Clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of cafe and restaurant nearby. The restaurant itself is quite well, enough for a proper breakfast to start the day. Very helpful staffs, even though not every one of them have a proper english but their willingness to help is highly appreciated. One employee helped me finding a tuk tuk driver and explain my needs and wants since I don't speak Khmer language.

My family and I stayed here already several times. This modern, well maintained hotel with comfortable, very clean rooms, bathrooms and bed sheets, electronic lockes, quite air conditioners became our weekend residence. Polite, skilled, helpful personnel welcomes all guests. Quiet and secure place. Highly recommended!

Good place for the price. It's close to Olympic Market and stadium. Moha Montrei Pagoda is also nice to visit. A bit far from the other attractions in PP but not bad if you don't mind walking 1-2 km. The room is very comfortable and everything was in good working order. Room cleaning was relatively reliable. The staff up front are very friendly. The upstairs terrace is only open in the evening for the restaurant, which is too bad. Wifi works well.

Excellent hotel compared to its price. We booked a family suite with a room with 2 double beds, a bathroom and a living room with a super nice sofa and it only cost us 10usd per person! The staffs there are also friendly and helpful. I like the welcoming drink. The location is also great, it took only a few minutes from the mou to eclipse sky bar by foot.

Comfortable, near the center, can walk to the old market, food around is good and cheap. Need map if u want to walk in this area.

The rooms are big and the bathroom is nice. When we first got to the room, there was no hot water. We had to turn it on ourselves with the controls that were in the bathroom. The room was big and had lots of sunlight, although it could use a deep cleaning. Some of the bedding was stained. It was really loud in the hotel, with doors slamming late into the night and lots of noises coming up from the streets. There's no hair dryer and we requested one, and we were told it would be brought up, but one never arrived. There was a small amount of toilet paper in the room and we had to request it twice. The food in the restaurant, and up on the bar, was great. Cheap and it tasted good. The staff is definitely five stars. They were super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They cleaned our room each day and provided fresh towels and water. The location is a little out of the way and you'll have to use a tuk-tuk or taxi to get anywhere. There aren't many restaurants or places nearby to eat.

Clean and spacious rooms. For budget people. But, breakfast is not recommendedable.

Location: ok, near Olympic — a lot transport Co. Here. Price: 26$/night/double Rm. Parking: 16seats car is ok Clean, nice staff, feel older than Rachana Hostel.

I certainly would recommend this hotel. The location may not be at the center but is strategically placed. The rooms are very good; very clean and comfortable. The comfort rooms/toilet are very good with toiletries provided. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels provided daily.
Staff may not be very good in English but are very tourist friendly.

Wonderful Hotel, Best Location, Great value for money We really enjoyed our 2 nights stayed in this hotel. The room was big, clean and well equipped, the bed was nice and so comfy. Although, the price was not so expensive. Good air-condition and what a nice bathroom with strong hot water that work perfect. The hotel is located close to the center. Moreover, the staffs were so friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent hotel with great value for money. Definitely recommended and look forward to staying there again.

Nice little Hotel, price very affordable, clean room, fast Wi-Fi and there is delicious shabu shabu restaurant in front of the Hotel.

I could have given this hotel a 4 IF: 1. Their internet were more consistent. It works sometimes and only in a certain part of the room. When we checked in we were told that the internet was down because it was raining. (That's not how the internet works. ) From my room I could see the Wi-Fi from all the hotels around us and even the Wi-Fi from the Cuban Embassy! 2. Everyday was a battle to get them to clean the room. There was always some excuse why there was no house keeping. We had to turn in our key card to the reception and specifically ask for the room to be clean. (I found this out online. No one at the hotel told us about this. ) But, even when we did this, they didn't clean the room. Their excuse, "We don't clean until 3:00pm. " But they cleaned our neighbor's room at 11:00 when they checked out. Pros: > Low price. Especially for a double room. > The room itself is decent. Cons: > The restaurant is unimpressive. (Over priced, mediocre food. ) > Not near downtown. > Wonky internet. > They hate doing house keeping. > The top floor bar is a joke. >> half the drinks are crossed out and the other half has no prices.

The hotel is very comfortable with nice view and very low price and the front desk guys are welcome and funny!

We only made the restaurant. Really not very good, not much quantity, service not terrible: in summary, BOF.

Service is very nice staffs are friendly, my room is triple room in 9 floor, so the view in here so nice.

The rooms are big and the facilities are good. The level of cleanness is just not acceptable during my five nights the room service didn't come once. I had to pick up soap and toilet paper by myself. The AC didn't work properly and the staff didn't fixed properly the only get it to work for some minutes. After complaining four times because of that I gave up.

Great experiences, the room was huge & clean. Upon check-in, we were greeted by helpful staff & manager. Decent restaurant inside, provide great local food. Wi-Fi was great enough. I would definitely come back.

Quite good hotel for the price. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Spent two days and they didn't clean the room the second day but the rest ok.

This is my friend experience. Customer who are regular must be respected and be kept. But the Mou kick him off. Just because of telling the manager their hotel smell like chemicals strongly like someone is cooking substance. Then, at once the manager freak out told him to move out. Another experience you call for anything service. Toilet paper or towel it will be there after three hours. Another experience guess was complaining about missing valuables like cash not all taken but some and maids are the ones blamed. Food are nasty taste, expensive. Roof top bar caters prosties running like mice after midnight. Children should not be allowed to stay without parents but they allow it somehow. No service at all. Stinky… And sheets got blood.

Stayed at the hotel 6 nights, room was cleaned once. A/C worked sometimes, mostly didn't. Staff unresponsive to requests for service. Received laundry back after 2 days with some items missing and items included which were not mine. Location is not ideal for getting out and seeing the city. Ate at the restaurant once, only the most expensive item on the menu was available (was told repeatedly that they had no chicken or pork in the kitchen at 5pm on a Tuesday), and that was not worth waiting 40 minutes in an empty dining room to get. Wifi didn't work well, and frequently didn't work at all. It's cheap, but for the same price you can get a private room in a hostel.

Very good report quality price. The offer of breakfast needs to be improved.
