The hotel is terrible! Everywhere they smoke, even smoke by the pool where children bathe. It's impossible to open the window! At night until 5am shout (if you have a room not with access to the pool) and refuse to change! The food is disgusting. I DO NOT ADVISE! The only plus is all cheap and there's a sea nearby.

The hotel is very bad. Our windows were overlooked. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise. The music rattled until 5am, drunken screams and songs too. My granddaughter got sick, she had 39. We called the doctor. I asked the reception room to change to others. Side, where the pool6in. I was turned down. The food is terrible. Juices and milk are diluted with water. Of the good only warm, calm sea and cheap souvenirs.

The hotel is appropriate to its 3 stars. The staff on average understands Russian, speaks English well and is fluent in German. By the way, there are enough Germans (vacationers) here, but there are not very many Russians. The food is not very, for the amateur, everything is monotonous, but if you like to eat every day pasta, rice and potatoes with sausages and some fatty meat, then this is for you. From fruit here offer watermelons (we came caught tasteless), apricots, grapefruits, oranges and plums. If you just have an AI (all inclusive) then alcohol is only from 12 o'clock to 23, it's also a treat for the usual lemonade (it's at the bar). In the dining room lemonade drink as much as you want, there is no alcohol there. There is a small but cozy rather cozy pool with a depth of 1.50, less at the edges.
There are not a lot of beds, but if you borrow in time, then you then give something yes. There is also a place to sit by the pool. I do not advise if you are used to a more luxurious holiday. In your rooms there may be problems, for example, a broken shower, bad smell in the toilet, mosquitoes and more. In general, not bad, but the hotel still has a lot to work on.

A week all inclusive (green band) and no air con unless you pay. Food cold. No entertainment. 1 small lift for whole hotel only fits 4 people. Tiny balcony, very narrow will only fit 2 small chairs sat sideways. Bad language barrier. Dirty stained shower curtain. No English t. V channels. Rooms need updating. Overall I didn't feel welcome in this hotel as it caters more for Germans, not one polite smile or a hello from any member of staff. If it wasn't for the john Smith's bar across the road and the train that takes you to the main strip I wouldn't have stayed the whole week. Will never come back to this hotel.

The whole hotel was renovated in 2018. Air conditioning is available in each room for an extra charge of EUR 5 per day. The restaurant is excellent. The pools are big, the sunbeds are enough for everyone. Cleaning in the room EVERY DAY. The beach can be reached in swimming trunks. Recommend.

This was me and and my son's first visit to Bulgaria and to stay at the Zefir hotel. I also came with my Father (this is his fourth visit). Upon the recommendation of my Dad (x secret shopper for banks and businesses ect). I thought I would give it a try. Well he was right. I have sent many real time photo's which have been viewed. Staff helpful and friendly. If you have a problem just let them know and it's delt with. The hotel has local supermarket's​. I could go on and on but don't want to bore you with all the positives about the Hotel and area. Regards Happy first timer. Hi guys I am back again after about 13 months. Hotel totally changed and improved for the better and looking great the attached photos are now not applicable. But all the other positive comments remain impeccable.

Price performance mix: Superhotel completely new equipment. Eat well. A hotel to feel good about.

Hotel is very nice. You walk about 50 meters to the beach. The food is buffet form and perfectly fine. The pool side outdoor area is very pleasantly furnished. The rooms are fine, furniture a little older, yet quite adequate. Rooms have a balcony. Staff very nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel eating in buffet form selection is mouldy good rooms are clean and also highly recommended I come back to all cases.

The location is good, the food is OK, nice garden and pool. Unfortunately, deductions at the room, the beds are uncomfortable and I also had problems with an overflow toilet. I was kindly asked to get a new room.

Good 3 star hotel. Our room was absolutely ok in size. The family room had 2 bathrooms, which was very practical. The food was tasty. The pool complex has outdoor pool flair which we liked to use and have been messing on the big meadow. So enough space for kids who like to play ball. The currency exchange in the hotel is absolutely ok. The Bimmelbahn stops right outside the door and to the beach you can go over the dunes in the bathing gear without having to change. We like to come back.

Clean hotel, good food at low priece.

All inclusive. They ran out of draught beer and served from a 2ltr bottle purchased from a local supermarket. Food not good. Staff picking at the food with their hands after cleaning outside or have been to the toilet. Mucky towels just hung back up onto the towel rail. Also wasps everywhere.

Nice clean room and hotel. Low beds, narrow balcony. Food boring but didn't go hungry. Uncomfortable out side seating. Reception has very little spoken English. Great location for Nessebar and sunny beach. Little train stops right out side. A few local shops and supermarket near by. Short walk to lovely beach. No evening entertainment in September. Ice cream & coffee should be served all day not just 3pm. Small fridge in room. No hairdryer. Pool cold, plenty of sun loungers. Local spirits served in generous measures. We would visit again.

