I've stayed here for 3 night. It's great. Staffs are friendly food are delicous. Room is big with a big bathroom and a bacony… I really enjoy to staying here.

From the wonderful tuk tuk driver who took us to the temples, to all the amazing food our stay at La Residence Blanc D’Angkor Hotel was spectacular. Great pool, cocktails and delicious food. This place is family friendly and the staff are so lovely!

Great hotel. Large rooms, fantastic pool, good breakfast and nice and quiet. Loved the Tuk Tuk service which made it easy to get to and from places we required. They also picked us up from the airport on arrival. The staff make this place really special. They work incredibly hard and so polite and friendly. I loved the fact they all knew my name and would say good morning every day. Should be incredibly proud of the staff you have there. If you go to Siem Reap, please stay here! It's a dream.

It was a very nice and warm welcome. The rooms are well equipped, the Pool fantastic and the Breakfast was very good. In addition, there is a free Shuttle to the airport and at a discount to the city centre. We have felt ourselves very well. Thank you for the warmth and the friendly Smile.

The staff at this hotel made it so easy to fall in love with Siem Reap! They extremely endearing personalities and very approachable. Laura and Kim were an absolute delight to talk to. Their chirpy personalities will ensure that you smile throughout your stay here. The hotel is pretty quick with their response time on emails for any requests. The room was beautiful and the room service impeccable. The hotel has a very warm and cosy ambience. They don't do shoe laundry, but went out of their way to get our really mucky shoes from the rains cleaned! They ensured every request of ours was met. Laura spent a good 15 minutes on our arrival to walk us through all the things we should ideally do or see during our visit. Kim was always making sure that we had a Tuk tuk ready to take is wherever we want. I can't emphasize enough how much the staff made this entire experience memorable. Will cherish my stay at this hotel.

We loved staying in your hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was ever to much trouble. Laura was just a beautiful soul and even came to the airport to say goodbye. Cannot recommend enough.

It was a great experience staying in your hotel! The ambiance is very relaxing. The hotel staffs were very friendly, patient and accomodating especially Laura. They always attend to every queries we have. They prepared breakfast box for us on our first day coz’ we’re going to Angkor Wat early in the morning. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I guess Wi-Fi connections should improve. Stairs are too steep for persons with disabilities. We would like to thank all the hotel staffs for the excellent service, also to our tuktuk driver, Sattra, who is very passionate in his work and just wants happiness for his customers. I will surely recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends who will visit Siem Reap, Cambodia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The services by the personnels were so great. They are happy people! They were so assistive to our needs especially Laura who has been very patient to all our inquiries. It is also an advantage to have an english speaking personnels cause it became very easy to convey our questions/ concerns. The ambiance was so great! We had more than what we paid for. Lastly, the tuktuk driver, Sattra was very friendly, patient and accommodating. He really waits for us eventho we always get back later than the agreed time. He provides good service and sticks to the agreed price. Some tuk tuk drivers always provides for additional payments and tend to be very impatient with the needs of the customers. However, the Wi-Fi sometimes is not stable and it is somehow a hassle walking through the stairs to our room especially to those persons with disabilities. I hope you have an option for that. But overall, I can say that our experience in La Residencia was so good and will surely recommend it to our friends who will be going to Siem Reap! Keep up the good work! Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with this hotel. Unhygienic bathroom, extremely uncomfortable bed, long way to main shops. Not what is advertised, 3 star at the most. They refused to honour the cancellation policy. The staff however were lovely.

Amazing, amazing boutique hotel. We booked through Airbnb, and were here for two nights in 2015, and were left very impressed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Steven, the general manager, even offered to have us picked up on arrival. His is a beautiful and inspiring story as well, and the initiatives undertaken through this venture is commendable. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are classy and the bathrooms are massive. Food is top notch as evidenced by the complimentary breakfast of your choice (American/Continental/Asian). They even offer a tasteful local welcome drink on arrival. There's always a tuk tuk driver ready to take you to town (2-3$ away) and there's always someone to welcome you with a refreshing wet towel once you're back after a long day. True to its name, La Residence Blanc D'Angkor feels more like home than a hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get much time to talk to Steven, but there's always next time.

Great stay! Location might not look good in the map, but it's close to the airport and in a quiet area (unlike downtown)! They have tuk-tuk service with set prices for Angkor Wat tours with very nice drivers and it includes cold water for all day! Short visit includes 4 temples and is 20 USD for unlimited time. Breakfast is good and service as well. All facilities are in good shape. The pool is amazing! It's also worth mentioning: owners and staff are cambodian and they train other locals in hospitality! :)

Amazing hotel! The pool is just as it looks in the pictures, and overall the hotel looks and feels too good for the price. The best value hotel we stayed out during our SEA trip. The only thing to consider is that it's outside downtown, but that was a plus for us. With their tuk Tuk ir Grab you can be downtown in 10min for USD 2 or less. Plus they pick you up from the airport for free! Also, their staff is extremely nice.

Beautiful place to stay. It quiet enough from town, and if you would like to find a place to relax in Siem Reap I recommend you to go there.

The service is really good and room also big with 2 queen beds. The only thing I don’t like is the breakfast it has too little choices…

Booked a room with windows and a balcony a few months before the arrival, specially made an emphasis on this (there are rooms without windows, feel like a cave), because why go to sunny countries and settle in a "stone bag". We got to them 24 hours by bus, it turned out a late arrival and during this time in the room requested by us already settled someone, and we were offered just the same aspiring option. The manager bowed, was flattering, but didn't want to do anything, referring to the full booking (visually it doesn't seem like there were ten people walking around the hotel in the evening). And the next morning he recommended us a tuk-tuk, who ended up being a breeder who tricked us into asking for more than the agreed amount. In general, to avoid similar situations do not recommend contacting this hotel. Breakfast is good, the renovation snumbers are quite fresh, but the attitude is snare.

