I stayed here while getting dental treatment in the area. Lovely staff both on reception and housekeeping. Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops a two minute walk away, also a bus stop right outside.

I stayed here while I was having dental work done. I found the staff lovely. The receptionists were all friendly even the ones who weren’t that fluent in English.

The room may be small, but it has everything you need for a stay in Sofia, making it ideal for couples, but perhaps not more than that.

Apartment is in a newly built building and still there are some constructions works going on. However, apartment is finished and well suited.

Relatively good hotel where the product and price seems attractive.
The manager of the hotel was very helpful and did their best to comfort our needs.

I had visited restaurant, I can say much about rooms although very clean and nice design.

Ceco (Receptionist) was very rude on the same day of my arrival. (This was reported already).

Nice hotel. Personal a little cold but helpful.
Room 721 comes with coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge and park and mountain view. The carpet have a dusty look.

Fresh forest air. Hard to get to. Good for rest. It is cituated in Dragalevtsi village. Very clean. Food 10 out of 10. The owner's son and receptionist amazing. Well worth a visit.

Great location and the place is nicely clean and cosy.

Clean rooms, wide single beds.
On a busy road — it's not appropriate for walking around it (the grass on the pathways along the busy road wasn't trimmed)
If you want breakfast, you need to pay extra.

Stayed there just recently for a couple of nights. The Hotel is located south-east of Sofia close to lake and village Pancharevo.
We had a very clean and quiet room.

• The metro station (coming from the airport) is very close.
• Tram stops are on the corner, and the main bus/train station is just a couple of blocks away.

Very conveniently located place, within walking distance to the main bus station, the actual city centre, shops, bars and restaurants.

A wonderful stay. The rooms are not anything close to amazing, but they get the job done. We weren't looking for anything special or luxurious — just a place with a restaurant.

The hotel is really good. Polite and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, the nature around, good prices. Admirations to the restaurant — the food was very tasty and the service was very good.

Rooms are conveniently located for skiing, food and drinks in borovets. They are small but have everything you need. The beds are comfy, shower is warm and the host is on hand to help if needed.

We stayed at the Royal Apartments at the end of December 2021 and would thoroughly recommend it. The apartment we stayed in has a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed with a separate double

Friendly host, and familiar vibe. Room was as expected, but the walls were extremely thin. The location doesn't have free parking, you can only park for free in weekends in front of the accomodation.

This small hotel is very good decision for for everybody who want to stay near to the ski resort and in the city of Samokov.

A lovely cosy hotel, away from the noise of town and 20 yards from the Gondola. We had the Presidential suite for 4 of us (having booked the Blazer but no complaints with the change).
