Very clean pool, but seldom a free corridor. Well maintained spa. Extremely kind girls in the spa.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star class. It’s super dirty, especially the spa area, which is supposed to be a place for relax. The staff is really unfriendly too.

Not the best service, the room stunk, when I asked the receptionist what we can do. She literally said open the windows. Our remote controls didn't work for the AC and TV they ran out of batteries in the entire hotel apparently. The kitchen layout and variety was terrible. Other than that the room was massive,

There are different saunas, a decent pool with warm water, 50% discount on saunas and swimming pools on working days at certain times.

I've never used the hotel services but I'm using the hairstylist… She is one of the best! Totally recommend, approximately 15 mins walking distance from the tube "G. M. Dimitrov".

I'm nearly bold… Been told to buy a swimming hat before enterring the pool… Pool was invaded with young kids learning to swim… Not really what you would expect from a Spa… Only good thing there was the breakfast.

The place is nice, the apartment spacious and decently clean, Hall and gym great. The swimming pool Unfortunately is little swimmable (from 12 to 16 meters in the widest point), the SPA is pleasant but lacks a whirlpool.

Great hotel with good prices you have to book XK although it has over 150 rooms and always full.

Excellent SPA and sauna park. Nice place to relax and wellness. You could spend time as swim, or do fitness, and relax after in sauna park. Clean and friendly place, staff is polite and smiling.

A very good overall hotel.

You got to smile more you got to have full dinner after 9 o clock and not just make pasta couse menu food os over! Start accepting euros and get bartenders in the lobby who can speak proper english you got clean and comfort rooms but noone is happy from your hospitality and fix your keycard problems 3 years I am comming and every time I have to go to the recwption over 4 times in 3days to fix the card.

If you were in Spain it would be a 3 stars scraping.

The hotel has a nice location, is modern and comfortable. However, a number of things in the room were out of order — the bath coyld not plug properly, the shower could not be switched on, a waterglass cracked. All these were addressed by the staff, but were not resolved completely by the end of my stay.

It is one of the worst hotel where I have been in a lot of time. I am goin to explain the reasons: The price is not agree with the quality. When I arrive to my room the shower doesn't work. When I spoke with the worker of the hotel he wanted that I kept the samr room but finally he changed to me the room. The problem is that in the next room the window was broken so the sound of the windy is horrible. Also the workers were fixing everything in the hotel so you had to heard the sound construction. The only thing good was that the workers are friendly with us. I am sure that I won't back to this hotel because there are others cheaper, more near to the center and better services in the city taht this.

I liked the SPA center. It has a steam room, 3 more types of sauna. Additionally, there is a small pool with cold water and a big relaxation room. Next to the SPA is the swimming pool.

Really a hotel to avoid, room dirty and bad smells. The pitiful breakfast, look at the picture! And the reception is really cold. I'll never put a foot in this hotel again.

Really disappointed with this hotel! No restaurant, short breakfast, because in renovation. I used to go to this hotel and it's over. In addition the rooms are dirty and smelly. Go Your way!

The hotel is located in a nice area, 15minutes from the subway. Pros: free private parking near the hotel large rooms with confortable bed TV and free Wi-Fi nice toiletries staff is kind (some of them) Cons: breakfast is poor but mainly ok.

Not a real 4 star hotel. Breakfast is mediocre. Rooms are ok. It is a good place for a business trip and just sleeping there. Oh, yes — my bathroom was in a desperate need of renovation. Everything was falling down.

Saunas, steam and herbal steam it's acceptable, but it's too small. Also — dirty floors in the bathrooms. But the biggest problem is all these idiots who come to the SPA to speak loud and talk over the phone, especially in the relax room. It should be relaxing, but it's not.

The pool is small, lots of people. Swimming is unreal. The hotel itself looks normal.

Nice hotel. Furniture a little bit old. Water heating system is too noisy during the night. Hard to sleep comfortably.

Best sauna paradise in Sofia. Free tea. Cosy relaxing area. Disgusting is that some Bulgarians didn't use towels on the wood and nobody cares. They offer discount until 4 p. M. For the usual entrance. If you are used to sauna, come here.

On a hot summer day we had the worst conference room I have ever experienced. At break time, the coffee bar was staffed by a poor soul who confessed she didn't know how to work the espresso machine and could we please wait for her colleague… You can hardly blame the staff. The whole place just had an unkept look to it.

Rooms were old and worn out. Most disappointingly the restaurant staff tried to tell me the restaurant was closed at lunch time when it wasn't and they were serving people. By the way this was during the restaurants advertised opening hours. They did the same to other guests because they could not be bothered serving. Ultimately they agreed to serve me. This is extremely disappointing when you advertise a restaurant facility available for lunch and are so far away from any other options.

Nice hotel next to the Technical University. Small Swimming pool and fitness center. Lobby bar is good. Restaurant food is also good.

I'm using the fitness hall there. Very small and over-crowded. Without proper air conditioning. Very bad.

Room at the 10th floor was awesome, tidy and an amazing view. Dinner & breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

The worst. I have not been in a worst 4* hotel. Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Smoke stink. They did not clean my room and not only they did not acknowledge it. They said I was lying and send security on me. You can risk it and don't believe me or just don't risk it and don't go.

Parties in the context of a sports forum zero restoration. 3 nights paid in advance with dinners 3 identical dinners. Null and impossible to get reimbursed. No compensation. Poorly maintained rooms. Very far from the center.

Good small hotel to stay if you are near.

The Five stars are for the SPA. Been regular visitor for the past 2.5 years. Pool is small but well maintained. Saunas are nice too. I would recomend it.

The swimming pool is very small, the water is dirty. Don't like it.

Close to Technical University, an excellent location for meetings.
