We can say that the rest was a success, I liked the children, if not for communication with the manager of the reception complex Fort Noks Nikolai. Not respect for guests, cheeky behavior, boorish answers to requests which are part of his direct duties. People like this Nikolai can't be allowed close to the guests. He spoils the whole impression of rest with his inadequacy and rudeness.

Complex with good infrastructure, where rest is mostly Russian. Not a bad service, except for communication with one of the managers, whose name is Nikolai Karanikolov. The man is clearly out of his place. After talking to him I wanted to pack up and leave. I would like to believe that the management of the complex reads reviews and will take measures, as people like this Nikolai should work as a caretaker in the prison, not as a manager of the resort complex.

The complex is very liked: a lot of greenery, swimming pools and slides. There are shops, pharmacy, medical care, free golf and tennis (with collateral), sports area. There is a barbecue area on the second line of the complex, and there is a coniferous forest behind the hotel. Recommend.

It's a great place. The sea is clear. The apartment is gorgeous. The area is clean green and well-groomed. The best place in Bulgaria.

I would have given 4 stars if there was some cleaning… This is just unbelievable… Reception stuff is very friendly and helpful, the resort is nice, but hygiene is a "no go"…

Nice place, clean, nice sea — little beach.

The sea is very close and there's a few beaches so that's awesome! Also there's a lot of pools across the whole resort, with waves, small ones for kids, deep ones. On the territory there're a few good restoraunts, the food mediocre, but the stuff is very nice and there are an okay choice of dishes. What I love the most though is the views. It's very beautiful out here, with pinkish sunsets and rocks a clear sea. I love it.

A great relaxing stay. Nice beach within 100 metres. The complex is located first line from the sea, with excellent sea views. In the complex there are grocery stores, clothing stores and beach accessories. Polite reception. We arrived at the car, liked the secure Parking. The complex offers 7 swimming pools for adults and children. One pool with waves. Quite a lot of sunbeds. Everywhere is clean, everything is clean. By car to Sunny beach — 7 minutes. To Burgas — 35 minutes. Also right outside a public transport stop, from where you can go anywhere. Also from there you can go by free bus to the water Park. The complex has everything you need for a holiday by the sea. Great place, I recommend!

Wonderful place! Pure, Circle of roses, well-groomed trees, lawn! The pools are decent. A wonderful place to stay with kids!
