Terrible hotel, hotel was overbooked but they just told us that the A/C was not working and put us in another hotel. Which was worse because the elevator was broken and we had to walk 12 stairs to our room. We were offered no compensation for this.

The rooftop pool was fabulous, the passion fruit smoothie and the breakfast buffet were perfect.

The whole hotel staff are so friendly but also a special mention to the wonderful team at the sky bar. Naroth, Sovannarith and Sokin who not only serve drinks but make you feel like part of the family.

There's a great view of the city day and night. The staff were awesome, the room looks decent for the price. The location and the breakfast "buffet" is rather bad. The location is rather sketchy. The buffet has very limited choice, it's not well cooled. On the other hand, room service is decent. The in-room food is way better. Its quite delicious and savoury. Note that when you go to your rooms, it might be dark because the lights are motion activated. To some of you, be patient as there is literally only one elevator in the whole hotel. So if you're impatient, there is a dark creepy stairwell that you can use. The lobby is actually quite nice so might as well wait for the elevator. (THE ELEVATOR ONLY FITS 7 PEOPLE (about standard 70kg-110kg).

Very beautiful and relaxing roof top of the heart of Phnom Penh. Orussey One Skybar is one of the most fantastic scenery in Phnom Penh. You can do gym, swimming, and drinking alcohol and soft drink with a fresh air. You can see a whole city from here.

A very nice hotel. Made even better by the roof top bar and swimming pool, plus the gym. Amazing views of the city. The rooms are well equipped, with a high end finish. Good clean bathrooms. (Shower only).

Hotel is great. Neighborhood is not so good (Phnom Penh is the dirties city I've ever seen) but the hotel is very clean and nice. Breakfast are good, won-ton soup prepared on ur eyes us great. And the pool and the bar at the roof! Excellent!

Overall it's a good hotel. Service by the staffs were awesome and they are friendly, helpful in answering my queries. Our member's handbag get snatched there when walking along the street at Phnom Penh. The staffs followed us to the police station and gave us all the help we need. I greatly recommend this hotel to all of u.

Standard room spacious and clean. The Hotel is very quiet. Good breakfast. With the small pool on the 12th floor. Considering the location and the price/quality ratio has proven to be an excellent choice. The staff is very young and friendly but also rather inexperienced: some forgetfulness here and there. The council.

The swimming pool and the roof top view are the selling points of this place! The rooms and food are decent. Quite good even for what I have experienced in other places in Cambodia.

Awesome awesome awesome. Worth the prices and sweet restaurant. The swimming pool is not as big as expected but big enough. The sauna places and the gym are really nice touches. Spent the best night in phnom penh in this hotel.

Room Service very long and the dishes arrives cold.
The breakfast that ended at 10am but when you arrive at 9:30 c is empty… more than crossing fruit dish kmer and remains not much fruit. Really mean considering the DEA Room Award in Cambodia…
Plus I had to pay $60 because my wife had the rules in the night and they made us pay because there were blood stains on the sheet and a hand towel…

Hotel is New rooms are spacious and clean, good free internet, nice pool, staff are friendly and helpful ' breakfast is very good restaurant is modern and clean and the menu has both some western food and Khmer. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the establishment. Recommend.

We booked a Deluxe Double City View because of the nice full size corner window. But when we wanted to check in we got "upgraded" to a VIP room that doesn't have a large window, only a small one. For 50$ per night in cambodia we we're quite disappointed. After calling the reception we were told that they are fully booked and no corner room was available. Apart from this the hotel is nice, but I unfortunately I can't recommend booking the deluxe view.

I feel like home every time I rest in Orussey One Hotel. I would like to say that it is the best accommodation in Phnom Penh. With very comfortable room and excellent service, I can assure everyone will be relax. On the hand, the sky bar at the top floor of hotel is best place that you can enjoy dinning and gathering friend.

Have a medical volunteer staying here. He is very pleased with the pool and breakfast options. It is walking distance to Orussey Market. Only con is that there not wheelchair access to the entrance.

Amazing staff, helpful and welcoming. Rooftop pool and bar is great with amazing views. Friendly vibe, very clean, good amenities with sauna steam room and gym. Helped us organise tours and currency exchange.

We found a really good deal for this hotel and decided to splurge a little on our backpacking trip. This is a pretty amazing hotel for the price we payed. Very comfortable beds. Great view from the roof deck pool and great breakfast. The staff is also very helpful. Would give it a 5 star if the AC would remember to turn itself on when getting back into the room. Note: It is one of these places which turns off all the power in the room if the key is not deposited. While I understand that the AC is off while we are not in the room. It is annoying to have to remember to turn it back on every time you get back to the room. Easy to forget when coming home late at night after a few beers and than waking up in the middle of the night while the room is way too hot.

Reception is very friendly, deluxe rooms booked were upgraded to a family room. Breakfast spread is very basic. Best of all Is the beef noodle.

Kong, the Airbnb reservations manager charged me for an extra night that we did not stay. When given 5 separate opportunities to do so, he offered to give me back less than what we were owed if I removed the bad review I gave him on Airbnb, and that I was being "rude" by accusing him of fraudulently charging me… which was what he was actually doing… His exact response is as follows: "We opening the hotel business not just about your little money. We are not robber. Don't say that we do fraudulence activities. If you want us to pay 35$ back take out the review… " This was after he actually owed us $40, and refused in 5 different opportunities to amend the booking and charge as required. After receiving this inane message, I contacted Airbnb Corporate and they were more than happy to take care of the issue, and said Kong would be taught the Hosting expectations for both responsiveness, and policies/procedures. In terms of the room. It was clean, but I wouldn't recommend it due to it not actually being near anything. You'll need a tuk tuk to go just about anywhere, and there are other cheaper options within walking distance of food and shopping. Between that and the very very shady activities by management, I would obviously not recommend this place.

Good Hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the dining room, pool area, gym and sauna very well maintained. I am very happy and I would stay here again. A minus is the elevator — 1 elevator for 12 floors is not enough. The main problem with the elevator is that everything takes very long. Not getting to the room or the pool only. Also the staff uses this elevator. So when you're in the bar or in the restaurant you will wait a while for your drink — well depending on the elevator traffic and on what you are having — as most drinks are stored and prepared on the groundfloor. Besides that I was very happy and it really felt like my second home.

During my staying I found a beatle in the room, I killed and they not change bed sheets nor offer to switch in a different room also if I asked! Very bad service and very low hygiene level!

It's cool! The hotel is located in a busy location, near the street market.

We think that everything is perfect when arriving, but the staff leaves to be desired because not very helpful for a hotel that wants to high-end … (1 week's stay). And the less star is also for our very dark room as adjacent to another building. Otherwise, nice hotel, breakfast garni, good Internet, overall good experience!

I had a nice room with large windows overlooking the street. Its a new hotel with nice details like dove soap dispenser in the shower. Good breakfast. It has a small pool on the roof good enough to tackle the heat. It only has a lift and sometimes you have to wait a bit.

My home in Phnom Penh for 2 weeks. New and well appointed rooms. Staff is one of the friendliest. I was once at the Roof deck bar and asked if they could set me up a table at the poolside and they did.

Cockroaches and ants in the rooms.

Good rooms and great breakfast! They have a good spread of breakfast of breads, Chinese food, ham, cooked soup noodle and an egg station. Superb! There is a different spread of food everyday. The staff are lovely and polite and the rooms come with daily change of toiletries and a good water pressure shower. An excellent place to stay at.
