I am such a big fan of Rosewood, location, food, environment, just amazing… but let me tell you the staff are just terrible… I wanted to have dinner at the Brasserie Louis but it was around 5:30pm and we asked the front desk to see if it was open and he hesitated and said yes, I forgot it was Sunday and continued to escort us to the elevator. As we reach the restaurant, it was actually closed and not going to be open until 6:30pm. So we went back down stairs and continued to the Chinese restaurant… to be seated at a table and told we couldn’t sit next to each other because of protocols… so we said if there was a booth available then we can sit together? They said yes, so we then went to the booth and sat and ordered… at this point I was a little flustered…so I giggled to the waiter and kindly let him know that please, no more bad news today…. So we order… and guess what, a manager comes by with a laptop to tell us that the booth we are sitting at is already reserved… So they would like to move us down the booth instead. I really hope the staff will improve and the service at Rosewood can be much better…

It was such a wonderful experience being at Rosewood Phnom Penh, I'd love to visit there anytime! Even though it's just a tour along with my university to get ideas and to be inspired, I'd highly recommend Rosewood to everyone for a new experience that you need in life!

Good sky bar in Cambodia and we can view a nice landscape in Phnom Penh city and it is so beautiful and so fresh with the highest building in vatanak capital Phnom Penh. Especially the food and drink 🍸 are delicious and best service also. I am so glad and I will come and visit again.

Staff were very accommodating, they guided us from entrance to lift and instructed direction to our destination. Overall it was a good experience from food, staff and place.

I really enjoy the Rosewood. Their friendly staff, facilities and excellent room accommodations with fabulous views are among the best I’ve ever stayed in. The incredible breakfast might just be the best ever with wonderful fresh selections and options. If you want the best in class, during your stay in Phnom Penh, I highly recommend Rosewood.

Today I’ve visit the bar. Service attendant at the the reception is very rude and arrogant. She shouted to me and ordered me to take out everything from my bags, my wallet, my 3 iPhones, my credit cards, my laptop, she say she must keep the bag. Then she told me to carry everything myself on the hand to walk in. I have to carry everything on my hand and walk into the bar. What a bad service. She say “ if I’m not happy, I can go to other bar, this is high class bar, you cannot bring your backpack in, unless if you bag look like leather material and high class. They always look down on my short. They say you must wear Long pant. When I enter the bar, I saw many USA man wearing short too. Why the USA man can wear short, why Asian cannot?

Poorly trained staff for a luxury hotel. EDIT: Contacted the management as requested to detail my complaints. Specifically, we asked our waitress at the sky bar if the food items we ordered were gluten-free. Of course, we did not expect all of the items we ordered to be gluten-free, but as one of our friends has a severe gluten allergy, we wanted to be clear about what he could eat. The waitress responded by telling us to ask the chef ourselves. We told her that would be unacceptable. She then told us that our friend should try to eat the food to see if he has a reaction. Upon informing the management at Rosewood of this one incident (and there were many others), the manager Daniele Cervi responded by saying, "This order was placed to one of our waitress without informing her that one of the diner was gluten free and could not eat anything with wheat due to his allergy whereby no suggestion or feedback was presented. " We provided plenty of feedback, and as indicated by this ridiculously rude email, even the management wouldn't address our concerns. If possible, I would reduce the 1-star rating given to the 1/2 star rating it truly deserves.

Reception and concierge staff were amazing, room had great view but that's about it. There were construction work going on every day that starts in the morning around 8am, so my sleep was disrupted. Would have liked to be informed about the noise beforehand. Breakfast was table service but service staff were incredibly slow and don't speak English well. Be prepared to set aside 45 — 75mins for breakfast while dealing with unhappy staff when you need to send food back because they sent the wrong order. Given how beautiful the hotel is, it's such a pity that I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers or people who wants a weekend relaxing getaway.

Excellent hotel the Rosewood definitely the nicest and most elegant place to go in Phnom Penh. A good place to go when you want to feel like indulging in luxury food and drinks. Service is exceptional everything is clean just how a five star hotel should be. Recommend going for evening cocktails and lunch as well.

Located on the highest floor of the Anda building, one of the finest hotels in Phnom penh, The individual is considered to be a super Five-star level. Management team for thailand, india, IN. Service in place, hardware in place, landscape in Place. The new facility has a good privacy and responsiveness. Skybar is great, but the card holder has a minimum cost of $200. The only drawback belongs to the new opening has the taste, self-blessing it.

Conveniently located in the centre, between the Democracy park and the railway station, Rosewood has opened recently. It will quickly become the hotel of choice of business travelers looking for luxury in the centre of Phnom Penh. The check-in was quite swift, although staff are still undergoing training. My room was big, comfortable and with all required amenities, and with so many lovely details. It was one of the most beautiful rooms I've stayed in Asia! I enjoyed the fruits and meringue provided. The rooftop bar offers 360 degrees views of the city centre, a modern setting and a menu full of international drinks. Service was professional and attentive, even if staff is still under trainning.

This newly opened modern lux hotel appeals to your design sensibilities as soon as you step in. High ceilings and cavernous halls are very intricately put together to bring about a sense of both space and privacy. From customer service at front desk to the guest relations escorting you around, every element was top notch. The location is very conveniently located to major tourist attractions. SORA sky bar is a must visit!

Room rate at 250 Usd per night. Standard 5 star standard, views from high up is breathtaking (at the Sky Bar)

Had cocktails at Sora Skybar last night. If it's so full on Sundays, I am afraid to think what happens on Friday and Saturday nights. But it's 100% worth it.
Beautiful interiors, tasty cocktails, amazing view to Phnom Penh, very kind and attentive staff starting from the elevators on the ground floor.
Special thanks for the dress-code, it's great to finally have a place where you can dress well, and not feel over-dressed. In 2 words, @Sora I felt like in Singapore. Will definitely come again and introduce this place to all my friends,

Stunning view of the city, with windy environment for relax! Yet it is the first time coming to skybar for standing. No shorts, professional camera, flipflop is allowed.

Sora sky bar is the place to be, do not miss the sunset time amazing view with wonderful staff, very helpful and professional staff, delicious Cocktails and house beer is my favorite, and can’t wait to try the Japanese restaurant in the future, defo coming back! Highly recommend.

The new Rosewood in Phnom Penh is stunning and every bit of detail shines through the city like a beacon — from the iconic structure where it's in to the interiors, the works of art around and the whole package it exudes. The dining options are endless, design sensibilities are an eye candy in every corner and the hype that has brought about is astronomical. That's why I was aghast with one of their female staff at the outdoor sky bar when I asked for a Dirty Martini and she looked at me coldly in the eye and said: "we don't have… Just order from the menu! " I was shocked at this remark so I ordered the first thing that I see… the Garden Tonic, which was probably the biggest mistake I have made in my life. Rosemary in food is amazing, but in a cocktail, it's mean. I refuse to believe my first experience in Rosewood will be ruined by rosemary! So we went inside and decided to ask the bartender myself if she can make me a Dirty Martini… and heaven opened when she said yes and minutes later handed me a gorgeous glass of gin dirty martini with the most luscious piece of olive pierced to perfection. Hands down, it was the most amazing version I have had in my existence. I will go back to Phnom Penh in a heartbeat for this. Their Japanese restaurant was also fantastic and we will surely come back for their other gastronomic delights on the 35th floor.

The view is stunning my mind, place is nice arranging to best and top luxury one. Price is worth to pay and taste is standardly be a real cocktail … This once absolutely the best skybar in town that I've ever been to. High recommended for all night owl.
