Friendly staff and nice spacious rooms. Awful and expensive breakfast, not worth the money.

Good value for money, clean, large rooms, decent breakfast, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and clubs around.

Arrived at the hotel 3 days ago, quite earlier than check in time, but most of our rooms were ready and available for us. The hotel front desk employees are very polite and helpful, charging station for your electronic devices is also available at the lobby and also an electric shoe cleaner/shiner! Coming up to our room we were surprised to how massive it was, and also the bathroom is very big. Also very clean. Breakfast is not huge, but it has everything you need and pretty tasty. Recommend 100%.

Welcoming in all aspects. Good customer service, friendly people and relaxing atmosphere. I very much enjoyed their spa facilities and a drink in their lounge area.

The hotel is new and modern, and the staff offered us an upgrade of our room for free, but for such a new hotel the room's carpet was already ruined. But it was very spacious and modern.

The hotel is actually quite nice, and clean. The breakfast and restaurant are perfectly okay. There's a rub though: next door there's a liquor store and a bowling place. Guests leave with their tires squealing and motors howling… which spoils the place for me.

The Hotel itself is ok! Small lobby downstairs, nice staff at the reception, very helpful! The rooms are huge and clean! I had a room without a view, just a wall and some backyard! The restaurant for breakfast is on the top floor and provides a nice view in the morning! One of the lifts had a problem, so in the morning it took looong to catch one! The location itself is a bit remote to the city center, you have to take a taxi to go there. It's approx. 6km you the center and a official taxi will charge you approx. 10 to 15 Lew. It was a short stay for me, but it was ok at Suite Hotel.

We work with this hotel for our seminars and training. Their conference facilities and services are very good and comfortable. Most important for us is the team — responsive, competent, supportive, intelligent. I would recommend them. Thank them for the good work!

A beautiful hotel, with all the amenities, I love it. Definitely would come back!

Kind of like a 4 star, but were allocated in a room where it was terribly stank of sewage!
Naturally, after the disturbance, we were moved to another room. But the sediment remained.

Worst hotel ever… Be careful I've stayed there once and my credit card was copied… I only used my credit card once during my stay in Sofia.

Great facilities, would have been nice if it was closer to the city centre. Thankfully the city centre bus service was regular and stopped just outside. Very close by to the woodlands. Wonderful view of the surroundings from the restaurant. Excellent choice of food at the buffet breakfast.

The hotel location is far from the city center. It's located in the students city. The rooms are good, modern and clean. Breakfast was fine with good veriaty.

Suite Hotel Sofia is situated in student area of the city. Still the hotel is quiet and have some elements of butik hotel, so its contemporary design give us very pleasant feeling. There is fitness area and surrounding shops which you can visit in those moments between your business meetings in capital of Sofia.
The staff is polite and we get extra free services, free dinner and bigger room. This hotel is offering better services then some of 5 star hotels. You can precisely adjust air temperature and moisture in the room and exact temperature of water.
There are set of complementary products at your disposal, from vanity to wardrobe products. Hygiene is at the top level and a cleansing on daily bases.
The price and overall experience is making us not to consider any other hotel on our next trip to Sofia.

In my opinion a good hotel, large and comfortable rooms, quite clean and modern. They have everything that any hotel offers. Breakfast is included and there is a good variety of dishes for lunch or dinner.
The hotel, as I mentioned before, is not in the center of the city, so if you want to go to know the boulevard or the churches, you should take a taxi that must cost between 8 and 12 levs (4 to 6 euros)

Things we didn't like are: the mattress is a bit'too rigid.
The massage room we have not found open.

For everything else, bedroom, bathroom, restaurant and especially the staff that was excellent.

Large rooms, free Parking, a panoramic restaurant on the 12th floor. The room has a kettle, Minibar (surcharge), cosy, modern accommodation. Beautiful mountain views are odd numbers and floor better from 8 to 10. I liked х07. Breakfast buffet tasty and varied. Near the hotel Park and the street full of cafes and clubs.

The service is almost perfectly flawless. You get the feeling that most things have been thought to please the guest in a very intelligent way. I would like to meet the manager to share view and get enlightmen from him about how he succeeded in having such a motivated team helping him to offer this.
