dine four or five times. First time reviewing. This establishment fails miserably in customer service. Two star rooms, one star service. 0 star restaurant. Below average rooms. Price does not reflect quality. Nothing special in the room, beds are old and worn out. Drafty in the winter, cold. Would not negotiate on rate. Third time I needed a room, would not negotiate even though there were lots of rooms available. Went to western budget. Better room, 35.00 less, better service and quality. Restaurant food is hit and miss First experience was the fish and chips. The easiest, most basic meal. Deep fry a frozen chunk of meat from a box. It was only half cooked. Which indicated that it was half defrosted or not properly stored to begin with. Mushy. Club house ok. Burgers are acceptable. Pricing is deceptive. I asked for extra beer battered fries with my burger (which are tasty). What they brought was the beer battered, instead of fries, which I expected. Plus the "appetizer" bbf. At an added cost of $6.95 for a small basket. Would have been nice to be kissed first. Also during another stay, breakfast was included with the room. Having to go early to work, I was at the restaurant at 5am opening. No time to sit and eat, I politely requested a small to go container. Waitress Flatly refused me, even after me offering to let her portion out what she thought reasonable for me to take. I only wanted a small amount to eat on the way to work.

This place has two locations — one is great, one is a low end hotel, made to look high end. Don't book this hotel through a third party site as you will end up overpaying for what you get. Book directly through them and you may get a nice room that equals the price. We booked through hotwire and were really disappointed to say the least.

Had the opportunity to stay in the honeymoon suite, what a delight! The room was elegant and roomy and I particularly enjoyed the dark decor. Everything was just… perfect

Extremely poor customer service, was charged for not cancelling my room that I booked for work on my credit card, even though it was cancelled by my boss (who's name it was supposed to be booked under, because I booked it under his name), they booked it under my name anyway because of the credit card, which I specifically asked them not to do. Their answer — "this was a very busy week, lots of this has been going on. I've dealt with this before" My response: I do not care if it was a busy week for you, the rooms were cancelled and I was charged I would like it corrected" The customer service agent then proceeded to talk over me and tell me it was my fault. Don't even bother going there.
