Don't recommend this hotel, there is something to compare with and it is just terrible! He's not saved even by the fact that he's close to the sea! The food is the same. Dry… Not tasty. The chef can't cook at all! Salads fill yourself, the meat that dry that hard, really if nothing to wash down can be suppressed. Porridge for the morning was not given once in 7 days. Everything is just dry and unhelpful. All 7 days to garnish only rice tasteless and fries. Yes there were fruits (peaches, apricots, bananas, oranges, melon) is a plus. The drinks can barely work! Instead of boiling water, yellow water is poured suspicious. The queues in the dining room are just huge, did not even want to eat when you saw how much to stand! The room is small will not turn around, there are no nets on the balcony, there are no ropes for drying laundry, towels were not changed once in 7 days and cleaning was also not done until we asked! They took the paper to their room, took out the garbage themselves. Asked to stop early as we have a small child, did not agree, and at the eviction also wanted to rest longer in the room, in another hotel paid for it 10 levs and then asked 40! it is very much for 4 hours, so sat like bums 4-5 hours without a room, it is inconvenient before a long road on the bus want to relax as much as possible. There is very little space in the hotel. We are in a 3 a small room and thank you that our guide made sure that instead of a cot gave a bed for 4 days.
The food and food choices are great, the staff are friendly. It's 2 minutes to the sea. Few children and noisy companies.

Stayed this summer for 4 days. Overall we had wonderful experience. Hotel is very close to the beach, staff was very friendly. Very good value for money.

I will never return to this hotel. Worst hotel ever by travel! Wanted to buy a room overlooking the sea, but they put all the rooms on the same price. It was 2016. As a result, I had to pay 60 euros for the reception for the view of the sea. Old furniture, cabinets between the rooms are separated by a carpet partition, you can hear everything as close! In my room on the floor and walls there were poorly washed traces of blood. When I began to change the number, the reception took the view that they know nothing about the blood. But the maid said she knew, but she wouldn't tell. That's understandable. Food sucks.

Pleasant staff very helpful great choice of food pool side is great very clean and tidy so are the rooms, my first time abroad not as many bugs as I expected so that's good weather great for time of year too as it's just out of season.

Staff friendly, rooms are cheap, accordingly our expectations were not high. Room was so far fine unfortunately our TV failed, but that didn't bother us. The Internet is sufficient and has cost us an additional 5 euros for a week. The only real point of criticism is food. The buffet is small and choice very limited. At the Ambassador Hotel I once again clarified the question of the road and the fact that I'm going with him not as a girl for romantic-meetings, but as a colleague. The guide promised a free transfer back and forth. But when returning from the club about 2-3 hours of the night in the center of Varna, the guide put an ultimatum or we go to my room and then he pays for a taxi or I have to get to the hotel. I was puzzled and confused by the rudeness and audacity to express to me how offended he was that I was not letting him into my room. As a result I got a taxi at my own expense. Question: If something happened to me?! If I didn't have enough money for a taxi? And then at the time of rest I did not know what to do and who to complain. My friend, he sold a tour to the Valley of Roses and colorously described the fields with roses, which in may have already faded away! She received unreliable information, wasted time and money. Now I warn the tourists that the competence of the Guide is in doubt.

The kitchen is disgusting, all three weeks suffered from stomach upset. In the cooler in the restaurant tap water. It's not possible to drink. The staff at the restaurant are aggressive. The rooms are very small. Vi-Fi paid 20 leva per device. There is a small kiosk at the hotel where the prices are reasonable.

Dirty, mouldy, small rooms, cockroaches in the bathroom, very poor service, bad food just ready to cook foods, smelly water served in plastic cups, and many other bad things … I don't recommend this hotel to nobody!

Total disappointment nothing that you see in the Internet is actually ' old ' hotel and hygiene that leaves a lot to be desired… first and last visit to this place.

Super Hotel! First line, excellent food. Fresh and varied. Fresh towels every day! Nice to be pleased. 2 Swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) pts large. There is a paddling pool for children. Recommend!

Great hotel for me so it is 4 star and not 3. They feed perfectly 4 times a day. A large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cappuccino tea and hot chocolate are very generous allinkljuziv. We have been staying at this hotel for more than 7 years. Great friendly staff, nice clean rooms and proximity to the Sea 1 line. Overall a great choice price quality, a place for a family holiday.
