The apartment was spacious and lovely. The electric kettle didn't work in our room. The staff members were super sweet and helpful.

We stayed for one night at the hotel and the choice was made because it is next to the zoo. The area is good and the access to the center is straight either by bus or by car.

The hotel is located at the 3rd floor of an office building, the reception is open 24/24. The rooms are very nice and spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need.

Good option for 1-2 days:
— good location if you have a car (many parking options)
— big room with all facilities.

A very good one for a business trip.
The hotel was completely reconstructed just a few months ago, so everything is new inside.

The hotel is good, rooms are decently sized and clean, it is on the outer part of the city but there is a Lidl conveniently located next to it.

The bedroom (4 persons) was, very big with 2 double beds. The bathroom was also big. The hotel is a 20minutes walk from the center. The parking has 24h surveillance and it closes at night.

Clean room nice breakfast and friendly staff, specially Mariana. Nice place to stay.

It is good that in the center of the city, there are some drinks at the reception, which can be purchased additionally.
But the hotel looks better from the outside than from the inside.

A decent place to stay, if you come as a family then this is the place. Nice and clean. Sometimes the heater didn't work but it was fixed immediately the next day.

Not bad at all. The hotel is outside the Sofia’s center, but you have a transportation options near (metro, taxi services). The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, so overall I’m satisfied.

The hotel is in the city center and within walking distance to everywhere. The hotel staff are polite. They helped us with early check-in. The rooms are basic but adequate for one night.

This is a beautiful hotel with a good potential that suffers from bad management.
