Sofia Hotels

I stayed here while getting dental treatment in the area. Lovely staff both on reception and housekeeping. Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops a two minute walk away, also a bus stop right outside.

I stayed here while I was having dental work done. I found the staff lovely. The receptionists were all friendly even the ones who weren’t that fluent in English.

Good location, new building, rooms and furniture are new and very comfortable. Self-service is very intuitive. I have no comments.

A wonderful place with a good location. Uniquely friendly staff, ready to solve any problem that arises. Even with a small baby the stay was peaceful and wonderful.

Warm, cosy and you can feel the spirit of Koprivshtitsa.

So I have been coming to Borovets for 12 years and I have been in many hotels. First let's start with the room. It's big and cozy plus you have a balcony.

The hotel was in a great location right on the slope, very easy to ski out but to ski in you had to get the button lift before they closed at 1630 otherwise it was a walk uphill back to the hotel

We had 2 perfect nights in this vila. The hostess was really friendly and even helped us with the BBQ. The place was really clean and confy and we had enought room for everything.

Went there on a team-building, 15 people. The hostess was very kind and correct, the place is cozy, clean, and very new.

Wonderful place for staying. Perfect location. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. For sure I will return back there.

We like everything, very comfortable and large flat equipped with all you need, easy check in and check out policy.

Stayed a night here while in transit, we took out the junior suite, which was more than enough for the whole family. Not far from the Sofia ring, has own parking space and an OK view of the city.

Eleganza Hotel was a great choice for me. I loved the friendly and helpful staff, the cozy and clean room, and the tasty breakfast.

Clean rooms, wide single beds.
On a busy road — it's not appropriate for walking around it (the grass on the pathways along the busy road wasn't trimmed)
If you want breakfast, you need to pay extra.

Stayed there just recently for a couple of nights. The Hotel is located south-east of Sofia close to lake and village Pancharevo.
We had a very clean and quiet room.

I do not think there is much to complain for only 30€ a night. The room is small but has everything you need. I have to say the room is a little dated and some things are damaged.

I’m really happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful with everything I asked. The price is great for the location, and the rooms are good as well.

The hotel is good, rooms are decently sized and clean, it is on the outer part of the city but there is a Lidl conveniently located next to it.

Overall good value for the price, room service is available 24 hours, food is kind of international but still bulgarian style full of herbs.

This is Golden Smile Tik Toker.
We've been unhappy in the hotel where we've been, so we got in this happy house with the kind man into.
Our mood instantly is changed. Professional stuffed house.

First of all, the friendship shown to me by the owner and fellow guests was/is amazing. I'm here atm. As a solo traveller absolute value for money.

We have visited just the restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner and the food is excellent! So delicious!
The breakfast has varies of options from English breakfast (mushrooms were Top!

Stayed with a group of 8 adults across 4 rooms for a ski trip. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable having recently benefited from a refurb, albeit very small.

Pros:
Good location, the hotel isnt as bad as what the comment saids online. The cleanliness is within good standard and honestly I can see the hotel owner trying their best to maintain this hotel.

This hotel has a super location and the price is very reasonable.
