It is perfect for three families with kids. There is one room with four beds and four bedrooms with two beds. In the kitchen you have all you need, even coffee machine and dishwasher.

Really nice place — nice garden — with lots of rooms and showers.
The place is well equip with kitchen dishes and outside patio and barbeque.
10 minutes from Burabatz.

Clean rooms, but building is a little old and quite tight in some places. The elevator also doesn't work perfectly every time.

The hosts are very friendly and they create a pleasant and comfortable notion and space for communication. The place is vidy and clean and cosy.

Fantastic place with extraordinary kind and welcoming hosts. We had perfect time (3 nights) and the hosts were very friendly.

The only thing that was missing were toiletries, plastic bags in the bathrooms and proper frying pans. But those can't ruin the overall experience!
