The hotel is normal, there is a small water park. The slides are not very much, mainly for children. We only took breakfast, every day the same set of dishes. Very tasty sausages. But the monotony is tired after three days). However, there is a supermarket and many cafes nearby. Clean not very well and not very regularly. It is better to take the room to the water park, as the pool until the night loud music and shouts of drunken Poles. In principle, the hotel is not bad.

The hotel is nice. The water park gives an opportunity to diversify everyday life. Adults are also interested. The food is not bad for Bulgaria.

Used to be nice, but suffers from poor cleaning and lack of maintainance. Bathroom was smelling from mould, toilet was not bolted to the floor and had come loose, shower was broken in several ways, mould around shower corners, etc… Breakfast buffet was also below average with bad quality products and poor selection. The hotel is bringing in guests due to the water park I assume, which is also suffering from lack of maintainance, and had to close as well the last day we where there.

Clean and pleasant. The staff are very friendly, especially at the reception desk. Everything in the rooms works. Breakfasts are pretty monotonous and the canteen is very crowded to navigate. Swimming pools are nice, clean and there are enough attractions for children. Although there are plenty of Wi-Fi networks, it's almost impossible to get the internet connection working. The only way to connect is to walk down to the reception as there is only one working Wi-Fi. But who goes on holiday to surf the web?

The hotel is very much loved. The staff are polite and responsive. Breakfasts are simple, but delicious. The rooms are quite clean, repairs were done not very long ago. If you want a quieter room, you can ask the enclosure away from the pool. For those who did not buy all inclusive, across the street at the ring has a T Market good, and in the direction of the old Nesebyr from the top to the right of the traffic light Janet supermarket.
Water park for children cool, even adults ride. But a small, few slides. All in all for your money is a great hotel.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, very well equipped. Food is not as good as expected, but at least the variety of meals is big and you can always choose. Pool and poolside are nice looking and clean.

Really pleasant hotel, food at buffet for all inclusive guests was good but as you can expect a mixture of salad, local warm dishes and their take on English dishes ie chips, chicken nuggets and fish finger (didn't try any of the English dishes) staff appeared to communicate in non or very limited English so learn some phrases before going or use a translating app. Service was excellent and pool facilities were excellent except the water park was closed when we arrived (opened a week after-even though we were told at booking it would be open) all in all a nice hotel.

Rooms are clean, spacious and big. Nice pool, friendly staff, the food is awfull except the breakfast Which was okish.

Food needs to be better. Room not made up upon arrival. Shame the all inclusive drinks and food aren't allowed to be taken into the pirate pool.

The hotel was fine, great for kids. We went all inclusive but had to eat out most of the time as food was rubbish.

The food was not fresh and tasted horrible. I got sick because of it and I wasn't only one. Location and waterpark might be good for kids but food there might ruin your vacation. Thank God I was there with my friends because I would never let my kid eat there.

Great for a family holiday. All inclusive. Very very clean with helpful staff. Food not great but edible if your not fussy.

This is a great place. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean with big shower cabine. Food is fine, the only thing I didn't like is spice "čubrica". They are using this spice with all meat food. The pool and aquapark are outstanding. This is a place where I'd be happy to come back.

In the year 2014 went with the team to Bulgaria. Lodged in the hotel. Rooms excellent, has a tv, excellent shower, bed and a balcony overlooking the city. The food is excellent. A nice hotel, recently after reconstruction. Far from the Sea (5 min. ). Offset by the large number of pools. Near a variety of small shops. Breakfasts like everywhere … Restaurant standards. Recommend restaurants in the old Nessebar.

Hotel super! Sea close — 5-7 minutes at a relaxed pace. We were lucky number. Staff was very accommodating. Any claims to the guests. Breakfast is abundant and varied. Lunch and dinner went in restaurants, which is a whole lot, or Nesebar is a beautiful town, which is located quite near. Everywhere cook very tasty. We sociable people and met with a bunch of people like the Germans. Новерное because the us and themselves, again, is often mistaken for the Germans or the Czechs. After the storm at the coast usually full of algae, and already our shout, that the sea is dirty. Damn, and where it is clean after a storm?! We often go to the sea, in different places. I liked everything! And the quality of service and everything. The food was slightly monotonous, but in this количесве that even trying наедались thoroughly. Children's pool is good enough even for small children. The hotel is after repair, and when in our room we did not like the ceiling, with the first request we were moved to a more spacious room, previously us showing and asking do it for us. Note any additional payment even hinted at. 10 minutes walk to Nessebar, wonderful town, beautiful in its architecture and wonderful small shops where you can buy more space of three times cheaper than in Russia. Towels are changed every 3 days, very clean, and the rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. In General I want to say that the holiday was held at the glory, and what You want.