Lovely hotel only problem no sun beds people put towels on them in the night.

Very good hotel. I liked it very much. The sea is near, the pool is great, the animators' work is excellent, the restaurant 's food choice is plenty, the rooms are clean and cozy. I suggest the hotel to my friends. We will come back definitely :)

Great hotel, basic, clean and close to everything I come here for! Lovely staff, beautiful pool area and nice food.

The hotel corresponds to its stars and even a plus. Good food, fruit does not end. Good location to the sea and to the Nessebar and even to the center (Kuban is not a hurry 40 min). Minus-visitors leave towels on the sun loungers for the whole holiday and leave for the whole day. You can go. Not noisy.

What a dump 1 The staff on the reception are the most misrable people I have ever met rude and very unhelpful unless you can speak the language or are German 2 There are signs up saying sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels by 7pm you are lucky to find one to put a towel on for the next day so if you come and want one just leave your towel on it permanently like everyone else does 3 People cooking in the "show cooking "area ha I asked for a wrap got a load of shouting in Bulgarian that I can only presume was get lost so I walked off My daughter loved the pancakes they did but it was hit and miss how many you could have this was dependant on who is in the queue and which girl the cook would flirt with no matter how old she was. Watch your daughters and if you don't believe me wait until you arrive 3 the all inclusive food has to be the worst I have come across I am 45 and well travelled and I have not been to any hotel where it is this bad. The staff In the dinning area must be related to the women on the reception as these to don't speak and I don't believe I saw one of them smile ever even after you are polite to them 4 the air con well at least it has some now looking at other reviews it didn't have it So this is charged at 10 lev a day in my book a day is 24hrs in there's it when ever they feel like they should turn it off I am sat on the bed in the room writing this and have just been to reception to get it turned back on for the third time 5 The rooms!

We were very pleased with the… However, the room for 2 + 2 was cramped… Food was good, to the sea close… But the beach is public and we had to buy sun loungers and an umbrella every day. This is a minus… And so everything was fine! The price corresponds to the quality!

Nice hotel with a large pool area and a glade in the shade of the trees. The cuisine is varied. Almost all rooms without air conditioning. Very close to the pool and the hotel. The hotel has a train stop. Who is lucky to be in the most party center of the resort. Did not put one star from behind the air conditioner. It's super. The rooms are large. All things can be comfortably dispersed. The bathroom is comfortable.

A wonderful place! The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. How great is it to feel free, emancipated.

I've had two holidays at this hotel and found the staff very helpful, as I'm a disabled War Pensioner and have mobility problems. The main thing to realise is that the hotel is in a foreign country and the food, whilst my partner and I enjoyed the meals we had there, has to cater for many different nationalities and their tastes. The idea of having a holiday abroad is to get away for a break in a foreign country and to experience the different cultures and foods of that country, and if you have a problem with anything at the hotel then be polite and ask the reception staff, and if they can't deal with it themselves they will get hold of the owners son and he will try to rectify whatever the problem might be. We went as guests on our first stay there in 2014 but felt more like family friends with both the staff and the owners, who actually live in the hotel, and that is why the place is kept immaculately clean and any slight problems, if reported in a civil manner, will be dealt with as soon as the problem becomes known to the owners, whose son took his hotel management course in Edinburgh and therefore speaks very good English.

Staff unfriendly, shameless and not. Through the food we all had salmonella poisoning. The Manager was no longer mentally capable staff in the attack to have. We had to sleep the whole holiday on dirty bed linen. Overall we had booked the impression to have by far the worst hotel in the whole sunny beach. If you then want to put their health on the game!

Firstly I was at this hotel two years ago with no problems, this time ALL the staff including reception were the most ignorant people I have ever met. The two outside bar staff being the worst all they wanted to do was scoff as much food as poss. And play on there phones, when any english person went to be served they just wanted to be awkward, not even looking you in the eye. The food for me was ok but only luke warm, but you had to be quick before it was gone after you would have to wait quite a while for it to be part filled, the hotel is very good and very clean pool area great with plenty of sun beds as was two years ago, plenty of bar and reception seating area such a shame about staff, due to this I will never return to Bulgaria. Ps. We go on holiday approx 6 or 7 times a year all over the world I am a young 68 I do not tell lies this was my 4th time in Bulgaria but last.

Food not very good at all unless you like watermelon for afters or frozen peachs if you can get any at all. Allinclusive but you can't get a tea or coffee after brakefast until 15.00 with cake or icecream.
