The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and the rooms are perfectly clean. The hotel also has extremely good termal zone and we spend most of the time there. The people were kind and smiley and the food was just delicious.

Very good and confortable hotel in the heart of mountain, surrounded by bush in the sky area of borovets. Good restaurant, wine list, cigar and great SPA.

Wonderful and just a fabulous place to stay with the kids! Scenic scenery, beautiful kitchen, children's room and playground, fabulous forest with wooden figures, pool and spa area! Everything is just magical!

Small but very luxurious hotel, located just at the end of the ski slopes in Borovets. The SPA, tho indoor pool, the restaurant and the lobby bar are all great. The rooms are tidy and clean. The hotel also offer small villas. The hotel in general is a bit expensive but the quality is high as well so the stay is comfortable and in lux.

We found the hotel immaculate amd the staff very friendly and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and housekeeping staff did a brilliant job. The food was always superb and the service was attentive. The staff in the ski room were very helpful. The pool, spa were a delight at the end of the day. The position part way up the mountain was perfect for ski in/out. (the slope down to hotel is a red run). We had a great weeks holiday.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay at the finish villa which was warm and cozy. The ski instructors were experienced and great teachers. The food in the hotel was delicious with great service. Overall, we had an wonderful stay and planning to visit the hotel again during the summer months.

Maybe the best hotel you can stay in Borovets. It is a little expensive, but it's worth. The staff is very friendly. The spa center is perfect.

High level hotel on the slopes very good quality and service great staff pool and spa are nice with very helpful friendly staff. breakfast is ok but the restaurant is a bit overpriced and the food is not more than ok.

The restaurant is pretty awful — no variety, poorly cooked food and boring atmosphere. The staff is weird and makes you feel uncomfortable. My first visit and I'm sure that's it'd be my last! : ( (

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The space was delightful, did a chalet stay and extended as I climbed Mt Musala. They even helped stock me with food for the overnight hike. The chalet was pristine. The spa space was clean and refreshing, very healing. A great place to stay in Autumn as it wasn’t too busy. Will return.

Nice location away from the center of Borovetz (about 4km), ski in-ski out. Modern amenities. Spa is great and well maintained and it offers many options. Clean rooms. English speaking staff. It is a bit overpriced but probably the best option you would find in Borovet.

Well, apart of some small reproofs I rate this Hotel 5-stars rating. It is probably the most ski-friendly hotel in Bulgaria with the best possible location for ski-in/ski-out. Rich breakfast, good restaurant, nice spa area with swimming pool. The rooms are not spacious but overal a great expirience.

An excellent hotel, right next to the Yastrebets 3 ski run. Great food & spa. Friendly staff. I bit too expensive though.

Hotel The hotel is located near Borovets in the middle of woods with its own private forest just for hotel guests. Besides having hotel rooms you have the possibility of renting chalets but we stayed in a standard hotel room for 4 nights and it was like heaven. The hotel itself is not very modern but it has a flair of a Grand hotel. When arriving on the parking lot a doorman comes to pickup your luggage and brings it to your room. The hotel staff at the reception is trying everything to make all of your wishes come true. We went there in mid of June where most of the hotel rooms were empty and not many guest were seen. There was still some xmas decoration which was removed on our day of departure (June 14th). ^^ This hotel is definitely a winter season hotel as there is a ski lift on the hotel property. But we wanted to go hiking and enjoy the spa this it was perfect for us. The rooms are clean, for Bulgaria well equipped with sophisticated and high quality furniture. On day of arrival we had a handwritten personal greeting card of the front desk manager wishing you a warm welcome. Every evening a maid of the roomservice brings you a card with weather forecast for tomorrow. Restaurant The restaurant is used for both breakfast and lunch/dinner but some days breakfast is served on first floor in a separate breakfast saloon. However, the breakfast was of really high quality having everything you can imagine if am intercontinental breakfast.

We had a Bungalow with private Sauna when hiking Musala. For hiking it is an ideal base with the room bring cosy and spacious. Food was delicious even though we cand very late. We liked the friendly hotel Staffel and the personal atmosphere.

Great place for a romantic vacation even with young children.

I pay extra for dinner thinking that the hotel has 3 stars (officilly 4*) even in 3 * hotel they offer you proper diner by international standards here I took my dinner in bar area becouse they dont have capacity so serve proper there visitors. No time schedual for dinner. For children you pay extra but he doesn't get nothing.
This for us will be first and last time visit this hotel.

I liked everything: great service, decent food, maid service (we were located in "the Chalet Fisk") timely.

A very nice hotel to stay in situated just right in the middle of the sky slopes. There is very nice night club in there too.
