This is a nice place. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Managers are not well trained properly and unskilled. Location is good and safe in the night. All the basis requirements available around including busses to Vietnam & Bangkok. The quality of tap water is extremely bad. Even not suitable for washing purposes. They use un-treated ground water. During rainey season condition of water is little better. In dry season it is smelling.

Cheap price. But you get what you paid for. I was in 3 different rooms, the bathroom fan either was missing or didn't work. Provided chair was very uncomfortable. Had cockroaches and mosquitos to deal with. AC is provided and works well. Bed is big enough. Bathroom design is bad. Sink and shower share the same sink hole. There is no booth for the shower, so water will splash all over the sink bench and toilet. Sink hole was partially blocked so entire bathroom got flooded after a shower. The fridge is not very cool. Wi-Fi is spotty and very unreliable. This was very frustrating. Extremely noisy during the day time because of construction work in the building. Rooms are not insulated against sound. You can hear all the people talking from outside. There is a mouldy smell inside the bathroom. Overall fair amenities for the price you pay, but if you can afford it, go somewhere a bit more expensive.