I have been to many hotels but the service in this particular place was by far the best. The hospitality of the guys behind the reception (Sreymouv and others) was outstanding. Rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing. I really felt like home!

The hotel staff are helpful and professional. The breakfast is great that give us a fresh start everyday. The location is not close to town center but easily reachable by tuktuk. We stay there for 7 nights. Highly recommended for travellers to Siem Reap.

Stayed at La Residence Blanc D'Ankor for 4 days at the beginning of March. Lovely hotel with spacious bedrooms. Good selection at breakfast with freshly cooked omlettes to your choice. Nice gardens and pool. Staff friendly and accommodating. About a mile and a quarter from town but Tuk Tuks are outside waiting to whisk you into town for 3 USD (per tuk tuk not per person) We ate in the restaurant twice and each time the food was excellent.

Authentic Siem Reap We loved our two week stay at La Residence Blanc. This hotel is Cambodian owned and staffed, and gives local students a chance to improve their international skills. We appreciated the warmth, service and generosity of each person that we interacted with, and no request was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this hotel and staff. By the time we left we felt welcomed as part of the family.

Unpretentious, basic as dormitory, friendly and helpful staff.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. My friends and I had a great experience. The staff was really accommodating with our needs, including offering a free late checkout because our flight was still late in the evening. The room we had was large and constantly kept clean. We had no problems with transportation as the hotel was relatively accessible. Definitely worth recommending to those who are planning to stay in Siem Reap. Also, did I mention that their rates are really affordable with services worth the penny?

Excellent value. The place is well presented and the staff are super polite and helpful. It has a lovely pool with a poolside food and drinks service. The room was pretty basic (although the bathroom was great) but clean, and the breakfast was passable, but it exceeded our expectations for the price we paid.

Amazingly thoughtful staff and pleasant ambiance make this place a gem to return to. Family friendly and fairly priced. Breakfast is decent. Pool is adequate. Rooms are big and comfy with a proper bath.

Pleasant simple small boutique hotel. All staff are very warm attending to guests Good value hotel. Only concern is that we need to take tuk tuk for pub street and sok San road outing. Per trip range from 2 to 4 usd.

Standard was quite a disappointment as the photos on the site looks much better. Hotel is quite worn. Cleanliness is very good and the staff is wonderful and helpful in every way. I booked the hotel as a package with flights plus 4 star accommodation therefore it doesn't live up to my expectations. Had I paid the hotel rate I would have been pleased though.

We stayed for 4 days at La Residence Blanc D'Angkor for our vacation in Cambodia. Everyone is very accomodating and friendly, every morning they would ask if we had a good rest, ask for what we like for breakfast, although it was buffet they would recommend to try their noodles, ask for tea, coffee or juice for drinks, they would assist us when we are going out everyday either thru our service or tuktuk. We'll definitely stay there when we return to Cambodia. It was a second home.

Truly amazing level of attentive and positive service offered by all the staff here. It's a small quiet complex, but just the right distance from the busy parts of town — not too close or too far. Beautifully maintained and offering everything you could need. I really appreciate the management's philosophy of supporting and fostering the local community by employing local staff and businesses.

Great situation, 3 min in tuc-uc from Siem Reap and 15-20 min from Angkor. Perfect deal with the customer, the staff are very friendly and close to us in all moments. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights while we explored the temples. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the staff and their attentiveness during our stay. They arranged our drivers who carried water for us during our trips and were very clear about pricing and options that were available. They even brought us a Motor bike on short notice and rented it for 24 hours! The food was great and cleanliness wasn't an issue. Speak to Kim if you have any questions.

Staff have been extremely helpful. It has shortcoming if you're looking for a 4 start hotel. However I booked it at a promotion rate. I was very happy with price/quality.

We stayed 3 nights in the place and it is perfect, nice and quiet. The employees are very attentive and the pool amazing to cool off from the scorching heat. We would definitely go back a thousand times.

After a long trip through lots of hotels in Cambodia we found this little pearl in Siem Reap based on previous reviews. "La Residence Blanc D´Angkor" completed our trip through this beautiful country. We arrived mid morning and checked straight into our rooms — which were so lovely. We were surprised by the high standards they set when we entered it. Everything was very clean, the night in our queen sized bed couldn't be more comfortable. The breakfast, the helpful staff, the service in general — everything was excellent and efficient. So nice to stay somewhere with character rather than a faceless chain hotel. Our plan was to visit the famous temples of Angkor Wat. That's why we had booked a car and guide in advance and everything went on plan. We visited temples in the mornings and late afternoon and enjoyed the pool, lunch in the restaurant (delicious local food) and massages in between. The free tuk tuk in the evening is a great touch too — nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Soling for her advice in planning our tours — the guide was knowledgeable and gave us an insight into Cambodian life as well as the low down in the temples. We absolutely loved our stay!

When we got to Siem Reap our bus was late and a tuk tuk driver tried to rip us off. However, as soon as we entered the hotel all troubles were forgotten and we could just enjoy our time in Cambodia. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the pool offers plenty of space to relax, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and very attentive. The hotel truely keeps up with Western standards with a distinctly Cambodian twist you simply have to like. We were impressed how the management made sure that the hotel helps local youth to develop skills and employes less fortunate Cambodians. Would recommend this hotel any time.
